• Helen (9/5): Excellent stay in a comfortable apartment and a great base for exploring all the exciting sights that Florence has to of - It was very centrally located which made it perfect for visiting the historic sights and galleries. We had plenty of space in the apartment and having a bedroom and bathroom each was great. We were also grateful for the aircon! The windows were either difficult to open or didn’t open. The bedroom at the front had one half of the shutters open which couldn’t be closed as the window was difficult to open. Also that room would benefit from aircon rather than a paddle fan.
• Anonymous (9/5): Superb - Great location for site seeing. Clean, well equipped, spacious. As apartment is in second floor, lots of stairs so wouldn’t be good for anyone with mobility restrictions.
• Sue (9/5): This is a super place to get the best out of your Florence trip - highly recommend - This lovely spacious apartment is situated right in the heart of Florence and is within walking distance of all tourist attractions. It is very clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. We stayed for three nights but could easily have stayed much longer. We walked everywhere and it felt very safe even at night. There are bars, supermarkets and restaurants very close by. There is a bus stop really close to the building that we used that to get to the train station with our luggage. We could have also walked there but didn’t want drag our cases across the cobble streets. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. As others have mentioned there are quite a lot of stone steps up to the apartment but we already knew about those and although carrying the cases up was a workout in itself, we only did that once and it would not put me off going again but if you have mobility issues maybe look at more accessible properties. My daughter slept in the front bedroom and there is a fair amount of road noise from delivery vans, buses etc but again we knew this before we booked and luckily she can sleep though a hurricane so she was fine in there.
• Farouq (7/5): Good stay - Its location is ideal, close to the center. Design & space of the apartment was great. It was clean & had all the amenities a guest might need. The booklet on the property was also very handy! Room furniture was weak & shaky. Wasn’t comfortable to sleep. Loud noises at night were a bit of a bother. Stairwell up without an elevator & luggage was exhaustive. Toilet near the living room was quite narrow. Not very comfy to move around.
