- Alessandra (1/5): - Não consegui realizar a hospedagem devido as condições insalubres do local. Além da propaganda enganosa , já que é divulgado como um flat para família de 50 metros, é um quarto que não atinge a metragem de 29 metros. Paredes com mofos, vazamento com água escorrendo pelas paredes, roupa de cama Velha e suja. O check in foi realizado de forma inapropriada, já que o responsável realiza várias atividades em búzios e entregou a chave no horário que foi possível pra ele. Entrei no quarto e fui embora, devido a tudo relatado. Registrei por fotos e vídeos. Até o momento não consegui o valor de reembolso.
