No staff and no communication. - The location is good No apartment staff, no security, no reply to emails, no spare sheets or towels on a 3 day stay even when emailed. Missing curtain in front of bathroom and the window looks directly into another apartment. Bathroom is too small do dress in. No iron. The shower drainage is poor and can flood the floor for longer than a couple of minutes in shower. The wallpaper is disgusting, when i video called home they asked me if i was in a drugs den.

• Gerhard (1/5): Nie wieder! - Sehr gute Lage Eingangstür nur ca. 1,90 Durchgangshöhe, ich bin 192 cm groß. Habe mir 3x in dieser Woche den Kopf schwer angeschlagen. Badezimmer unakzeptabel, Waschtisch winzig und der Eingang zur Dusche nur ca. 1,60 m hoch. Dusche selbst so winzig, dass ein verletzungsfreies Duschen nicht möglich war. Dass so etwas als Beherbergungsbetrieb zugelassen ist, wundert mich. Boden sehr schmutzig.

• Albert (4/5): Bad und vor allem Dusche sind eine Zumutung. - Die Lage Das Badezimmer war eine Zumutung. Der "Zugang war keine 150 cm hoch und der tatsächlich nutzbare Bereich hatte einen Durchmesser von ca 50 cm. Im Kopf Bereich war durch einen Vorsprung noch weniger Platz, als am Boden. Es gibt also einen guten Grund, warum der Vermieter bei diesem Appartment keine Angaben oder Fotos zum Badezimmer gemacht hat. Da ich bereits früher beim gleichen Vermieter im gleichen Gebäude abgestiegen bin, weiß ich, dass dies nicht für andere Appartments gilt. Daher gilt diese Bewertung nur für Appartment 12 und nicht etwa für Appartment 13a. Das Appartement 12 ist sehr klein. Der Kühlschrank, der zwei Schritte vom Bett entfernt stand, war laut.

• Christopher (10/5): Great property in the centre of Vienna! - Incredible location right in the city centre. All of the big attractions were either in walking distance or easily accessible from the nearby metro station! Even with the central location, the property was quiet and peaceful. The facilities were similarly great, and the kitchen was great for cooking a small meal one evening. The owner was also super responsive with their messages! Definitely recommend a stay! ❤️

Alles sauber und freundlicher Service zum Einchecken. Unsere Wohnung lag im 3.Stock und man musste eine recht steile Treppe hinauf. Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

• Mannino (10/5): Ottimo - La posizione dell'appartamento è fantastica proprio dietro Stephansdom, tutto a pochi passi. L'appartamento è accogliente e pulito, riscaldamento ottimo. Contesto dove si trova l'appartamento è ottimo. L'unica pecca è il bagno piccolino e la mancanza di uno specchio oltre a quello piccolo della toilette.

Lovely apartment..spotless and very clean. Everything there..extra pillows in press. Billa supermarket just around corner. If not sure of keybox just try them all until you find yours.. easy after that. Would definitely stay here again..great location and very good value for lovely apartment. Keybox letters have come off with the rain..but im sure you'll fix this now ive brought to your attention. Thanks for lovely stay.
• Nadia (6/5): Décevant malgré un superbe emplacement - L’emplacement, literie confortable. Trop d’équipements manquant en cuisine pour y passer une semaine et y préparer quelques repas même basiques (par exemple : pas de passoire pour essorer les pâtes, une mini poêle, une mini casserole, etc). Lave vaisselle cassé. Vaisselle réduite à son stricte minimum (par paire). Cette situation a beaucoup dégradé notre expérience, et grevé notre budget car nous avons été contraint à pendre nos repas à l’extérieur. Les réponses de nos interlocuteurs à nos signalements ont été très lentes ou inexistantes , et malgré les promesses de résolution, jamais suivies d’effets par le personnel sur place.
• Maxim (9/5): Отлично. - Локация - супер! Чистота - практически идеально! Постельные принадлежности - прекрасно. Коммуникации с владельцами - отлично: просто, понятно, исчерпывающе. Мебель для чемоданов, стул (жёсткий) в прихожей, надёжные вешалки для верхней одежды, металлическая (жёсткая) ложка для обуви - мощщно и красиво увеличили бы комфортабельность квартиры, если бы имелись. К ванной комнате больших претензий нет, но: смеситель душа работает нечётко (возможно, из-за слабого напора воды), из выхода душевого шланга вода течёт на стену а не в шланг, проверьте, пока не случилось аварии. И я, как художник, не могу оценить высоко дизайн интерьера - он очень скучный, извините. Для Вены - города великих художников - это немного совсем чуть-чуть ненормально. Но! Недорогая, чистая, светлая квартира в самом центре - это всё искупает, конечно! Но вы попросили замечаний - вот они.

Felt luxurious with velvet-like curtains and chairs. - Washing machine was clean and was easy to translate the settings using my phone. - kitchen is in a separate room. - Bathroom is spacious; toilet is in separate room off the bathroom. - Bed was comfortable with lovely linens. Not negatives but visitors should be aware: 1. Apartment is up 3 flights of circular stairs (approximately 45 steps). There is no elevator. 2. If they wish to use the washing machine they should bring their own clothes detergent and there is no dryer or air rack. However, there are quite a few heaters and a fan which help dry the clothes. 3. The kitchen is great but only had salt so you will need to purchase other basic provisions.

