• Muriel (7/5): - La cama, almohada y sábanas se veían de calidad y bastante nuevas. El baño es moderno y el agua sale abundante y caliente. Decoración y detalles de buena calidad, la atención muy bien pero lamento que no nos ofrecieran una habitación mejor considerando que consulté específicamente por el patio mencionado en el nombre de la habitación elegida. Nos dejaron fruta picada para desayunar, el lugar tiene una cocina y patios comunes para compartir. La habitación tiene una útil mini refri. Cerca hay mercados, farmacia y lugares para comer, el host nos recomendó algunos. Elegimos una habitación que en su nombre dice "con patio" y era más cara que las demás, pero no sólo no tenía patio sino que las ventanas son internas y dan a la recepción y pasillo cosa que quita ventilación y privacidad. El baño no tiene ni siquiera un extractor para colaborar. No tiene aire y considerando que esa habitación no tiene ventanas al exterior, podría haber sido útil. Además hay una cocina cerca y los olores se sienten mucho, una de las dos ventanas de la habitación es celosía y no cierra nunca del todo. Las fotos prometen un poco más de lo que nos tocó pero tal vez otras habitaciones sean mejores , recomiendo consultar por otra si te asignan a la 9

• Katharina (9/5): Gute Übernachtungs Hotel für eine Nacht - Spontan für eine Nacht gebucht. Sauber und bequemes Bett. Leider schwer zu finden. Als wir es endlich gefunden haben und das Auto ausgeladen haben, kamen immer mehr Gäste und fragten uns ob sie hier richtig sind.

• MARIANO (8/5): - En general me gustó todo , ubicación limpieza , amplitud de las habitaciones , tranquilidad y amabilidad del personal Cuando llegué no me pudieron confirmar con plena seguridad si había o no pagado . Al día siguiente me lo confirmaron con total certeza cuando fui a abonar en efectivo y lo que no me gustó para nada es que me cobraron 12, 7 euros de más de lo que marcaba la reserva por adelantado a mi tarjeta . Hay alojamientos que te advierten que si pagas en efectivo te cobran un sobre coste y tú valoras como pagas , este alojamiento me cobró de más y a día de hoy no será el motivo , lo intenté solucionar y nada de nada, me parece un tema muy grave , es la primeraracvez que me ocurre y llevo muchos años viajando . Lo tengo que notificar por qué es cierto 100 por 100

• Indira (7/5): Très sympa pour une nuit - L’emplacement à une vingtaine de minute et le personnel très agréable Petit déjeuner comme si vous étiez à la maison : tout le monde se partage le beurre, la confiture, etc. Pas très fan personnellement mais fait l’affaire.
• Payne (10/5): This was a very comfortable facility, with nice areas for bathroom, sleeping and relaxing needs. - The breakfast was not very substantial. It consisted of some cut up fruit and bread/toast and jam. The only option for a breakfast drink was black tea. The location was very good. The facility was great. The wind blew the whole time we were there, and because the bathroom had a non-closing window, the noise of the wind was pretty loud, gritty dust was constantly deposited on the bathroom fixtures, and a cold draft was always moving through the bedroom area. The design wasn't right to preclude the dust, grit and wind from coming into the room.

• Luis Alonso (10/5): Excelente hospedaje. - Excelente ubicación, las instalaciones seguras y limpias, zona segura. En mi caso no es impedimento pero, para quienes viajan en vehículo, deben reservar uno de los dos espacios para parquear.

