- Zach (7/5): - The location is great. The room is lovely. Awesome views The Check-In and Check-out experience is terrible. The lockbox entry needs to be re-thought, as it's hard to find in the dark. We had the same lockbox as someone else, but we're given a different code.
It's a real shame because you have a lovely space in a great location.
- Michael (1/5): Horrible condition, level of cleanliness and even worse customer service from the owner. - The condition of this property was completely unacceptable. The room had clearly not been cleaned properly, with hair and debris throughout, and the toilet had a strong sewerage smell.
The furniture was in poor condition and felt more like a student dorm than paid accommodation.
To make matters worse, the pool, which was a key reason we booked, had been closed for a month for repairs, yet this was not disclosed or updated in the listing.
We raised these issues immediately at check-in and requested a refund. While the owner acknowledged the problems, they were extremely difficult to deal with and showed little consideration. We were left in limbo for an extended period, with the owner attempting to charge us for the first night and even for cleaning, despite the state of the room on arrival.
Would not recommend.

Very clean and comfortable The bed was not a large one so our sleep was not the best.
- Natasha (10/5): - The apartment was very clean and all white goods in great condition (exactly lile the pictures). The staff were very helpful with checking in and out. And the location of the apartment was ideal as it was near the main bus stops, the south brisbane train station, and only a 15 minute walk from the CBD. Would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Brisbane for the first time.
- Ching Yu (1/5): - 房間整潔乾淨寬敞,離車站也算近都很方便 住宿方給我另一個連結要求我在上面填寫信用卡資訊來付押金,雖然booking.com說不應該利用其他連結來提供信用卡資訊以防詐騙,但我還是在住宿前一週就已填寫完成請住宿方檢查,結果她在我入住前一天才說信用卡有問題刷不過叫我提供其他張信用卡,我很確定我的信用卡沒有問題,最後也提供三張信用卡都刷不過,很明顯是連結系統的問題。耗了一整天住宿方也想不出其他解決方案,還要求我在電話中直接講出自己的信用卡資訊,這已嚴重影響我的個資安全。最後住宿方在入住當天下午才給另外一個可以直接付款的連結,才終於成功入住。除了房間本身沒有問題外,住宿方帶給我的體驗極差,我絕對不會再入住。

Free & secure parking was an added bonus. 2 swipe tags for elevator & pool access would've been handy. I don't like city traffic, so when hubby went for a drive, I was stuck in the apartment ( which wasn't the end of the world, drinks on the balcony with fantastic views was suffice). Would've been nicer to be able to hang out in the rooftop pool.

- Shannon (3/5): Please do not book if you expect communication for property issues or emergencies - Room itself was clean and comfortable. Really horrible experience attempting to collect the keys. Was left out in the rain for five hours (with all of my belongings soaked) because the lock box was broken. It was very hard to get in contact/ a reply from the host. Ruined the first night of my holiday and there seemed to be no concern or care during or after. The area was unsafe and I was approached by a man late at night while the host asked me to attempt to break into the lock box with a knife. This was after hours of trying with no previous support. Eventually I was provided with a spare key after continually advising that I was not safe and outside in the dark in the pouring rain. Nothing was offered for the huge issue- considering this place costs over $200 a night, really disappointing.

- Joseph (9/5): A great apartment, with an excellent kitchen, a wonderful view and a refreshing rooftop pool - The messages I received were accurate, the lock box was exactly where it said it was going to be, the code was correct, the fob worked, the key worked Perhaps due to the cyclone the week before, the drain in the bathroom had an unpleasant odour.
There were room diffusers to assist, but I ended up covering the drain with a towel which blocked the odour

You have access to the rooftop pool, bbq area and able to use the kitchen as well. Located in great spot in the CBD, close to all the main streets and Southbank area with an absolute view. Very happy with our stay here!
