• Sonja (3/5): Reräumig aber schmutzig - Tolle Lage, sehr nette, schnelle Hilfe über E-Mail, als wir den richtigen Eingang bei der Anreise nicht gefunden haben. Die ehemals hochwertig renovierte Wohnung war in einem sehr schmutzigen Zustand. Am schlimmsten war die Dusche, wo an der schwarzen Fliesenwand etwa kniehoch ein glibbriger, rotbrauner Schleimpilz klebte. An der kompletten Küchenfront konnte man die Mahlzeiten der letzten Wochen einsehen, im Kühlschrank, der ziemlich sauber von innern war, lagen leider Haare. Es warwn nur drei Betten bezogen, obwohl wir für vier Personen gebucht hatten, auch Handtücher waren nur für drei Gäste vorhanden. An den Möbeln (Bett, Schrank) fehlten Leisten und Furniere, der Wäscheständer war bei Anreise mitten im Wohnzimmer plaziert und einige Rauchmelder waren von der Drcke genommen worden, ed roch nach Zigarettenrauch. Im Bad riecht es penetrant nach Abfluss.
• Wade (9/5): Would definitely stay again - Very spacious, and in a great location, with a newly installed elevator as well. Small issue with housekeeping, but the staff and owners were very responsive and remedied the situation right away.
• Ramona (8/5): Gute Straßenbahn und Bus Verbindung. - Sehr gutes Internet. Am schönsten ist die Fußbodenheizung und die Regendusche. Tägliche Parkplatzsuche,schlechte Parkmöglichkeit da sich die Wohnung an einer Hauptstraße befindet. Sehr hellhörig Wohnung.

• Hans (7/5): Nice apartment, great location - Location (near tramway). Spacious. Most amenities available. Kitchen was not really well equipped. We wanted to fry eggs, there was only a small pan. Beds were (very) soft.

• Jon (9/5): A well-equipped and clean apartment in a safe and interesting part of the city. - This apartment had everything one could need, and was extremely clean and comfortable. Though not cheap, in my opinion and that of my colleague it was worth the price paid. We would be happy to stay there again. There are several tramstops nearby - for the main station/city centre the No 1 is best. A big REWE supermarket is a 3-minute walk away. There was only one key available, which caused some problems for us as we were not necessarily always doing the same thing at the same time. The lifts were not functioning, which might trouble anyone with reduced mobility or who struggles with stairs.
