• Peter (6/5): Appartement goed, maar de rest van het gebouw slecht - Appartement op zich was goed en vrij nieuw. Er was voor ieder een kleine en grote handdoek en dat was weinig voor 5 nachten. Verzoek om meer werd niet ingewilligd. Het gebouw was in renovatie. Het gedeelte van het appartement op de 2e verdieping was slechts gedeeltelijk klaar.Entree van het gebouw was oud en vervallen en vuil. Slecht verlichte opgang met kapotte wanden en ramen. Naast het gebouw sliepen daklozen in portieken.

• diane (8/5): - Property/Location was great Manager/owner was incredibly slow at responding. Refused to provide an additional blanket and ignored me when I asked for help with setting up the WiFi.

• Hellen (1/5): Horrible stay!!!! - We had to really chase the owner to get the information for check-in. The building looked abandoned and in need of repair. Only two apartments were occupied, while the rest had broken walls and garbage scattered around. The front reception area had blackened and dusty outlets. From the sign on the wall, each floor looked like it had been a different business area not a hotel or an apartment building. Additionally, the floors above us all had garbage thrown around broken, dirty toilets. The owner had warned us about the elevator’s technical issues, but we thought it would be fixed by the time we arrived. However, it was clearly just off. The number of steps was significantly higher than the owner had indicated, and the stairwell was narrow and steep, with the handrail on the wrong side, making it treacherous. As someone with a mobility issue, I had advised the owner that I wouldn’t be able to stay there, so we only stayed one night. We tried to discuss this with the owner, but he never responded. We also tried to request a partial refund since we needed to stay at a different hotel, but he never responded to that either. After some research, I discovered that the building had been used by squatters in the past. The neighbourhood itself looked unsafe and disreputable. The air conditioning in the apartment was ineffective, making it extremely hot. The bed had thin coils that could be felt through the mattress.
• stephane (7/5): Bel appartement, quelques défauts - Le logement est grand et bien équipé, notamment avec un très grand canapé et la climatisation partout. Les deux salles de bains sont très agréables également. Situé dans le quartier dynamique de Exarchia, avec tout ce qu'il faut comme commerces autour et à 15mn à pied des quartiers touristiques (bus et métro également disponibles à proximité). Nous avions réservé pour 5 personnes, mais l'appartement n'était pas très adapté pour celui qui dormait dans le séjour, les voilages laissent passer la lumière et il en manquait un (que le propriétaire s'était engagé à réinstaller, mais il n'est jamais venu). L'appartement est sur des rues très bruyantes et les matelas à ressorts très inconfortables. Dommages, l'appartement est très bien mais il a des défauts pour y dormir paisiblement.
• franciscor81 (8/5): Non male - L'appartamento è molto carino e ben tenuto, non lontano dal centro. Per entrare nel palazzo bisogna aprire prima una serratura posta in basso alla porta di vetro che va richiusa ogni volta. I letti erano un po' scomodi

• Isaac (9/5): A fantastic stay in a great location which allowed me to take in the Acropolis the National Gardens during my early morn - The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Every room was air-conditioned (June temperatures were in the low 30s), and the bathrooms were of exceptional quality. Ensuite bathroom to the room I slept in was of five star quality! The accommodation was secure and in line with my expectations and as advertised. The entrance hall was underwhelming and unfortunately the elevator was not working. The accommodation is on the third floor. However, because I only had hand luggage this was not a problem. However, large heavy luggage carriers may have had an issue.
• Bondarenko (10/5): 5 days joyful stay - Very spacious flat, proper showers. Perfect attention to details! Coffee machine with coffee capsules and sugar provided. Washing machine with capsules. Bottle of water in the fridge. Hairdryer. All kitchenware, napkins, even toster for hot sandwiches. Very good communication with the owners, full details, easy chech in and check out, were given 2 extra pillows by request. Supermarket next door. Walking distance to metro and center and not so noisy and not so crowded as in the very center. Will come again! Lift is out of order, climbing to 3rd floor with suitcases can be challenging... It could be good to add some hooks in the bathrooms. Mattresses were partly convenient, but it is always a matter of preference.
• Stefano (10/5): Perfect host, apartment highly recommended! - The apartment is modern and welcoming. Two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms and a very large living room. Very fast internet. Convenient location both for walking to two different metro lines and to the center of Athens. What I did not like at best does not concern the apartment but the exterior of the building that needs a refreshment and the fact that is a little inconvenient to open the entrance from the street (the lock is at ground level). The elevator does not work.
• Konstantinos (7/5): Good - Very good location. within walking distance from Sintagma, Monastiraki and Plaka. No elevator (3rd floor) with no previous warning. The TV was not connected to the antenna socket and there was no TV control. The coffee maker is faulty (it chews the capsules) Found three (smoked) cigarettes in the (otherwise clean) floor. Strange smell from the main bathroom.

• Gina (8/5): Modern two bedroom apartment - Great new modern apartment with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, spacious and comfortable. Convenient location for the city centre and tourist attractions. The lift was not currently working which made it difficult for older or unfit people using the stairs. Certain levels in the building are unoccupied and unrenovated office space.
