- Gustavo (8/5): Great location and very comfortable but soundproofing could be improved - The location in Chiaia was excellent - close to the metro, shops, and plenty of restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Soundproofing could be improved. We could clearly hear traffic from the street and noise from the neighboring room impacting our sleep. Also, on the day of checkout, we returned from a quick coffee at 10:45am (with checkout at 11am) to find that the cleaner had already opened our room while we were out. Our door was left wide open with all our bags and valuables inside, and the cleaner was working next door. This made us feel quite uncomfortable and rushed, as we no longer felt at ease using the room until checkout time.