• Marie-Do (9/5): Bel emplacement - Appartement très cosy et idéalement placé pour découvrir Vienne à pieds. La douche est étroite et le lave-mains qui fait office de lavabo n'est pas pratique.
• Coral (7/5): Crítica constructiva - La ubicación es genial. Las camas son muy grandes. Apartamento espacioso. Deberían arreglar la ducha. Para empezar la manguera de la ducha está rota y sale el agua como loca por todas partes y ya para mayor inri no hay puerta por lo que el agua sale fuera y se moja todo. Por otro lado también pasamos bastante frío por las noches ya que la calefacción no funciona y solo tiene una placa en la pared para calentar. El menaje de cocina, platos, cubiertos y tazas estaban muy sucios, sobre todo los platos…. Tengan en cuenta que los fines de semana no hay nadie que conteste los mensajes, lo cual también es algo que no nos gustó porque llegábamos un sábado y no nos respondían.

• Andreas (5/5): Nur die Lage ist top - Lage ist perfekt Das Bad geht gar nicht. Dusche winzig und kaum nutzbar. Waschbecken winzig und kaum nutzbar. Der Raum ist winzig- um ins Doppelbett zu kommen, muss man über den Partner klettern. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, aber leider nur Kapseln für 1 Tag. Die Haustür ist historisch und sperrig. Keine Wiederholung bei uns.

• tirso tomas (1/5): decepcionante, lo único bueno la ubicación - solo dos días antes de la llegada nos informaron que el apartamento no tenía ascensor, era una escalera de caracol impracticable, y nos costó mucho acceder con el equipaje, no somos jóvenes como para andar subiendo y bajando esas escaleras, además la calefacción deficiente y en baño hacia mucho frío

• Sergio (9/5): Con dos cositas sería un 10 - La ubicación y la limpieza. También me gustó la decoración, que me pareció bastante elegante. Los que más nos incomodó fueron las almohadas, que es un aspecto primordial para el descanso y en el que una pequeña inversión repercute de manera importante en la comodidad del huésped. Son muy finas y es como si no tuvieras. También echamos en falta un microondas y algún vaso más, ya que solo había dos. En la parte trasera de la puerta de entrada hay un cartel del inventario del alojamiento y señala que avises si echas algo en falta, pero esta labor de supervisión no creo que deba hacerla el huésped. No llamamos porque supone después estar pendientes de que lleguen y perder parte del día. Para acceder al alojamiento hay que subir tres plantas por una escalera de caracol. Para nosotros no fue un problema, y el anuncio señala sin especificar demasiado que hay que subir escaleras, pero para otro tipo de persona de más edad o con más equipaje sí lo puede ser.

• Barış (8/5): Rahat bir konaklamaydı. - Konumu harika, oda büyüklüğü ve temizliği gayet güzel, yatak konforlu. Tesise girdiğimizde hiç içme suyu yoktu, o günde bütün marketler tatil nedeni ile kapalıydı içme suyu sıkıntısı yaşadık. Odada bir yada iki şişe su ikramı olmalıydı bence. Birde duş alanı çok küçüktü.

• Giulia (1/5): State alla larga da questi appartamenti - La posizione centrale Sono arrivata e la chiave non apriva la porta dell’appartamento, li ho contattati e mi hanno fatto aprire un’altra cassettina al cui interno c’era un mazzo di chiavi contenente tutte le chiavi dei loro appartamenti. Una volta entrata la stanza era sporca così ho dovuto richiamare e mi hanno assegnato un appartamento molto più piccolo di quello che ho pagato, ho chiesto il rimborso per la differenza di prezzo ma mi è stato negato. L’appartamento era sporco, macchie sul tappeto, il lampadario aveva una luce bruciata e un insetto morto dentro.

We found the instructions very clear and easy to follow to get in! I would recommend providing a couple of laundry pods for guests! • Andreas (10/5): Amazing! - Everything was amazing. Room was sparkling clean. Housekeeping lady was very kind and polite making sure we had everything we needed. Keys are very easy to find with very clear instructions. Room has everything you will possibly need. Highly recommended.
• Svitlana (10/5): Exceptional - Modern, clean, specious, perfect location There was not enough toiletries provided for 5 nights so I had to buy my own. Also, a pouch of laundry detergent would have been nice to have for long stays, specialist since the laundry machine was already in the facility. Many placed do provide laundry detergents for over 3 nights.
• Dana (8/5): Hidden gem - It was a great stay: -perfect location -despite location it was complete silence since it is slightly hidden -even tho it was a heatwave it was quite chilly in the apartment -all the necessities were there Received plenty of messages that my payment did not work out and not a single advice how to proceed. Eventually the payment went through but it was a bit stressful. Some neighbors were walking back and forth during the night so it was slightly noisy
• Joshua (10/5): Fantastic stay in a great location for sightseeing - Spacious, stylish room in the heart of the city. Well-equipped kitchen with a massive fridge. Washing machine in the room was greatly appreciated. Only very minor things: lack of microwave, no complementary washing powder, many stairs (we had no problem, but I would not book this if I was elderly or had mobility issues).

• Greg (8/5): Really enjoyed our experience in Vienna and the room and location added to our experience - It was in a perfect location - one block from the action but nice & quite in the evening The host was super responsive and very helpful The toilet and shower are a little on the small size but clean and well presented
