Guest Reviews
- John (9/5): - Comfortable clean well equipped
- Deniz (9/5): Positive: location and price / Negative: Facility - Location, size, price were perfect. Management was extremely helpful with our requests. Overall we left happy and satisfied with the choice. Bathroom needs some fixing. Kitchen was not stellar. The stairs leading to house smells and feels terrible. Had to open windows to aerate the house as the house was not used for a while. But the location and price compensates all this.
- Cristina (10/5): Muy recomendable!!

- szymon (5/5): - Location and cleanliness Boiler kept breaking no hot water
- Alfia Noemk (8/5): - ottima posizione, appartamento accogliente e pulito…wi-fi disponibile e termosifoni funzionanti
- Una (10/5): Very nice comfortable apartment on 4th floor. Warm and cosy -

- Emília (6/5): Acceptable - Very close to the city center, well-equipped accommodation. Unfortunately, despite their efforts to improve the experience, the apartment is quite dirty and old-fashioned, with a constant draft coming in through the windows, which cannot be closed, so no matter how much you turn up the heat, there is a constant feeling of discomfort. If you are looking for cheap, nearby accommodation for 5-6 people and don't mind that it's not the most comfortable place to stay overnight, then it might be fine.
- Simone (8/5): -
- Ann (7/5): Very convenient location. Very clean & bedrooms were very comfortable. - N/A The 4 flights of stairs would be very difficult if we had suit cases. The water pressure dropped at night & on one of the nights it went off completely.

