• Bin (10/5): 性价比很高的罗马住宿首选 - 首先房间的装修和设施都很好，房间很宽敞，并且有一个很惬意的大阳台，用品也很齐全，wifi很好用，性价比很高。房东Alessandro非常热情和细心，会在到达前提前联系并且把一切都准备的很好，让你感觉像远方的朋友在等你回家，也给我们推荐了很多好吃的餐厅。住宿的位置离梵蒂冈很近下楼就是圣彼得大教堂，附近也有几家不错的餐馆，旁边有小超市，总体而言很方便。在这里住的三天让我们体验了很棒的罗马之旅，下次如果有机会再来罗马还会选择这里！ 浴室的花洒可以稍微改进一下，其他都很棒
• Brooke (10/5): Cozy and convenient - This property is close to St. Peter's square and the host was very helpful with accommodation of our tricky schedule due to being in town for Sposi Novelli. He held our luggage for us till we could get back even though it was past check out. He also gave great local recommendations for food and drink!! None

It was all the small details that made it perfect from the toiletries, the mini fridge to the daily replenishment of coffee and biscuits. A lovely comfortable bed, tv with Netflix and a balcony that you could see the Vatican from. But the main event was our host Alessandro, he is absolutely fabulous and really made our stay. He gave us excellent restaurant recommendations we ended up going to them all. Super friendly and very knowledgable about the area. We will recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Rome and we hope one day to visit again. Nothing

The bed was so comfortable and the shower was powerful and spacious. Lovely shower and hair shampoos were very welcome, as were the daily replacements of biscuits! The lift to the room was a bonus. And Alessandro the host was incredible- fabulous communication skills, soo kind, supportive and helpful. He recommended amazing places to eat outside the tourist trap, always answered any questions within a couple of minutes via what’s app, went above and beyond at all times to make our stay the best it could possibly be, and just generally really cared about ensuring his guests had a simply superlative stay. Can’t thank him enough . Highly recommend this place to everyone! Nothing

The host, Alessandro, was helpful and kind, sending restaurant recommendations and checking in during my stay to ensure everything was okay. The apartment itself was great – well maintained, with VERY comfy beds, a spacious and spotless bathroom, and all the comforts of home. Not only was the accomodation perfect, the host, Alessandro, went above and beyond to help us plan our stay in Rome and gave us recommendations at the best restaurants and cafes! The bed was very comfy, room was spotless clean, quiet, and had everything we needed! The location was also very convenient with getting into the city, either by walking or there is a bus stop right outside. Highly recommend staying here! It was perfect!

• Lucy (10/5): WOW - home away from home - Wow - what an amazing place to stay for great value. We had the best stay here and we will be back. The beds are so comfortable and the room is so clean. It has fantastic water pressure in a really luxurious bathroom, which even has makeup lights and a powerful hairdryer which is a bonus. It really was a home away from home. Alessandro, the host, really does go above and beyond. I asked for some balloons in the room for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday. I was only expecting average balloons but he got us those huge metallic number balloons as well as the normal ones, and played happy birthday on his phone as he walked in. He gave us a list of restaurants to try and the majority were fantastic. No safe - however nothing was taken. Initially it was a worry but all was fine.

The room was great, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Alessandro was a fantastic host and very attentive. I am gluten intolerant and he messaged me plenty of places nearby which was great. He was very informative and always at the other side of the phone incase we needed help with anything. We had one incident at 6 in the morning where the bathroom door locked and we were not able to open it. Alessandro was straight over and got the door open for us! Overall, we loved our stay in Rome and will definitely be back staying here again when we visit! Apart from the door locking on ourselves, lol, everything was perfect!

• karen (10/5): A beautiful modernly furnished room in an old fashioned apartment block in a great position very near the Vatican - Really clean, large comfortable bed and pillows, excellent standard of quality to furniture and bathroom. The host was really helpful, friendly and was in constant touch via WhatsApp, meeting us when we arrived by taxi, to take us to the room and when we left the key in the room, he answered immediately opening the door remotely. Nice to have a balcony which is unusual in a city. Everything smelt really nice and fresh which is nice when it was so hot. There is a fridge with reasonably priced drinks to buy and free coffee, tea and biscuits replenished daily. There is even an umbrella to borrow if needed, slippers, a hairdryer, toiletries, nice towels replaced daily too. Nothing

Vi fik en quick-guide til byen med gode anbefalinger til spisesteder, som vi gjorde meget nytte af. Alessandro og dette sted fortjener en guldmedalje :)

Per San Pietro la posizione è assolutamente strategica, ma comunque comoda per raggiungere il centro di Roma anche a piedi. Intorno ci sono bar, ristoranti e ogni tipo di servizio. La nostra camera era perfetta: nuova, grande, spaziosa e arredata con gran gusto. Letto comodo e bagno perfetto. In camera c'era anche tutto l'occorrente per una veloce colazione. Il proprietario è delizioso; disponibile, gentile, ci ha dato anche delle dritte sui poso dove mangiare e fae colazione che si sono rivelate assolutamente vincenti. Consigliato! • Townsend (10/5): Exceptional. Would recommend to all friends and family - It was very clean and modern. We only stayed for one night but would have easily stayed on if we didn’t have other plans. It felt like our very own hidden gem. The gorgeous room and bathroom were topped off by the private balcony that you could get a glimpse of the Vatican from. It was super easy to find and in a great location overall, with easy access to central Rome but also being only a few hundred metres from St. Peter’s Basicalla and the Vatican. Alessandro was incredibly accommodating to us being very flexible when our journey was delayed and always going out of his way to make us comfortable. It was special to stay in a place that someone truly cared about and felt the importance of us enjoying our time there.

• camarey (10/5): Our stay was comfortable and location was amazing. - The location was great and it had an elevator. Property was also clean and we felt safe there. Property manager was always willing to help and answer any questions we had regarding our visit in Rome. Liked everything about the property but on occasion we heard a dog that was next door.

• Luis Silvio (9/5): Excelente - Todo muy bueno cerca del Vaticano , su anfitriona Cintia muy amable y se preocupa por todo, para solucionar cualquier inconveniente, un lugar cerca de restaurantes y bares , tranquilo por las noches.

• Emily (10/5): Amazing, comfortable stay - The room was lovely! Literally a 5 minute walk to St Perter’s Square and easy to access transport links such as bus and train. Alessandro was fabulous and so attentive. He helped with food recommendations also🍕 The rooms were so clean and modern and had everything you needed including hair dryer, toiletries and tea/coffee facilities. It was 10/10 however the WiFi could’ve been abit better and more plug sockets in the room however that’s just me being picky😁
