• Aidan (5/5): - Great location, owners and staff very accommodating and helpful with any issues that we had. I think value for money it’s fair. Beds are dreadful wake up with a sore back every morning, only 1 very slim pillow also, house was damp feeling and unclean however due to other guests as cleaner in every day and does a good job. Lack of towels especially in the kitchen if you hope to use it never anything to dry dishes. Main bathroom upstairs floor always soaking wet as no floor towel for people showering, we had an shower in the room with a floor mat which was good but toilet in main bathroom getting wet feet going for a pee in the night wasn’t great. Property has potential to be so much better if the owner would make a few adjustments to make the stay more comfortable like more towels and pillows.

• Ciobanu (4/5): Regret că am ales această locație. - În imediata apropiere există mai multe stații de autobuz, 2 chiar în fața proprietății. Autobuzele circulă regulat (cu condiția să nu fie organizate ceva activități, gen maraton, cum am prins noi și am făcut 50 de minute de mers pe jos până în centru). Înăuntru a fost cald și bine, chiar prea cald în timpul nopții. Foarte aproape de locație sunt magazine de cartier și chiar un supermarket SuperValu unde găsești tot ce dorești. Locația nu este nici pe departe la 15 minute de centru, cum scrie în descriere. Este situată la 25 de minute de mers cu autobuzul față de centru sau la 50 de minute de mers pe jos. Accesul în locație e destul de complicat, noi am avut noroc la sosire că ușa era deschisă. Curățenia în cameră lasă de dorit iar mirosul de mucegai foarte pregnant. Toate hainele miroseau a mucegai când am plecat. Iar geamurile nu puteau fi lăsate deschise decât pe perioada când eram în cameră, aceasta fiind situată la nivelul străzii. Prosoapele și lenjeria au lăsat și ele de dorit.

The self-service was nice, and the bathroom was clean. I could hear the water boiler from the room I stayed in, so whenever any water was used I could hear it refilling. Also, the hallway lights were connected to the lower area of my room (I was in the attic), so if anyone turned on the hallway lights in the night I’d have to go down to turn them back off. I had a bit of trouble opening the front door as it required a bit of fidgeting to get it to work.

• Guest (7/5): - Für den Preis war es eine sehr lohnenswerte Unterkunft. Man hatte Zugang zur Küche, wo man alle möglichen Geräte zum Kochen zur Verfügung hatte. Es gab ein schönes Bad mit Föhn. Die Anbindung zur Stadt war da, man läuft ca 3 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle. Es gibt auch mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt. In die Innenstadt fährt man etwa 20 Minuten.
• julian (6/5): - Me gustó la ubicación cerca y bien comunicado con el trasporte público , el tamaño de la habitación y la cama era grande y cómoda aunque las almohadas demasiado finas El sistema de entrada es confuso y algo complicado porque en el mensaje de check in te dicen que tienes que utilizar una llave de entrada y luego coges la de tu habitación pero que no hacía falta usar la de la entrada con la de tu habitación también podías abrir la puerta principal y era mentira encima costaba abrir la puerta había que hacer fuerza menos mal que tuve suerte y los otros huéspedes fueron todos amables y un chico me ayudó entrar cambiar la puerta o poner un código para que sea más fácil entrar

Wir hatten diese Unterkunft für unseren Irland-Urlaub gebucht und können bis heute kaum fassen, was wir dort erlebt haben. Schon beim Check-in gab es keine Zugangsdaten. Das Zimmer war völlig verdreckt. Überall Staub und Haare auf dem Boden, die Fenster schmutzig, keine Handtücher, kein Toilettenpapier. Die Bettlaken und Decken waren voller Flecken, als wären sie nicht frisch bezogen worden. Außerdem gab es keine Heizung im Zimmer, obwohl es sehr kalt war. Das Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe: Überall Haare, ein fleckiger Badvorleger, und die Tür ließ sich nicht schließen. Es war extrem hellhörig und man konnte jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören. Der schlimmste Moment kam am Abend: Die Haustür ließ sich nicht öffnen, und wir waren eine Stunde lang eingesperrt! Wir haben aus dem Fenster um Hilfe gerufen, da der Eigentümer nicht reagierte. Erst mit Gewalt und einem Hilfsmittel konnten wir uns befreien. Die „Lösung“ des Eigentümers bestand danach darin, die Haustür Tag und Nacht offen stehen zu lassen. Mitten in der Hauptstadt! Booking hat uns lediglich 20 % erstattet. Wir mussten uns notgedrungen eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Diese Unterkunft sollte dringend gesperrt werden! Achtung – bitte auf keinen Fall buchen!

