Very kind and welcoming host, in a spotless and air-conditioned apartment. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The self check-in process was easy and convenient. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the metro, making it very easy to reach all the main attractions in Rome. The neighborhood is pleasant and safe, with plenty of restaurants, excellent pizzerias, and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is perfect for family stays and is highly recommended for families with children visiting Rome. • Zammit (10/5): - The property is spacious and very clean. All rooms had a good, functioning, modern AC. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, ironing board and a washing machine! The owner was very helpful. The building is served by a lift. The area looks safe. The Metro stop is conveniently just around the corner and there are bars, restaurants and even a mini market very nearby. Worth it!!

Limpieza correcta y cafetera con cápsulas de nespresso. No faltó ningún detalle. Nos sorprendió gratamente por la relación calidad-precio. Para repetir!

• Donatella (10/5): La perfezione esiste - Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'arredamento moderno, essenziale, nuovo e di buon gusto. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario, i letti ampi e comodi e la pulizia è eccellente. Inoltre l'host, anche se non presente fisicamente, si è dimostrato molto accomodante ed accogliente nei confronti delle nostre richieste (relativamente agli orari di check-in e check-out alle indicazioni per il deposito bagagli una volta terminato il soggiorno). I due bagni hanno docce molto comode e grandi. Inoltre, l'appartamento è dotato di condizionatori che comunque non abbiamo usato molto in quanto la casa è ben coibentata e non troppo calda. Apprezzabile anche il silenzio dei vicini e delle strade circostanti (non è una zona trafficata). La posizione, anche se non centrale, è decisamente strategica per metro, supermercati e ristoranti. Abbiamo viaggiato molto (non solo in Italia) e devo dire che questo appartamento, con il suo staff, è il migliore che ci sia mai capitato. Nulla.

The apartment itself is spacious, well-lit, and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is stylish and comfortable, and the entire apartment has been meticulously maintained. The hosts are incredibly responsive, friendly, and always go above and beyond to ensure residents are satisfied. The location is perfect—conveniently situated close to metro station, which made getting around super easy. It’s also in a quiet, peaceful area, so we never had to worry about noise during our stay. Additionally, the apartment was spotless upon arrival. It was clear that the place is well-maintained and cared for, which made it even more comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness, combined with the spaciousness and excellent location, made my stay incredibly pleasant. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a short-term stay or a longer visit. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

As soon as we arrived, the staff called on whtsapp and made sure if we need anything which was very nice and caring, everything that one would need to feel at home was available. The Host ( Andrea) was very accessible and ressourcefull to help us find a personal driver during the public transport strike.

Close to metro and supermarket. Highly recommend. Would have loved a sofa in the kitchen area as you walk in as that’s where the tv is.

I would recommend it to everyone I know, if they want to visit Rome. Had a great time! Make sure the boiler is set to 65 degrees, we kept running out of hot water when we arrived.

• Kayla (10/5): Beautiful and comfortable home away from home! - We were absolutely spoiled with this apartment. Everything was thought of. The upgrades they’ve done are phenomenal. Great pressure in the showers! Generous sized rooms, with each having their own AC unit, made it very comfortable for our family! It’s been HOT…but knowing that we had a cool place to crash was a relief for us all. We used the crap out of the panini press and nespresso! Two little added luxuries! Delicious food/gelato close by! Also being located very close to a metro stop was extremely helpful too! I really have nothing to complain about!

It has 3 bedrooms, two beautiful modern bathrooms and a large kitchen. The beds are excellent! Air-conditioning in every room. Location is very good, windows to a quiet street. Metro 2 minutes.
