• Tommaso (4/5): I would not go back again - The apartment is located within walking distance from the Duomo of Milan and other attractions. Other city areas are easily reachable via the Metro very much close by the apartment. The furniture is modern/new and the apartment was well kept and clean Communication with the staff was very impersonal and unpleasant throughout the stay. Warm water in the shower lasted approx 4.5mins (chrono), way too short for a reasonable shower (5-10 mins according to Google), especially for 2 people. We complained about that and the staff wanted a video (?) to verify, instead of helping us solving the problem. Same story for the heating overnight; it was so warm we were waking up with a headache; we complained and they let us know it was not possible to change the temperature. On top of it, the apartment is located next to the tram line, which is very loud even at night

• VID RYT (8/5): Mohu doporučit ! - Čistý dům se vstupem pouze pro ubytované. Prostorný byt. Vybavená kuchyň. Čistá koupelna . Obývací pokoj s TV. Pohodlné postele. Spousta úložného prostoru. Největší výhodou je poloha ubytování. Přímo u metra , 2 zastávky od centrálního náměstí, přesto v případě nutnosti v docházkové vzdálenosti . Daň za blízkost centra je opravdu hlučná ulice, s tramvajovou linkou přímo pod okny. Pokud jsou okna zavřená není hluk obtěžující (pouze ruch velkoměsta). Problém nastává v případě otevření okna, které je nutné k větrání, jelikož centrální ventilace nabyla funkční (nešla ovládat) Bohužel chyběla i možnost ovládání topení?

• Maria Carme (9/5): Un còmode i cèntric apartament. - La situació a dues parades del Duomo, la netedat i que era molt còmode i ampli. L'única cosa que es troba a faltar és un saler, un drap de cuina i alguna pastilla més pel rentavaixelles (només n'hi havia una per quatre dies)... Pel que fa a la documentació que et demanen per fer el check-in és un xic complicada i millor fer-la des del domicili propi per seguretat...

Eugenia (5/5): Podría haber sido mejor con agua caliente para bañarse. - Buena ubicación, el departamento es hermoso, grande amplio, los alrededores son muy lindos, la estación de metro en la puerta. De los tres dias que nos alojamos, dos no tuvimos agua caliente. Enviaron una persona a resolver el problema, pero sólo un día pudimos bañarnos con agua caliente. Tampoco tenía microondas, como está publicado en la plataforma.
• Eng Liew (2/5): Disappointing for an otherwise good experienced in other locations in Europe - The location was good and checkin instructions was helpful. The hot water heater was broken. Fixing it was slow with lots of communication. The guy who came to fix was pleasant. Then the next day it broke again and no additional effort to fix the problem. The overhead shower was broken as well and there were two huge cracks on the bathroom mirror. The property should provide sugar and creamer as well otherwise there is no point providing the coffee machine with almost unlimited capsules

• Daniel (5/5): Easy Life nous a singulièrement compliqué la vie. - Appartement impeccable, confortable, très bien situé, proche du centre-ville, mais à un croisement de deux lignes de trams, donc assez bruyant. L'appartement est en « Self Access », c'est-à-dire avec des clés disponibles dans un coffre à côté de la porte. On reçoit la veille de l'arrivée des instructions avec un code pour y accéder, et donc il n'y a personne pour nous recevoir. Le gros problème, c'est que l'appartement n'était accessible qu'à partir de 15h et il nous a été impossible de modifier cet horaire. Comme nous sommes arrivés à Milan le matin, on nous a indiqué un café pour déposer nos bagages à 500 m de là, avec des frais supplémentaires. On a découvert toutes ces complications au fur et à mesure après la réservation. Mais le pire, c'est que l'appartement n'était en fait accessible que de 15 à 17h, heure à laquelle le concierge s'en va, ce qui implique d'attendre l'arrivée d'une personne bienveillante pour ouvrir la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble, peu occupé au mois d'août. Rien de tout cela ne nous a été indiqué à l'avance. Ces appartements Easy Life sont gérés par une agence, qui en possède un certain nombre dans cette ville ainsi que dans d'autres villes d'Italie. L'agence est réactive par mail ou au téléphone, mais les réponses obtenues sont souvent évasives, et pour cause les personnes qui répondent n'ont manifestement jamais mis les pieds à cet endroit. Par exemple, personne n'a pu nous dire que l'appartement se situait exactement en face de la sortie du métro. Quand on demande des informations supplémentaires à ce sujet, on reçoit un plan peu explicite. Dernier point important : puisqu'on ne rencontre personne et qu'il faut bien s'enregistrer pour s'acquitter de la taxe de séjour, on reçoit un formulaire à remplir sur Internet avec paiement en ligne. Ce formulaire est d'une complication extrême avec entre autres l'envoi d'un selfie et d'une photo de sa carte d'identité en plus de tous les renseignements d'usage.