• Lewis (1/5): Appalling accommodation - Absent landlord who is using this property as a cash cow. Lack of maintenance resulted in faulty heating and unbearable living conditions. This is a hostel not a home. The proprietor doesn’t live at the property, nobody is available to deal with problems. Poorly maintained and a disinterested owner. It certainly isn’t a lovely home.

• O Connor (1/5): The worst weekend we ever had - We were promised a " lovely Dublin home.".We got an attic. We had to be constantly aware of the ceiling as half the attic was low. The sheets were very creased and the beds smelled of B.O..There was nowhere to hang any clothes. The bathroom was down a very steep stairs and the switch for the light was halfway down. This is dangerous in the dark. We got no sleep because we were not comfortable with the room.We left early the next morning and went home,in spite of the fact that we paid for 2 nights. The whole weekend was ruined. We deserve a full refund and an apology.

Además pica flexibilidad con la llegada del pasajero. No podía ser antes de las 3 y pasé 5 hrs en el apto, luego cuando llegué no se podía abrir la puerta y solo se comunicaban por mail. Al final llegó un sr que abrió, pero yo estuve en la calle casi 2 hrs para que llegara alguna persona responsable

A bus stop is in front of the building, which is quite convenient. The kitchen was a bit dirty and plates/glasses/cups are a wild assortment of stuff. There is one (really bad) proper pan, and two small pots for potentially 8 rooms, so between 8 and 16 people, which is ridiculous. Also there is like 3 forks and two spoons… The ground floor bathroom definitely has black mold, which is at best disgusting. While not exceptional, the upper floor bathroom is in better shape. Additionally, when we arrived, there was crumbs in the bed and spots on linen, which was also not really nice…

Purtroppo, però, la struttura non conosceva la gestione di nessuno, infatti non abbiamo trovato le chiavi dove ci aveva indicato il proprietario, poiché un ospite non le aveva rimesse a posto. Una minima accortezza da parte del gestore nel recarsi sul posto e assicurarsi che le chiavi fossero in ordine sarebbe stata apprezzata. Non soffermiamoci troppo sulla pulizia, totalmente assente: pavimenti sporchi, bagno condiviso, sporco anch'esso, tanto da scoraggiarci nell'intento di fare una doccia, le lenzuola e i muri macchiati di chissà cosa. Era impossibile chiudere a chiave la porta di ingresso, il che dava non poche preoccupazioni.

• Steven (3/5): Not the best room to stay in. - The bus that stops outside. The beds,pillows,sheets and duvet. Smelly. No WC in the room. Humid atmosphere. TV plugged in to the power socket, no remote control. Blocked sink in the shower room. No action taken from my complaint to the owner. He stated the tv was not part of the room contents and failed to do anything about the blocked sink.

La limpieza de la casa en general, la incomodidad de las camas ya que se notaban todos los muelles, las almohadas también eran incómodas, además del poco espacio en la habitación para entrar. The house wasn't clean, the beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows too, also we didn't have much space in the bedroom.

As a 71 year old man having to sleep in a bed which I'm sure is a kids lower bunk bed on a mattress as thick as a potato crisp wasn't pleasant, towels provided must be at least 10 years old, not enough toilet paper in bathrooms, if anyone wanted to break into the rooms you could pull the doors open with ease, as for a garden a table on gravel. Camera shots can certainly make a place look good. In saying that I had a great time in Dublin.

• nigel (7/5): Great location for transport to the city centre and some good local shops. I think attention to keeping the bathroom sto - It’s a handy location for bus in to the city. The shower was good. Fridge size was good. The shared shower room/toilet ran out of hand soap and toilet paper so I had to buy some myself. There was only one pillow per bed and they were quite flat so I never had a comfortable sleep.
• Sandra (3/5): Slecht - De locatie was prima. Het was er beslist niet schoon, ook het beddengoed en de handdoeken niet. Veel haren en schilfers in het beddengoed. De douche met veel schimmel. Erg lawaaierig, zowel door andere gasten als door lawaai van het huis als afvoeren en andere apparatuur. Het huis is gewoon te vol gepropt voor de grote van het pand.

