- Lily (10/5): enjoyed it so so much - would definitely be back, such good value for money! - Gorgeous interior and great location. Loved the balcony area too - we initially didn’t realise how spacious it was The shower was slightly unclean looking but had no problems with it!

- Rozalia (7/5): - Ładny apartament, wygodne łóżko, dobra lokalizacja i bezpieczna i przyjemna okolica, pomocny i uprzejmy personel.

- IURII (10/5): Hidden gem! - Great tiny apartment just 10 min walk from the city center. Well equipped with everything you could need and cozy balcony out of city noise. Good internet, 2 workplaces, comfy bed. Great communication and clear instructions. The shower is a bit strange)
- Guerra Rodríguez (10/5): -
- Paula (5/5): - La ubicación Había un montón de mosquitos, la cama era regulera y las paredes de papel
- Mary (7/5): Good - Good location and right price. We ran out of toilet paper
- Sophie (9/5): Tuscan charm on a budget - This place was very nice and spacious. The small kitchen was definitely a plus as we were able to cook meals and save money. The table was perfect for two people to eat at. There is also a small patio if you want to get some air. The place was close to the city center and we were able to walk everywhere from here. The check in was easy as well. The only slight inconvenience was the bathroom as it was very small and gets wet easily but for a few days it is definitely doable. I would still stay here again despite that.
- Olivia (6/5): Convenient but not what I expected - - Location was convenient
- Instructions to find the place were clear
- We were able to leave our luggage there before check-in time
- Convenient if you want to do a bit of cooking or keep things in a fridge
- Quiet
- Bed was comfortable - I am generally not difficult with the bathroom but I couldn't wait to get to the next hotel to have a proper one. The only separation between the shower and the toilet is a curtain so the floor is wet when you want to go to the toilets after someone showered. There was a lot of black mould at the bottom of the wall. The picture doesn't match what we had so maybe it's been renovated, but to be fair the picture on Booking.com shows a shower that is even closer to the toilet so the one we had might be a bit better, and it's on me for not noticing in advance. The picture of the kitchen also doesn't match what we had, the sink that is shown in the bathroom was were the pictures show a stove and microwave.
- Both of us are fit but we were uncomfortable with the stairs we had to climb to get to the bedroom, so I don't imagine they would be suitable for everyone. I didn't feel comfortable carrying my suitcase upstairs.
- Riley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (6/5): Convenient spot for 1 night layover - Location, easy to find and easy to access Bathroom very small and in need of some TLC
- Claire (8/5): Great location, great communication, perfect for bed n breakfast usage, but limited comfort - Communication very good, all infos exchanged contactless for a very smooth process, Enis made it super easy!
The appartment is located approximately 15 min by foot from main station and 20 from city tourist attractions, very easy and convenient for walking along the Arno for example.
The appartment is charming thanks to balcony and decor, the shower and heating work very well and the sheets and towels were clean and comfortable.
Bed is ok and there are some minimum amenities for cooking (water kettle for tea, some dishes but no towel to dry) however there is not a lot, e.g. no hooks by the bathroom. The shower and loo is extremely narrow ! and the bed area on mezzanine is low height - tall people will not be able to move around without banging their heads there! I am 1.75m and it was borderline to use the toilet or the top floor area. Also limited options for storing clothing. Place is perfect for a few days tourism with not much more than a sleep and breakfast spot needed but the bathroom situation (access the loo through the wet floor of shower?!) is not comfortable for a long stay. Or for tall people.
- Hovan (10/5): I would recommend it for everyone who enjoys small and cozy places to stay. - Very pleasant apartment, cozy and small, but just to my liking. I stayed only for few days so I can't comment on long term stays, but the apartment equipment included everything I needed. It wasn't a problem for me, but I was surprised by the size of the bathroom especially the shower. It's very small, but again, it was more than enough for me.
- Ots (10/5): Great cozy studio in the city center. - Everything is perfect. Very warm apartment which is important for the winter months. Has everything that one might need from kitchen to shower. Highly recommend. Location is also perfect
- Ashley (8/5): Cute and Quaint Flat with Enough to Keep you Going for Your Stay - The flat is really cute. Though small, it still contains everything you need, barring maybe the exception of an oven but for a week's stay, it's not really an issue. It even has shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the wall in the bathroom. There is a little balcony with a couple of seats too which was really nice to sit out on in the evenings.