Arredamento moderno e curato Viene messa a disposizione la cucina e il cibo, ma la colazione bisogna preparare la da soli. Nonostante questo, non è possibile farla prima delle 7 per non disturbare chi alloggia nelle stanze confinanti con la cucina. Non è possibile effettuare il self check-in ma bisogna mettersi d'accordo con il gestore della struttura. Per il nostro soggiorno abbiamo dovuto modificare la carta di credito lasciata a garanzia perché l'altra era stata clonata, a causa di questo la procedura di pagamento è risultata particolarmente ostica, in quanto la struttura non riusciva ad addebitare i costi sulla carta corretta

• Monika (8/5): Ładne miejsce, niestety nieprzyjemna obsługa - Nowy, czysty pokój. Super patio. Parę dni przed przyjazdem zaczęłam otrzymywać masę spamu od obsługi - informacje o dziwnych obostrzeniach, o tym jakich 50 wytycznych muszę spełnić, żeby zameldować się poza standardowymi godzinami (w żadnym innym spośród 6 miejsc w Kostaryce nie było z tym żadnego problemu) itd., ale przede wszystkim kilkukrotne straszenie, że anulują nam nocleg, bo zapłata nie dotarła. Ostatecznie okazało się, że hotel nie potrafił odebrać przelewu. Na miejscu dziwna atmosfera, mieliśmy wrażenie, że facet z obsługi (chyba Luis) jest niezadowolony, że w ogóle ktoś tam przebywa. Na śniadanie tylko chleb tostowy i dżem. Ogólnie widać, że ktoś włożył w to miejsce sporo pieniędzy i bardzo ładnie urządził. Szkoda, że efekt psuje nieprzyjemna obsługa.

It looked like it had a good kitchen although we didn’t get a chance to use it. Luis made us a bowl of fruit for breakfast even though we had to leave at 3am!

• Camilla (7/5): Buona soluzione per il prezzo pagato. Ma no parcheggio garantito - Piccolo B&B situato un po’ fuori da là Sabana. Con meno di cinque dollari e circa 15 minuti di strada si arriva nella zona centrale. La camera era piccolina, anche il bagno, ma ci abbiamo trascorso una notte ed è andata bene. Forse per più notti la stanza è un po’ stretta. il letto non era comodissimo a mio modo di vedere, ma è una questione personale. Abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie dopo il check out, ma lo stanzino è davvero piccolo, quindi conviene comunicare questa necessità in anticipo per farsi tenere il posto. Accanto vi è un un ristorante messicano molto buono e un supermercato. La struttura dispone di una cucina in comune ben attrezzata e di un carino giardinetto interno per rilassarsi e fare due chiacchere. Stanza poco insonorizzata. La nostra era quella vicina alla cucina comune e all’ora di colazione il rumore era davvero tanto. Non scegliete questa struttura se avete intenzione di dormire fino al check out. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché era indicato che vi era un parcheggio. In realtà i parcheggi interni sono solo due e lasciati a chi prima arriva per 10 $ al giorno, senza la possibilità di lasciare la macchina oltre il check out. Abbiamo contattato la struttura qualche giorno prima per riservare il parcheggio ma non era più disponibile e quindi abbiamo dovuto lasciare la macchina in strada. La via è tranquilla e di posto ce n’è, ma lo stesso proprietario ci ha caldamente suggerito di non lasciare nulla in auto per sicurezza. La colazione inclusa è veramente scarsa. Della frutta tagliata a cubetti, caffè a disposizione, con pane da tostare e qualche marmellata. Non aspettatevi granché
• Leopoldo (1/5): The worst experience. - Good location and nice decoration inside the room Honestly if you can avoid this place do it, let me explain. First, the room was inside the shared KITCHEN, it's a place with around 10 rooms with access to that kitchen. Noise started before 7 am, people constantly talking, washing dishes, screaming, laughing, etc. the ceiling of the room ia hollow so you can hear clearly the people.on top of you talking and walking. Around 9 am a full group of construction workers arrived to drill and cut glass IN FRONT OF THE KITCHEN, of course we were not advised of any of these before. We even paid extra 10 USD to park in the garage but to our surprise, in the morning the garage was transformed into a construction workshop, with people cutting metal and drilling next to our car. Now I can not get a refund because I somehow was supposed to pay only in cash because they say my card didn't pass when they tried to get a "security deposit". Take into account that this is not a hotel or hostel, but more like a home business and you can tell, sadly.