• céline (1/5): - Le lave linge histoire de dire quelque chose. Du bruit intempestif toutes les nuits avec des colocataires qui vivent la nuit et dorment le jour.. Si la baignoire était supprimée, cela évitera les bains nocturnes qui durent au moins une heure et créé du vacarne sans parler du sol de la salle de bain inondé le matin. Équipement insuffisant pour 7 chambres soit potentiellement 14 personnes : 3 cuillères et 2 fourchettes. On nous promet une place de parking privé... mais il y en a qu une seule pour les 7 chambres. Pas de sèche linge. De plus, le logement est à 50 mn à pied du centre de Dublin.

• roxane (1/5): Insalubre et bruyant - Le logement est bien situé, avec l'arrêt de bus juste devant. La cuisine est bien équipée. Le logement était EXTRÊMEMENT SALE : joints de la douche complètement moisis, febreze dans toutes les pièces pour masquer l'odeur d'humidité, sols à moitié lavés, machines à laver immonde, tous les équipements de la cuisine étaient sales, tapis de bain jamais changé et moisi. Nous avons même trouvé des assiettes sales rangées dans le placard. L'isolation phonique est inexistante, donc vous entendrez tout ce que font les autres locataires même s'ils sont respectueux (spécifiquement dans les chambres du rez-de-chaussée car elles sont entre la porte d'entrée, le salon, l'escalier et la salle de bain). Cette maison nécessite un nettoyage de fond et pas juste du menage de surface. Les chambres sont poussées à leur maximum de capacité pour recevoir le plus de monde possible, donc la maison est surpeuplée (sans compter les allées et venues de chacun). La maison n'est pas adaptée pour autant de monde à la fois de différents groupes, et devrait être louée comme un logement entier. Les lits étaient relativement confortables, par contre les coussins étaient plat comme du papier, et la qualité des couettes inégales.

• Stella (6/5): Good value and location - Very easy to get to this property using public transport, room was a good size, plenty of power outlets, and the kitchen was available to use and well equipped. Nice little outside area. Sadly, our room was not ready when we arrived and had to wait for around 2 hours (the time it took to get in touch with someone and the room to be cleaned). Both the host and the cleaner were very apologetic about the mix up, but sadly it did impact our experience. Beds were a little springy for me, and the tv in the room didn't actually work (no remote either)
• Beckford (2/5): Disappointed 😞 - Nothing The noise was unbearable.fire alarm going off in kitchen,slamming of door,loud talking,smoking,no change of bed linens,no extra towels I had to go purchase,tissues I had to purchase,shower need thorough cleaning too much fragrance which affected my sinus. Parking spot was a hassle.Room needs a mirror
• Karen (9/5): - Clean, several plugs, fairly comfortable beds, had our own shower, main bath across the hall Need a trash can in the RM, better pillows

• doriana (6/5): Tanti particolari da migliorare - La posizione ben servita, la cucina moderna e attrezzata Il materasso della stanza singola era terribile, si percepivano i bozzi delle molle nella schiena. I cuscini forniti erano completamente piatti, ne ho richiesti altri ma mi è stato risposto che non ne avevano altri. Un asciugamano fornito macchiato. Carta igienica centellinata, shampoo e bagnoschiuma non presenti. Di notte le porte sbattevano col vento
• Laura Julia (5/5): - In der Nähe gab es einen Supermarkt, Cafés und einen Park. Außerdem gab es vor der Haustür und etwas die Straße runter Bushaltestelle, an denen regelmäßig Busse in die Innenstadt fuhren. Unser Zimmer war keines von denen, welche man auf den Bildern gesehen hat und war wenig gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gab im Zimmer keinen Mülleimer oder einen Spiegel. In der Dusche lief der Abfluss schlecht und am Ramd hat sich Schimmel gebildet. Die Unterkunft wurde noch mit 7 anderen Parteien geteilt. Da es recht hellhörig war, hat man sich gefühlt wie in einem Hostel und wenig Schlaf bekommen.
