- Vladimir (3/5): I didn't stay there. Simply left. - This is not a four-star hotel as advertised. The location listed is incorrect. The admin called me to inform me of this, and I requested to cancel the booking since I was specifically looking for something in the downtown area. However, she assured me that they had reserved their best luxury room for me. When I arrived, I realized the room felt like a sauna. It might be suitable for those looking for sauna-like rooms, but it should be marketed that way—not falsely advertised as a family oriented four-star hotel.

- Karina (7/5): Good - Absolutely amazing, friendly staff. Lady at the reception was extremely helpful, even phoned me to offer to order a taxi to avoid overpaying for taxi at the airport. Also staff have done everything they could to make my stay comfortable. It was very noisy because of the thickness of the walls, I could hear every conversation at the reception . Also the floor in the room and bathroom was very cold. It was dusty at the bed back, also I had a hole on the bed linen.