- Lauren (10/5): Great stay, book! - Really nice stay at this property.
Pro’s: good facilities (2 fans in both rooms, dishwasher, iron etc), really comfy beds, clean, modern, value for money. 2 double beds and a sofa bed. Literally opposite Earl’s Court tube station (the District & Piccadilly Line) where you can quickly get around, nearby high-street with shops and restaurants. Nearby co-op, and Sainsbury’s. I felt really safe in this area as a woman.
Management were really quick at responding to queries and paid £25 for an early check in (1pm instead of 3pm). Collected and returned key from local shop where you just gave them a code. I was told my check in details and where to collect the key from at 12:45, so very organised. I’d 100% stay here again. Very pretty neighbourhood. Went in July and the apartment wasn’t too hot as theres plenty windows where you get a breeze. However, i’d probably try and find a similar apartment with this agency without the stairs. Cons:
Top floor of i’d say is 5 story building. There’s no lift, as expected for a dated building. Do not book this unless you can climb the flight of stairs. They are steep and is about 6 flights. We had luggage with us and really struggled. I’ve seen reviews complaining about the noise. There was some noise but this wasn’t unbearable, and the windows were open. Kind of expected in London.
- Alyssa (7/5): Decent - Location is very convenient, just 3 mins walk from Earl court station. But security at night didn’t feel that safe as there are many foreigners wandering around. (Bangladesh, Vietnamese, Middle East and etc) No evaluator and it is hard to carry luggage to level 4 although imperial stated that very clearly in the advert. Also, no air conditional. Other seasons should be good but not for summer. Summer in London sometimes is very hot. The staff was very nice, she told us to buy a stand fan from a nearby electronically shop and reimburse from them later on. Have submitted but hasn’t received even after 7 working days. Hope they will keep to their promise.
No faltó absolutamente nada.
- Leanne (8/5): Excellent! Exceptionally hot but a great find and a great price. - The location was great! Easy to get the keys, and easy to find the apartment building. Great comms from the hosts. A great stay overall. The kitchen smelt a bit but it was 33 degrees so couldn't be helped. With it being on the top floor it was hot! Again couldn't be helped due to the weather. There were fans so it took the edge off.
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Location and comfort
- Gill (7/5): Would stay here again. - Great location. Very close to Earls Court Station (just a short distance down the road and across).
C1 bus to South Kensington or Harrods. Great for visiting South Kensington museums.
Everything you need in the surrounding area (buses, tube trains, shops, supermarkets, mini markets,, brunch, lunch coffee shops, dinner). Great M&S Simply Food with fresh bread, fruit, wine. Lovely selection.
Plenty of restaurants (every nationality).
Dining area (enough chairs for six). Some kitchen equipment provided.
The three of us used two bedrooms + the sitting room with the sofa bed as an extra bedroom and it worked well.
Dishwasher (tablets provided) washing machine (powder provided).
Dolce Gusto coffee maker (bring or buy compatible coffee pods).
Extra bedding and towels inside the sofa bed. Lots of stairs to reach the apartment ! Quite a workout !
No welcome pack so bring or buy your own coffee, tea bags (no tea pot) etc.
- Evelyn (8/5): Very good -
- Darren (10/5): Lovely location really convenient for all attractions - The location is brilliant and it’s in a really pleasant quiet area, very close to all sorts of amenities and transport links around London. Earls Court Tube station literally 2 minutes walk.
The accommodation is comfortable and has everything you should need for a short or longer stay.
Check in and check out procedures were easy and we had lovely communication from property owners.
All in all I would not hesitate to book again for future visits.
As long as you are aware and we were made very aware of steps up to the flat it should affect rating. Could have done with a bottle opener, but that’s no big deal
- Luka (7/5): Good - Biggest issue is that the room with the boiler smells a bit like gas
- Yvonne (5/5): All about the location - Location very close to train station and many restaurants and grocery stores. Plenty of room in kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms small but comfortable. As advertised there are many stairs and they are difficult to maneuver with large luggage. No instruction on how to use washing machine and no drying rack…. Had clothes lying everywhere! And television was programmed to a German language station which we never figured out how to change. Having to pick up key from secondary action was not ideal unless you arrived by train… wasn’t informed about it till after arrival and had to walk back.
- Mario (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment is clean, cozy and in a great location. Host is very helpful and responsible. I also really liked the quick and comfortable check in/check out.
In the apartment there is everything you need to spend nice weekend or also longer vacation. Kitchen is very well equipped. In bedrooms super comfortable beds, fluffy blankets and lots of pillows. It's only 2 minute walk to the underground station and there are many shops, restaurants and pubs nearby.
We are very satisfied and will definitely visit you again! -
- Monika (6/5): Pleasant -
- Anuspa (7/5): Good - it was cozy and nice wifi was not working
- Thomas (9/5): Perfect base to explore London - Amazing location, amazing price - was truly perfect. Lots of space for friends who were in town to catch a show and dinner. Location to the tube was perfect. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. Full kitchen. I would highly recommend. It is mentioned in the listing and it is a few stairs up (but this just means you get your steps in) and it wouldn't prevent me booking again.
- Pey (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Good facilities. Stairs as described but good for helping with daily steps.
- Melissah (7/5): Brilliant location! - The location was fantastic, the lounge room having a door meant we could use it as a third bedroom for our family of 5. It is very clear that it’s on the fourth floor, but it really was a LOT of stairs every day!
- Madiha (10/5): Great stay as a family - All tidy and staff were incredibly helpful. They even sent 2 cakes as a good gesture as washing machine had a fault. Would highly suggest them. Going up stairs was the hardest part with luggage.
- Louise (9/5): Superb -
- Wenjin (9/5): Satisfied. - The living room is spacious and the sofa can be used as a comfortable bed. The location is very close to the underground station. There is a bus stop where we can take bus to Tower Bridge, Westminster etc. very conveniently.
(7/5): Charming Apartment with Great Location, but Some Major Drawbacks - Oh, this is an interesting apartment! Overall, I liked it, but it was a bit cold. The apartment is located in a very beautiful building, surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. It also has excellent transport links, with a metro station and bus stop nearby. The apartment itself is very cute. However, there are some downsides. First, the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, and the stairs are not the most convenient. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for elderly people or long-term stays. Additionally, the kitchen is quite poorly equipped with cooking utensils, and there’s no drying rack for laundry. The keys are handed out by the guys from the neighboring grocery store, which doesn’t feel very secure.
Oh, and the worst part—the bathroom. While it’s a decent size, taking a shower is a complete nightmare. It’s nearly impossible to set the water temperature properly. It constantly fluctuates from scalding hot to freezing cold. It’s absolutely terrible! All the other drawbacks pale in comparison to this—it’s like a torture chamber in winter!
- Virgil (9/5): Superb - Very good apartment in a nice neighbourhood, well equipped kitchen, good value for money overall. Although i didn't mind the 80 stairs, the flight of stairs was absolutely brutal.
- Macario (10/5): Love the area, love the apartment.... - Near the tube Station. The apartment is clean. So many restaurants around the area. If you have a heavy luggage.
- Alain (5/5): Passable - Good location, 30 min in tube away from Heathrow Airport, restaurants close Feels so tiny even 5-6 people can stay there and considering it is at 4th level without lift can be difficult carrying luggage. There is too much noise from outside.
- Ia (8/5): Very good -
- Maryam (10/5): we highly recommend this apartment for its generous space, excellent amenities, and convenient London location. - Great apartment with two spacious bedrooms and appreciate the wardrobe space. The sofa bed in the living room was handy; since the living room had a door, we used it as an extra room. The kitchen were just right for us, letting us cook whatever we wanted. It had all the necessary equipment. The place was super clean, and it really felt like home. We appreciate how spotless it was. Very responsive hosts and the instructions were clear, also helpful notices in the apartment. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.! The stairs-it was located on the 4th floor.
But that was clearly mentioned in the listing. It wasn’t a big deal for us because the location was too good. In such a prime spot, it’s hard to find apartments like these.
- Sarah (8/5): Would definitely recommend this apartment for the location and size of the property. - Perfect location to the tube! The 80 steps to get to the apartment
