• Hyo Chang Lee (10/5): Unforgettable Memories in Dubrovnik - I leave Dubrovnik with truly wonderful memories from my stay at this apartment. The location is excellent — only around a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and also very close to the cable car station for Mount Srđ. There is also a beautiful beach just 3 minutes away on foot, which made the stay even more special. The apartment itself is recently renovated, very clean, comfortable, and stylishly designed. The kitchen was very convenient for preparing simple meals, and having a small market less than a minute away was incredibly useful. But my favorite part of this stay was definitely the private terrace experience. From morning to afternoon and especially at sunset and nighttime, the views of the Old Town and the Adriatic Sea were absolutely breathtaking. The terrace is surrounded by beautiful green trees, including lemon trees, creating a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. I truly hope other visitors to Dubrovnik can experience this special place as well. Most importantly, I want to sincerely thank Sasha and Anamaria for their warm hospitality and kindness. From the moment I arrived, they kindly showed me maps and explained in detail the best restaurants and things to enjoy in Dubrovnik. They even gave me discount coupons for famous restaurants. I also greatly enjoyed the welcome drinks and the fresh lemons they personally grew. Thank you again for giving me unforgettable memories in Dubrovnik. If I return to Dubrovnik in the future, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Dubrovnik who wants to create beautiful memories like I did. Nothing.

He greeted us with drinks and snacks and spent 30 minutes going through how to get the best out of our time there. Lovely personal service

• Mateusz (10/5): An amazing place! - An amazing place! The photos don’t do justice to how wonderful it really is. Sasha and his wife go far beyond standard expectations. We received a very warm welcome. Thanks to our host, we didn’t waste any time wondering where to go sightseeing or where to have a tasty meal without overpaying. The apartment had everything we needed,and even more than you could expect. No hotel can offer the same local atmosphere that you can here, especially while having breakfast on the terrace with a view of the sea and the old town. Around the terrace, there is a beautifully maintained garden where you can admire ripening oranges, lemons, and kiwis. A fantastic place that we will definitely return to someday!
• Colton (10/5): Wonderful apartment, with the best views of Dubrovnik and the best host - This was our favourite stay from our trip, you will have the most breathtaking view of Dubrovnik from your own terrace.The apartment is very nice, clean, comfortable and is supplied with absolutely everything you may need; cooking supplies like salt, oils, spices, coffee, tea, etc and even laundry detergent was provided. It is the perfect location, a couple minutes walk to the old town, the beach, with a store just in the corner, and quiet for sleeping, we couldn’t have chosen a better location. Sasha was the best host we’ve ever had! It made our stay wonderful, he’s very kind and helpful all the questions we had and provided us assistance with transportation logistics. It felt like staying with a friend. We will certainly be coming back and staying in Sasha’s place! This stay was absolutely perfect!

• Sebastian (10/5): - Very friendly hosts – upon arrival, they helped us carry our suitcases upstairs and even gave us fruit from their garden. They also shared local recommendations and information about the surrounding islands and activities in Dubrovnik. We especially loved the view from the apartment – it was simply phenomenal. You could see the entire Old Town, and the beach was only about a 10-minute walk away. Everything was great, we just would have appreciated a quick heads-up before someone came in to drop off the towels.

• Suzanne (10/5): The most perfect place in a great location and superb hosts - Well what can I say! The most perfect trip from the beginning, to the end. Being picked up by Sasha and driven to our accommodation made things so straightforward- highly recommend this option. Sasha gave us an informed and friendly low down of Dubrovniks history and places to visit and eat/drink over a welcome drink. The well equipped studio was very clean and newly renovated. The terrace with stunning views of the old town and harbour was an excellent bonus! The apartment location is very near to the Old town, beaches and even a supermarket at the foot of the steps which made the self catering part of our stay so easy. Dubrovnik is a beautiful place with so much to see and do. It could be expensive to eat in the Old Town so having access to a small but well thought out kitchen made for a good mix of dining in and out options. Everything was just as described and the hosts are very kind and nothing seemed too much trouble. We got engaged whilst we were there at Banje Beach fireworks at the start of the Summer festival. Sasha gave us a bottle of very nice wine to celebrate and even offered to take us to Lokrum Island on our last evening. Unfortunately we had already made plans but maybe next time - we will definitely return!! Thank you Sasha, Mladen and family. Nothing.

The terrace was definitely one of the highlights. We spent a lot of time out there, especially in the evenings—the sunsets from the terrace were absolutely beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed and was really comfortable throughout our stay. It felt like the perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. The hosts were super helpful and friendly, giving us great tips on where to eat and what to do, which made a big difference and helped us make the most of our time in Dubrovnik. No negative comments

The terrace with an amazing view of the old town was the icing on the cake with sun beds, umbrella, table & chairs. Location was perfect - only a 10 min walk to beach and the old town and a supermarket practically on your doorstep. Sasha was the perfect host with great tips on what to do and where to eat during our stay; his love of his home town was very evident and I felt he really wanted us to enjoy our visit. • Dana (10/5): Superb - Sasha’s (our host) hospitality - welcomed us with homemade Turkish Coffee and took the time to give recommendations for our visit. Helped us get great tables at restaurants and even brought over a bottle of bubbly the next day when he heard it was our honeymoon! Location is amazing! The old town gets busy, so staying just outside the walls is perfect. The sunsets and views are wow. Two sun loungers and fresh towels delivered mid week. Aircon and Shower are both excellent. Very clean. Really happy we stayed here and would happily come back!! Thank you Sasha ☺️

Sasha is the BEST host and has thought of everything to make people comfortable. He has great restaurant recommendations and is knowledgeable about history and art. The apartment is modern, very clean, and super comfortable. The terrace overlooks the city and provides an excellent spot to enjoy cocktails and sunsets.

