• MICHELLE (3/5): Sombre et même pas confortable pour dormir - L'emplacement et la petite cour ombragée Salle de bain basique mais correcte L'équipement vetuste et même parfois cassé et dangereux : le lit n'avait que la moitié des lattes au centre du sommier, pas au pied ni à la tête. Le canapé lit inconfortable au possible La cuisine bricolée avec des branchement électriques apparents Porte de placard cassé ne fermant plus Peu d'équipement (seulement 2 couteaux ....)

• donna (6/5): Venice is truly wonderful - Location is excellent. Booked for the garden and unable to use it for mosquitoes. Furniture is dated and looks great in pictures but poor in reality.
• Roman Tardella (10/5): - El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, esta a 10 minutos a pie de la plaza San Marco, en una calle muy tranquila. Esta a nivel de la calle, asi que no tienes que subir escaleras. Encontramos todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, muy completo, y tiene un patio muy agradable

• Ivano (8/5): - Personale top, sig.ra Veronica gentilissima e disponibile per tutto, posizione ottima e vicina al centro ma in zona tranquilla. Struttura molto accogliente e sopratutto fresca nel super caldo di agosto in cui ho soggiornato.
• Svitlana (6/5): - Месторасположение Неудобный диван. Вместо жидкого мыла, была просто вода. Не существенно, ну не приятно. Переночевать можно. Не хватает ремонта.
• Ward (1/5): This apartment should never have been offered for rent! - Upon arrival there was no hot water and no TV. The unit smelled humid and damp. The college student the landlord had paid to set up the place was clueless and unresponsive. After 2 days of rain water seeped in from the rear patio and the floors were dangerously wet. My wife slipped on the wet tiles and injured herself. The sofa bed became soaked and we feared there would be mold. See pictures. The landlord pretended this has "only happened once before in decades" and "there's no rain in the forecast" and "this is Venice". All of which was BS. The rear patio allowed rain water to soak into the floor given sufficient rain. We evacuated that same day and were forced to stay in a hotel for weeks at great expense. The landlord offered 2 days of refund despite the fact we shortened our stay by 3 weeks. Do not rent this place, just don't.
