• Jerome (6/5): Nice location, ghetto atmosphere. - I love the location, that management always seems available and that they change the door code on a regular basis. That the floor always seems to be wet. That , even after being notified numerous times, the area near my door was treated as a place for others to keep their belongings, making it impossible to open the door all the way. The door also had nail ends sticking out, which ruined two of our items of clothing. There also was no refrigerator in our room as was advertised. A LOT of the food put in the refrigerators in the kitchen were stolen,as were over a dozen pieces of laundry. And there are no cameras and this is just accepted.

• Joseph (1/5): An example of an evil being - Nothing After working a 10 hour shift at my job an hour and a half away traveling by bus I arrived to my bed and realized my belongings totaling to about $ 2,000 in clothing was thrown and left on the sidewalk covered by rodents and other species because the property manager thought my stuff belonged to another tenant that had left without even calling me and when I said I need to be compensated for this she rudely said it wasn’t her problem and I could leave if I wanted to

• Olesia (1/5): My reservation was confirmed, but they didn’t check me in. - Absolutely nothing When I arrived for check-in, they said they didn’t have any space to accommodate me. I had to find another place to stay for the night. The neighborhood was really bad — there were drunk men sitting outside, drinking alcohol, and shouting profanity.

• Gianluca (6/5): I haven't slept in Pico Robertson, but overall the customer service found a solution to my needs - I was in Pico Robertson but I was moved to another facility in Santa Monica because I was 1 hour late for check in. I was moved in a worse hotel room instead of the one I originally booked so I asked them to find a solution. And I finally moved to a better apartment in West Hollywood.

I waited outside the door for over 20 mins in the dark with my luggage. The bedroom door had stuff on the outside of it that did not allow me to open the door all the way this is a fire hazard

• Anvar (10/5): - I liked the stay at this hostel. The staff has been friendly and accommodating. The bed sheets were clean. The hostel felt cozy as there were families and women there. They have a laundry and a kitchen area with enough space just to chill on the sofas. Also, I liked that there was a balcony in my room. Overall, I recommend this hostel for future travelers Can't think of anything I didn't like. It's a good bang for the buck

• Daniel (5/5): Cool to crash out and bounce. Besides that, you get what you pay for. Affordable! - Location in LA is great, but don't expect much except the bare bones of a bunk and sharing in a moderately stuffy room with fans circulating air in the room. Host was nice but you can tell the space needs a lot of work. The people are all chill. Expect locals and world travelers. Its a chill place to get your 8 hours of sleep and bounce. Hallway has open construction. Could have been covered up better. No soap or toilet paper in shower - understandable but would be nice or option to purchase outside. Lighting inside could have been a little more bright, but it was late, totally understandable.

• Ryan (1/5): A flop house where the owners try to scam you an there are people that try to steal your things even if you have the pri - The house smelled of weed very strong. The location wasn’t the best people were coming an going frequently. I had a private room and locked the door but a man opened it without announcing himself. Me and my female friend were laying in the bed naked so he sat and stared for like 30 seconds then closed the door. Also they asked for a deposit of $50 when I arrived and wanted my room which was already paid for it didn’t make sense. This place is a flop house and will scam you.

• Trinity (1/5): Ghetto - Has potential to be an awesome stay. Sigh! This place is not recommended. The guest staying there seem to be long term who have a slippery finger habits of getting into peoples bags and stealing their belongings. My Apple charger and sunglasses were stolen :(. The place isn’t cleaned very well and it looks like it still under construction. The sheets and towels smell moldy and there is no heat. The open patio area is ideal for summer but in the winter it’s freezing. There really are no set rules or curfew which should be enforced because my bedroom was right by the patio and the guests were up until 5a partying being loud. The bathrooms and kitchen weren’t as clean as they should be. This place has potential being in a decent location but the place needs work. The person I communicated with made a poor attempt to make it right but didn’t follow through.

