• Mark (9/5): Wonderful stay! - Location was close to a grocery store, liquor store, and the old town. Apartment was very clean, air conditioning was a blessing in August, and rooftop pool was busy but not too busy. Loved the views of the city from the apartment. Close to nice restaurants. Highly suggest Le Clocher Pencher, very close by!
• Simone (9/5): Superb - The location was easy to access, and the instructions given to access the building and the unit were very clear. The penthouse was very well appointed, clean, with great amenities. The rooftop pool and patio were wonderful. The building seems to be rented out mostly for tourists/short term rentals. Just one block away (parallel to the street of the condo), is a very charming street with great restaurants and shops, and an amazing boulangerie. The location was a further walk (and uphill) from old Quebec city than we anticipated, but still do-able.
• Eric (3/5): Very well furnished flat but will NEVER stay rhere again - The flat was very well finished with all amenities in a 11 storey building with roof top pool The keypad on the entrance door was not working properly. We had major problems with payment as Booking had not made it clear payment was to be made directly to the owner. The owner was not present when we checked in. The owner was wanting paid taxes and cleaning fees by PayPal despite these being included by Booking - there was obviously some conflict between Booking and the owner who ultimately thought we were trying to avoid payment despite us requesting Booking to pay him directly from our registered credit card. Will think seriously about using Booking again as their customer service was terrible and the reaction from the owner was deplorable The view from the apartment was over a parking lot and a homeless shelter with police lights flashing most nights we stayed The location is within walking distance of the train station but an uphill walk to the centre of the city
