• Jens (10/5): - Gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt, U Bahn, Bus, Strassenbahn, für 0,80€ eine Richtung. Tolle Ausstattung, auch wenn man kochen möchte. Das Parken war möglich, aber sehr angespannt.

Facilidad para el check-in y check-out con las llaves en cajita en el buzón. Cerca del metro y de un Lidl. Faltaba persiana o cortina opaca en el dormitorio. Un microondas vendría bien Las escaleras eran algo estrechas para subir cargado.

• Marialourdes (9/5): Assolutamente consigliato - Appartamento davvero grazioso e spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito! L’host è stato davvero gentilissimo! Abbiamo avuto qualche problema iniziale con l’acqua calda ma l’aiuto dell’host è stato tempestivo e abbiamo subito risolto!

• Danijela (10/5): - Lokacija mirna, ali ne daleko od grada, lako za snalaženje. Lidl u blizini. Smeštaj odličan, klima uređaji u svakoj sobi, uredno, veoma čisto sa vrlo lepim i prikladnim nameštajem. Puno svetlosti u stanu. Izuzetno dobro opremljen svime što je potrebno za boravak. Sobe su prostrane, kuhinja odlična za 4 osobe. Boravak je bio vrlo prijatan u apartmanu, preporučujem smeštaj. Dobro bi bilo pronaći bolje rešenje za tuš kabinu, sve ostalo je odlično.

• Cravcenco (9/5): Комфортная квартира, на 3-м этаже, соседи не беспокоят,☺️ - Очень понравилось что в каждой комнате и на кухне всё свежее: мебель(шкафчики, тумбы) сухо и чистый воздух в квартире. Месторасположение: тихий спальный район, рядом магазин продуктовый, недалеко метро, торговый центр Кауфланд, ресторанчик уютный китайский☺️ Нет никаких замечаний☺️

• Uwe (6/5): Recommended for summer times but not in winter - The location is perfect to explore the city. It is directly at the main metro line. There is also a large Lidl supermarket around to buy most things. There are also banks around with ATMs. The area is quiet. The most important thing is to sleep well. Unfortunately, as of January 2025, the mattresses of the bed were old that I sunk in so deep (with 90 kg weight) that I woke up several times the night and ended up with back pain. The other main issue was that the window in the bathroom was open when I came, the apartment had thus just 8 °C. Even after 2 days the air conditioners could not heat up the apartment, thus the kitchen was unusable to sit there and also in the living room one could only sit with a winter jacket on. I think the owner should run the air conditions run through to keep e.g. at least a temperature of 16 °C to that it can be heated up properly once a guest arrives. The sofa in the living room needs to be cleaned because one could smell that other guest apparently let a dog sleep there.
• Zhavnis (9/5): Small apartment in the old fashioned building - Nice apartment not very far from the city center. Beautifull old arhitecture. Food stores and the metro station are very close. No problems with free street parking. Very clean and renovated. Air conditioners in both rooms The flat is located on the 2nd floor and the ladder is very steep and narrow. Not suitable for old persons. Moreover, you have to open and close 3 doors to get into the flat. The bathroom is also very tiny. Both bathroom and kitchen aren't heated in winter.
• Anita (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the details, for example board games and everything included. It was cosy and chill. I would recommend warming up place before guest arrival in Winter season.
• Preslava (10/5): Exceptional - I think it was the perfect location there a 24/7 market nearby. There is a kebab place very close too. It was clean and organised apartments . The owner is very friendly and nice and very helpful too.
• Anna (8/5): Very good - The apartment provided all amenities needed for the short stay we had. The host was very friendly, responsive and accommodating extra inquiries. The apartment was not easily accessible, steep staircase / no elevator and the overall building condition was not very good.