• Brooke (10/5): Pleasant! - There was a mix up with my reservation, but Hallie handled it perfectly. Under construction when I stayed but still very neat and welcoming. Lock on my door which was nice! Hallie made sure my friend and I were comfortable and settled in well. That woman deserves a raise! When there was a mixup with payment and it showed I hadn’t paid, Hallie made sure to communicate the issue to me promptly so we could resolve. I was told it’s going to become a space for artists, by artists. Love that idea—it perfectly encapsulates the spirit of LA and more specifically West Hollywood!Definitely recommend this spot, especially if Hallie is your host. Thank you so much for your accommodations and for the stay! N/A
• Javier (1/5): Don't waste you and your money there. - There's nothing to like about that place. They are klu Klux as far as it seems. I was discomforted by roommates that said I had been under suspicion and that it could lead me to arrest because I was drinking alcohol. I won't be coming back here. Wasted my 400 dollars for suspicion of minds from the roommates. They were so disliked that I left the same night and went to the Roxy motel at 12am.
• Lindsay (6/5): WORST STAY EVER - Absolutely nothing. If I could give it a 0 I would. I have never stayed anywhere worse.. NO HOT WATER, shared the bathroom with 8 males in the other room. The door was never unlocked, ever!! There were loud banging noises all night long coming from the living room,(that has NO ROOF ON IT) WHEN I DID ASK MGMT ANY QUESTIONS, it was like pulling teeth to get any answers. And still never gave us a shower with hot water.
• Terrance (1/5): Dishonest, irresponsible. Just don't. - Two hours before check-in, and 5 minutes after I paid, owners messaged me to arrive at a different location 30 minutes drive away. I called to say that doesn't work for me, and they gave an excuse that there was an emergency at the property. But then they offered a different (shared bunk) room at the original location. I had to stay with a friend instead. It took almost daily calls, messages, texts for 3 WEEKS to get a refund. In summary, just don't bother.

The accommodations , pictures look nothing like the actual place or rooms, the sanitary conditions were below standards,beds and room were once infested with bed bugs.Manager was nice enough to switch out bed The kitchen, bathrooms, and fridge was not suitable for using.sent to a different address 1519 instead of 1521, the carelessness of the host, non-refundable policy.Some of the guests were sketchy.One of the women there said it is not safe for a single woman to stay there alone. The host wouldn't even stay there herself under those conditions.

• Vizirov (1/5): I have video about this place ))) - hell is cleaner and more comfortable but not this place ! On the way I called them to say that I was an hour late and would be there at 11pm. The girl on the phone asked me to go to another address, pointing out that everything there was identical. Upon arrival we had nowhere to go and had to check into this horror. Everything was completely different, dirty, shared toilet and bathroom with cockroaches, they didn’t give us a parking space either, although it was included in the payment! I took a video of this horror so as not to be unfounded!

They gave us a room that wasn’t even listed in Booking and looked way worse than photos here. After contacting them on Booking, some manager showed up and told us that they didn’t had time to clean up the room and their dryer machine is broken. We have agreed that we’ll come back at 5PM and it will be clean at that time but it wasn’t.. bed sheets were changed but everything else was gross.

• Selim (1/5): Bad - Never I asked for a bed for 3 people. From the pictures it seems that there is a bunk bed for 2 people and a single bed for the other person. All of this will be in one room only. But we were given a room with 3-4 bunk beds. We did not want to stay in the same room with other people we did not know. And we did not stay.

• Charles (2/5): Not happy no parking bait and switch price doubles - The location I wasn't happy I checked out two days early and lost money they said they had parking but did not told me to park somewhere and few hours later said to park somewhere else if I hadn't seen the message I could have been towed away. On top of all that they they said if I wanted to renew it was double the price. The bunk beds we are about twelve inches apart in the room. I tried to be open minded but how will these problems?

Get to smoke on patio . Location was cool Bed was firm ( a bit noisy and springy though) Large mirror on closet doors Fresh air from outside window They had toilet paper :) No key for my room upon arrival No towels Small blood stain on sheets Half decently clean bathroom My room wasn't swept or wiped down . Hair and dust on floor and stuff on table in room Main guests who regularly stay are rude and very loud . (But we have to be quiet upon arrival and throughout the night but they were loud until 5am ! :) Washer and dryer went off all night and needs to be repaired makes very loud knocking noise. Men walking around in boxers and underwear and hogging the patio so no where to really smoke and be comfortable. As a woman this is a huge no no ! I Was smoking at wrong part of the house outside to get told what am I doing here and yelled at and when i told them i was renting here its oh im sorry thought you were strangers. Then followed my wife around the house briefly after knowing we were staying here Charging $85 for that room not worth it. $50-60 Max sure. If you have absolutely no where to go and are on a low low budget stay here . :)

THE PARKING BEHIND THE BUILDING IS NICE THOUGH. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE A COUPLE OF BUCKS, JUST TRUST ME, FONT GO THERE! BEDBUGS
