• Oralia (7/5): Overall, it was a good stay, and fixing the small details would make it even better. - I liked that the apartment was very bright, that it was quiet, and that it had a washing machine. I really didn’t like the pillows at all, I didn’t like that the kitchen sink faucet splashes a lot and can’t be moved, I would have liked there to be a stovetop moka pot for making coffee, and I would have liked a bit more organization where the cleaning supplies are kept and in the little storage room where the washing machine is stored.

• Marleen (9/5): As promised: nice & quiet appartment; spacious and with AC. - As promised, this is a nice an quiet appartment. Spacious, with AC, and well-equiped kitchenette and bathroom. Access, via self-sevice, was well arranged, but one needs to read the instructions carefully in advance. Instruction video is helpful and necessary. Nice neigbourhood with cafés, restaurants, gelateria and supermarket nearby. Good access to tram and metro, and city centre at 30 minutes walking distance.
• Mia (10/5): A very nice apartment - The apartment was very nice, with everything we needed. Two ACs, fridge and kitchen. It was quite central about 15-20 minutes with tram (9) outside the door to Navgali (a nice resturant area by the canals) and a 5 mintue walk to the metro station where line M1 is 3 minutes to Duomo. There were several shops nearby, one close to the metro station, and one close to the tram station. The apartment lacks warderobes or hanging places for clothes. The bed was bad on one side, and when we told the host he immediately wanted to examine the bed. We declined his offer and one of us slept on the bed sofa instead. The bed sofa was very good. He might have fixed the bed for the next guest.

• Pavlov (8/5): Very good - The apartment is on the first floor of an old building near Porta Venezia. It has been renovated with exception of the furniture and the kitchen. The windows are facing a quiet inner court. There is a big supermarket next door where you can buy food on the hot counter. The metro station is about 200 metres from the apartment. There are no hangers for the clothes. There is no wardrobe as well.

• Veton (8/5): ok. - Overall, i think the price is a little bit high and to be honest this price should be t least 15% below. Everything has been ok.
• Claire (6/5): Great location facilities need attention - Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Staff were responsive and friendly. There are many smaller things that would have made our stay much more comfortable. 1. A lighter for the gas stove. 2. A tea towel. 3. A kettle that does not leak. 4. A cover for the main bed - a top sheet for this bed was provided. 5. A top sheet for the second bed - a cover was provided on request. 6. A clean coffee machine. We bought and left items #1 and #2.