• HGUISADO (10/5): Muy cómodo y con excelente ubicación. - La ubicación, en el centro histórico, a pocas cuadras del duomo y justo enfrente de una estación de metro. Y también la comodidad de la habitación.
• AMRO (7/5): شقة حلوة فيها كل ماتحتاج لكن كلمهم قبل الوصول بيوم لمعرفة طريقة الدخول - السرير مريح، ادوات المطبخ متوفرة، الموقع قريب منك كل الخدمات و المترو تحتك مباشرة لكن بعيد عن ساحة الدومو تقريباً ربع ساعة مشي او بالمترو 5 دقائق وتوصل موقع الشقة غير واضح ويحتاج تتواصل معاهم قبل الوصول لانهم يطلبون منك تعبئة نموذج اونلاين لك ولكل من معك وبدون النموذج ماتقدر تدخل، لا يوجد استقبال وتدخل من الباب الرئيسي وتروح للشقة ويرسلو لك كود عشان تاخذ مفتاح الشقة من القفل جنب الباب، وكذلك الباب الرئيسي ضروري تدخل link اونلاين يرسلونه لك وتضغط "فتح" علشان يفتح الباب الرئيسي وكثير من الناس ماتعرف هذه الطريقة
• Essam (10/5): Exceptional - Modern apartment in a good location. 2 Metro stops to the Duomo. Very clean and all the facilities you could ask for are available (they even have a small bed for toddlers). The window of our apartment was literally above the Metro station entrance. Lively area. Recommended.
• Arvin.v (10/5): Love it, very comfortable, would stay again. - Metro is right outside the apartment building. Super convenient. a couple of places to get breakfast nearby. Nothing at all! Except that when we arrived there was a spilled drink outside our door and it was sticky. When informed to Easylife, they said they would ask someone from the building management to clean it (as the area is 'common area'), but nobody cleaned it in the 3 days we stayed there, so everyone we went in and out, our shoe stick to the floor.

• Velicia (8/5): A week in Milan - Location, close to main attraction : Duomo,only 2 stop by metro. The apartment is perfect for Us, spacey and the aircond is just what we like the most. No water boiller. No tea cup, that would be nice if they put 1 or 2 tea cup. I seen only espresso cups. Bathroom sink blocked since day 1.

There is a metro station and tram stop nearby. You get everything you need for comfortable stay - a cooking area (cooker, dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, set of pans and saucepans, plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery), a bathroom (towels, shower, bidet), a living room (comfortable sofa, table, chairs and TV), and a bedroom (big bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, iron). The representative of the company was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay Everything was fine

• Chris (6/5): Great location for the city but on noisy street! - The location was perfect. The apartment was super clean and modern. Bars and cafes around were fab. Full of local life. Crocetta Metro 3 just across the road 👍🏻 If you're a light sleeper, forget it. The street noise from trams, cars and people was non stop. No cups or mugs for tea.

• Reney (9/5): Very enjoyable - Location was good for us being close to family living in Milan. Facilities and mattress was good. Size of unit is good and well appointed. Shower is hot and water pressure good. Building is right on the corner of a very busy tram intersection so noise is continuous from the trams. Trams only shut for about 2 hours early morning. Windows are double glazed so this helps. No large tea cups for a morning cup of tea.
• Angelo (9/5): Wonderful Apartment and location - Perfect location. the Metro station is in front of the apartment and Duomo is only 15-minute walk. the apartment is modern and has a very clean and functional look. The Air Conditioning is working great too. Check-in was a little complicated all done by the phone with a few forms to fill. (never met the host). It is a little noisy because the tram stops just in front of the apartment and the apartment is just on the second floor facing the square.

• Olivia (4/5): Disappointed - near the subway bad organization and communication (I waited 40 minutes for check-in in front of the building). Simple apartment, without soap, napkins, kettle,mirror in the bathroom positioned for people over 1.80m. Lack of hospitality, you only hear the city tram at 5 am.
