• Keven (5/5): Regret - Rien Tout…. Sérieux ça ne valait pas le prix demander j’ai dormi sur le divan car il était plus confortable que les matelas.. j’ai juste louer pour dormir le reste je sais pas
• Céline (3/5): Déçu - Le logement est près de Montréal et donc pratique pour 1 ou 2 nuits à un prix abordable. L'associé du propriétaire est venu pour nous dépanner d'une coupure d'internet et d'electricité. Le logement est le rdc d'une maison. La préparation du logement n'était pas finie. le lave vaisselle n'était pas vide. Il restait de la vaisselle dans l'égoutoir. Il restait du linge dans le lave linge et dans le séche linge. Les draps étaient boulochés et le drap du dessus était absent sur le lit 1 place. Les plombs ont sautés en utilisant le micro onde et la bouilloire....
• LUISA (5/5): - Not too far from Montreal Center, nice to have a parking spot just in front of the place. The smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment and on the pillow case made it difficult to have a pleasant stay there. Maybe it was just bad luck and whoever cleaned did not have the time to clean properly this one time, but the apartment was definitely not as clean as other places we have stayed before.

• Gaaloul (10/5): Je recommande - L’emplacement est stratégique à 15 mn du centre-ville et vieux port il y avait tout à côté épiceries et restaurants sur la rue Victoria

• Jacques (1/5): Keep looking ..... for something better. - Location is generally suitable Unfortunately, we weren't able to stay there as the place had a severe ammonia or animal urine smell. The closets were full of junk, and there were food stains all over the walls in the kitchen. Recommend looking for another place as the photos don't match the facts. It's a non-refundable booking. Therefore, we got stiffed as the owner had no interest in offering a partial refund. Hard lesson learned.

• Paula (5/5): Overpriced and under cleaned - - free parking - kitchen is well equipped - frequent buses to the metro allowing quick entry into Montreal I absolutely hate giving poor reviews but several things stood out and I’m thinking of other travellers with the feedback I’m giving. Cleanliness - a big failing grade here with hair in the tub because of the drain blockage, dirty bathmat, dirty food remnants in the fridge, the outside of the fridge wasn’t clean, microwave dirty with food bits in it, unpleasant smell in the back room, and some dishes that weren’t fully cleaned. Bedroom - The mattress is hard/thin, sheets and bed comforter thin. TV - we are tech savvy, yet couldn’t get the living room TV to work. We are fine with simple accommodation but it still needs to be comfortable and clean. With better cleaning, mattress or topper, and less cheap/thin bedding we definitely would have given a much higher rating. Photos include hair in tub, two fridge photos with food bits on it and crud, and the baseboards.
• Soumya (2/5): Disappointing - The property wansn't clean. We had a baby with us. So, it became a lot more difficult for us. There were flies everywhere and the refrigerator was dirty. To be fair, it was a last minute booking but that can't be a reason for an unhygenic and unclean property. Would not recommend anyone.

• Aurelien (7/5): Bien pour une halte à Montréal - Le logement est très bien équipé et grand. Nous nous attendions à un canapé lit en plus des deux lits simples et du lit double mais le canapé n’était pas transformable en lit. Il y a cependant des matelas supplémentaires dans un placard.
