Nao tinha sabonete líquido, o café da manha não chegou no horário combinado e tive que me atrasar para meu compromisso, pois chegou com 45 min de atraso e eu estava saindo do local... Fora a barata que entrou no quarto as 8 da manha me causando um transtorno com a minha companheira...

Tanto na parte do chão chuveiro na hidro. O chuveiro estava com vazamento no box e a hidro também estava vazando por algum lugar que não identificamos! Portanto o quarto ficou cheio de água tivemos que secar o quarto! Isso não foi nada agradável essa dor de cabeça! Lâmpadas queimas

A empresa cobra 20% para pedidos feitos fora do motel, entretanto nem recebem o pedido,precisando o cliente descer e receber na garagem, sem prato, sem talheres. Precisamos trocar de suite, vaso sanitário não funcionou, recepcionista sugeriu que eu arrumasse a boia da privada, o q pelo preço pago não fez nenhum sentido tal sugestão, me fazendo exigir a troca. Bem ruim.

- Raiza (10/5): Adoramos porem os funcionários devem ser mais atentos. - Adorei a estrutura e modernidade do local. Café da manhã sem opções sendo que pagamos a parte para a inclusão da mesma, perguntamos se tinham ovos e eles disseram que não, pedimos queijo terminamos o café da manhã e não mandaram, puro descaso.