• Andrea (10/5): A perfect place with outstanding views - The location of this property is excellent; in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, just a short walk from the historic old town, 5 minutes from beautiful Banje beach and with the most incredible views of the old town, Lokrum island and of course the beautiful sunsets. There is a handy little minimarket just a few feet away for any provisions you may need. Sasha, Anamaria, and their lovely daughter were exceptional hosts before, during, and after our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They checked in regularly with us and provided so much personal local knowledge, which really enriched our stay and helped us choose where to visit, which restaurants to eat at, etc. They even shared fresh fruit from their garden with us. We would also recommend asking Sasha to do your airport transfers for you. He even stopped off at a local viewpoint to give us one last glimpse of beautiful Dubrovnik before our flight home. The apartment itself was perfect for our needs, comprising of a small, well-planned kitchen/dining area; a modern well-equipped shower room, and a comfortable sleeping area with 'out of this world' views from the bed! The terrace outside is the icing on the cake - we enjoyed relaxing on the loungers watching the sunset and having our breakfast all fresco on the table and chairs. The cherry on top was the fact we had stupendous weather in November to enjoy this lovely space! We have already recommended this lovely apartment to family and friends. It really did surpass all our expectations, and we would love to return. We simply can't fault anything.

The superb view from the apartment - the sunsets were magnificent. And most of all, Sasha the fantastic host. He really went out of his way to provide us with assistance, advice and guidance. He is an expert on Dubrovnik and is the best and most helpful host we have ever had. There was nothing we did not like.
• Clive (10/5): Great city, lovely apartment, great location, superb host - The location is fabulous… no more than a 10 minute stroll to the southern gate of the old city. A few steps to get to the property from the road but fine for us. The apartment was newly refurbished and immaculately clean with a comfortable bed, great shower in the bathroom and a small kitchen/dining area. Perfect terrace at the front with a view of the Old Town … easily large enough for 2 to sunbathe on loungers. Sasha the host is possibly the best host you could ask for … he collected us from the airport, provided recommendations of what to do, and even helped us book a restaurant (if you love Oysters then go to Bota restaurant!) I’d be hard pushed to identify anything ….

A quick 10 minute walk to enter the old town. The hosts are friendly and helpful with excellent recommendations on restaurants, beaches and bars which helped to make this an unforgettable trip! • Małgorzata (10/5): Very comfortable stay in the apartment close to the beautiful Old Town. - The apartment is in a perfect location - just 10 min. walk. It was very clean with all necessary equipment. It has beautiful view from the terrace on the sea and the Old Town. The nearest shop is just 50 meters from the apartment. It is within walking distance to the nearest Buza beach - 5-7 min, but I prefered the rocky one, which was more relaxing and quite for me - just 10 min. walk. The host was very nice and helpful. He arranged transfer from/to airport for me, as well as medicine when I needed.

The views of the Sunset are incredible and the apartment is gorgeous, spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need and more for your stay. It's location literally could not have been any better. A beautiful 10 minute walk from Old town and surrounded by beautiful sights and beautiful beaches. Sasa and his family are the nicest, most helpful people you'll ever meet and they made sure our stay was perfect. Giving us so much helpful information, recommendations and going above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. We would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of visiting this beautiful country and we, ourselves will 100% be back. We loved absolutely everything! Nothing to complain about!

His son Sasha frequently checked on us to see if we need any help and make sure we are comfortable. Their apartment was very clean, very well equipped, within walking distance to old town and best of all was the breath taking view from the balcony. Sasha and his family are very friendly, very welcoming which made our stay very comfortable. Sasha even came to help us to bring down our heavy luggage when we check out. Sasha is an amazing host--he picked us up at the airport, gave us recommendations for places to go out for food and fun, and always checked to see if we needed anything. The apartment is adorable: clean, comfortable, and stylish. The view from the patio is absolutely breathtaking. Every morning at 7 a.m., my husband Carroll would go to the local store (literally downstairs) and get a freshly baked loaf of bread. We'd make coffee, spread butter and jam on warm bread, and enjoy an amazing breakfast on the patio, taking in the fairytale view of the sea and the old town of Dubrovnik. It was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. The location of the apartment is fantastic--it took us 10 to 15 minutes of a pleasant walk to get to old Dubrovnik. Everything was within walking distance, including a beach, which was only 5 minutes away from the apartment on foot. We hope to come back and stay longer next time. Nothing. Everything was perfect