Location is definitely the biggest plus for us. There's a cafe right next door, and a whole bunch of other restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk too. It's also close to a couple of bus stops that have bus routes going to or by points of interest, like the Piazzale Michaelangelo. The bathroom is really small. The whole room gets wet when you shower so if there's more than one of you, whoever goes second gets wet before they even turn the shower on. Also, it's pretty easy to hear the people in the flats on the other side of the hall so if you get noisy neighbours, you'll really be able to hear everything.
- Jennifer (8/5): Very good -
- Olly (9/5): Quiet, comfortable and value for money and a 4 minute walk from the beautiful - The property is just on the outskirts of the historic part of Firenze (Florence). There is a grocery mart just around the corner for any bits you need and a great cafe next door for breakfast.
The apartment is ideal for a place to sleep and refresh whilst taking in the sites during the day and the atmosphere of the evening.
We really enjoyed our stay here and fitted our requirements.
The property is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. There are some refreshments required on the slightly tired kitchenette cupboards, but all the amenities are sound and work well.
- Fi (10/5): Lovely stay near Florence's city centre - We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The apartment was located so one could get to the city centre by foot while situated in a quieter area. The decoration and furnishing was cozy and the customer service responded quickly and in a friendly manner even when we messaged late in the evening. Many other reviews mention that the toilet is right next to the shower which didn't bother me personally but is something to be aware of.
- Adrija (10/5): Perfect! - Really great and aesthetically pleasing apartment near city centre! Bathroom was a bit small :D
- Yongyeon (10/5): Exceptional - This place is like hidden pearl in Florence.
Of course the plat is bit small and compact, the shower room is bit uncomfortable, but it doesn’t matter. It is an perfect option for poor solo traveler, and place itself is quite petit and cozy. Kitchen is bit small but it has everything you need inside.
And most of all, the host, Jessica was kind and warm. May be the deafning option was not the best.
- Bugajska (8/5): Well-equipped, in a very nice location with a very helpful staff ❤️ - Great location
Polite staff -
- Pratana (10/5): Exceptional - It is the coziest room I have been at to date. I enjoyed being able to cook during my stay.
- Mark (7/5): Good - Self contained accommodation. Located close to the river, which offers an easy walk into town. The host was very welcoming and even gave us a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The en-suite is extremely small. The stairs are a little precarious, especially if you are not fully awake when you get up in the morning.
- Liliya (10/5): Amazing place - Amazing location, amazing place, very friendly and helpful host. Highly recommend it
- Helen (6/5): Good, lovely peaceful balcony, has character, brilliant cafe-bar next door. - Wasn't given information on which door inside main entrance
- Mark (6/5): Small room but bed was extremely comfy. While we never met the host he was very helpful. - The bed was surprisingly comfortable despite the small space. Bathroom. it was like staying in my parents caravan in the 1970's!
- Elia (4/5): Disappointing -
- Savreet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carias (3/5): Poor -
- Andrew (8/5): Was brilliant, would honestly live here with a little bit of maintenance - It was cute, it was very homie with access to a kitchen, and with great entertainment (TV with working Netflix over the bed) and plenty of room for a couple. The bed was very comfy and the location was excellent as it was it was right next to the river and a 5 min walk into high traffic areas without being super busy The bathroom could do with a little bit of refurbishment.
- Mariana (10/5): Amazing! - Nice apartment Everything good
- Douglas (1/5): Stay anywhere else in Florence - The only thing we could possibly 'like' after this fiasco and pit of misrepresentation was getting a refund of our booked 2nd night after we refused to stay there. The listing reads well, but upon arrival you find that there is no 'living room' unless you consider the 6 sq. ft available to navigate around the shaky stairs and banister that occupy 80% of the main space. There is no "separate bedroom" either as listed; it is a loft with a foamy stuck on a piece of plywood and a barely accessible cupboard with a door fallen off. Black mold in the bathroom, holes in the loft barely covered with a sheet of paper. Two chairs, one with a broken seat (dangerous to sit on) and small 2X3' kitchen table furnish the "living room". On leaving the next morning the barrista at the cafe next door guessed at our plight and offered the comment, "You're not alone, we hear a lot about that place!" Liars running a trashpit.
- Anthony (8/5): great space for an overnight visit - small & simple for 1 night was ok for 1
- Valerijus (1/5): the worst ever - not bed location lack of space in the wc, shower room in the same space of 1,5sqm. Wash basin too small. stairs not safe and very incomfortable