• Gemma (10/5): Fantastic host, apartment and fantastic city - The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, and is only a 10/15 minute walk to the old town and the beach is even closer. Sasha was a fantastic host with recommendations for things to do and places to eat and was so kind, friendly and even offered to pick up and return to the airport. The apartment was so clean and comfortable but we didn't spend much time there apart from to sleep. Would highly recommend and I will stay here again if I return to dubrovnik. No complaints

About a 15 minute walk into Old Town and a 10 minute walk to the closest beach, we couldn't have asked for better. Top of the steps there is a few bars. The apartment was lovely and clean, and the outdoor space was a little heaven. The views of the sunset were perfect! The hosts were so kind, they picked us up from the airport, told us loads about Dubrovnik and recommended places to eat and visit. Perfect location, short stroll to the Old Town, Banje Beach and a few other beaches that we discovered because of our hosts. The family who manage the property were super friendly, knowledgeable, more than happy to assist and also offered taxi transfers which made the stay even easier. Nothing, everything was great!

Sasha and Mladen were perfect hosts, when we came Sasha wholeheartedly welcomed us , gave us tips for our vacation in Dubrovnik- best bars, restaurants, sightseeing tips etc. He always helped us when we needed something. Accomodation is in perfect location- Banje beach is totally close, St. Jacob cca 15min, its a beautiful walk with views along the way. There are so many stairs in Dubrovnik everywhere but this house was very close to the road, so you dont have to walk million stairs or take Uber which is great advantage. Kitchen is perfectly equipped, terrace has wonderful views, you can look at the sea from the bedroom-perfect. Location of apartment is so close to the old town but still its very calm place, evenings and nights are calm and peaceful, no noise. If you want to take bus to the other parts of the town, bus stop is only 2minutes from apartment. Grocery store is right under the apartment, thats great. Also, everything in aparment is new, cosy and fresh. So if you want to stay in a new apartmennt with kind hosts, close to the old town and Banje, have perfect views but dont want to walk many stairs- this is definitely your choice. We had some issues with Wifi but Sasha took care of it and everything was repaired and worked well then.

• G_hughes (10/5): Beautiful, newly renovated apartment - We just spent 7 days in this charming, newly renovated and perfectly located apartment with fantastic terrace with views over the Old Town, sea and Lokrum Island, perfect for watching the sunset over the Old Town. There is no need to take the cable car to the Clifftop – Srd mountain! The apartment is only a five minute walk to the Old Town and three minutes to the lovely Banje beach. The owner Sasha was a fantastic host, picking us up at the airport and providing recommendations for restaurants, beaches, excursios, with a lovely welcome including homemade brandy! We had a fantastic time here and would highly recommend it! We loved every aspect of our stay
• David (8/5): Excellent, successful trip. We made good use of the owner's suggestions and that added to our trip. - The owners are extremely good at receiving guests and ensuring their trip is a positive experience with 5-star information and attentiveness. The location of the property affords a beautiful view of the city as it changes in the sunlight and in the after dark lighting. It is located above a street with low traffic and no noise, an easy 10 min walk to the walls. There are 70 steps to the entrance, but this is not as bad as it sounds and a great little shop at the bottom. We managed the steps easily and we are 60+. The place is due a total refit, the owners are well aware of that, but we enjoyed the chance to stay in quaint, rustic accommodation with a lot of family history. Look at the photos, what you see is what you get. We had no hesitation in informing the owners we had had a very successful, enjoyable trip. The transport to and from the airport was well worth the fee. Loved swimming in the local beach minutes away, Nothing I feel the need to highlight. It is quaint and rustic but the images reveal that. The views of the city are what really makes it.
• Marc (10/5): Amazing Holidays in a nice family business - The Host is super friendly and he made our stay very spezial. The Restaurants he recommended were amazing. The view on the city is incredible! The appartment is very nice!
• Srdjan (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great with a short walk to the old town of Dubrovnik. The apartment is well equipped and has a nice terrace with a magnificent view of the old town, the sea and the fortresses. Every night we enjoyed the sunsets with a few glasses of local wines. There is a convenience store on the ground floor with a range of everyday items + fresh bread. We can highly recommend this apartment.
• Toni (10/5): A perfect gem near the Old town - Excellent location, views, nearby beaches, cleanliness, etc. Everything about this place is fantastic. The terrace (comfortable sun loungers, large umbrella) is perched over top of the old Dubrovnik harbour with an excellent south view of the old walled city just far enough away to feel the peace of the Adriatic but close enough to walk into the walls in less than ten minutes. Perfect, calm area comparing to the Old City which is noisy. Also the wonderful host Mladen was incredibly helpful and provided useful local tips.
• Ema (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect, charming apartment with the most beautiful views of the Old Town, Old Port, blue Adriatic. Also, great value for money. It's a peaceful apartment and being only a five-ten minute walk to the Old Town it's the perfect location, several beaches are just below the apartment, mini-market also. Mladen was great host, also recommending what to do in Dubrovnik and the best places to visit. We can't recommend this apartment enough, we will definitely come back next summer.
