Vladimir (9/5): - Новый уютный отель. Все чисто. Большая ванная комната. Халаты, тапочки. Есть кофе машина. Чайник. Порекомендовали хороший армянский ресторан через дорогу. Мы просили тихий номер и 2 отдельные кровати. Дали номер с окнами на проезжую часть и односпальную кровать.

Philippe (7/5): Bon séjour mais pas sûr de revenir - Situation très centrale. Propreté. - Annulation du transfert depuis l’aéroport organisé par l’hôtel sans être prévenu à temps. - le personnel peut entrer dans la chambre sans frapper.
Natalia (9/5): - Хорошее расположение, центр города, соседняя дверь - вкусное кафе, уютный номер с кофемашиной, удобная кровать и подушки. При бронировании выбирали номер с окнами во двор, а поселили в номер окнами на шумный перекресток. Шумоизоляция неплохая, окна открыть нельзя, но с кондиционером спали нормально; в душевой подтекала душевая лейка и сломался дозатор для мыла.

Kimtochas (9/5): 4.5* - The room it was just fantastic, stunning, with lovely little terrace!!!! Location wise... great... 5min walk from city center. Not that didn`t like it, but it does not have lift, in case you need help to get the luggage up to reception or your room.

D (10/5): - I just returned from a perfect stay with Ser In Hotel in Yerevan. Lovely stay, polite and helpful staff. Alexander provided superb service and made me feel welcome! My room was just great; the bed was very comfortable and provided a luxurious feeling. The Ser In Hotel is in a great location, easily walkable to sights, restaurants, bakeries and bars. Looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!!!

Полностью соответствовал фото и описанию , в реале даже лучше оказался ☺️ Все продумано до мелочей - ванные принадлежности, халаты, тапочки , кофе , чай , водичка 👌 Все новенькое , чистое - для меня это наверное самое важное ! Локация отеля очень удобная Рекомендуем , в след раз при поездке в Ереван - остановимся только тут ❤️
Kirsti (8/5): Positiivisen puolelle jäävä kokemus. - Henkilökunta erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen. Erittäin siisti. Hyvä sijainti keskellä kaupunkia. Sijainti vilkkaiden katujen risteyksessä teki nukkumisesta meluisaa. Liikennettä oli yötä päivää. Erittäin epämiellyttävää oli että suihkun viemäri ei vetänyt. Vesi oli lattialla vielä aamullakin illan suihkun jäljiltä. Asiaa ei pystytty korjaamaan vaikka varmasti yrittivät parhaansa.
Alexey1980 (6/5): Overpriced - Отличное расположение в самом центре Еревана. Хороший новый номер с удобной кроватью. Очень большой минус - слабый, почти не работающий Wi-Fi. Из отеля практически невозможно не то чтобы работать, а даже почту проверить. Далее - у отеля странная ценовая политика, в бронировании указывается, что цена включает поздний выезд, на ресепшне выясняется, что это не так и что за поздний выезд надо заплатить еще 50% от стоимости номера. Наконец, завышенная цена за завтраки - в кафе Bakery напротив через улицу будет дешевле при лучшем качестве. В общем, отель неплохой, но по указанным причинам второй раз туда не приеду.

Sireeon (1/5): Worst nightmare of my life - Furniture and interior are still new. -No elevator. Do not expect help from staff to help carry luggage to the top floor (4th fl). They didn't offer any help. -It was noisy outside and worse, the loud music in the reception area without consideration for others on the same floor. Don't ask me why I didn't raise this during my stay. Due to his defensive attitude and whatever we tried to say, his response would be challenging us to contact Booking.com if we are not happy. I was tired of speaking to him. Building is not sound proof. -Sheets and pillow had small hair all over. I was told by the receptionist it was due to overbooking the night before and no time to clean them properly. Poor hygiene standard and first impression. -One of the water bottles in the room was already opened. If my husband hadn't noticed, I would've been drinking from an opened bottle which was not replaced. I had to argue with the manager for a long time before having it changed. He said it was just a defect. If it was a defect, why not change it for me in the first place? No apologies -Lack of hospitality from Manager Alexander. This is the worst part of our stay. Having travelled to 43 countries, I've never stayed anywhere which the hotel staff has this kind of horrible attitude towards guests. Had I seen Olga's review on May 12, 2025 earlier, I would've never booked here. I empathize with her as I've had a similar experience. When we were heading back to our room after returning from outside, he shouted "Come here!" across the reception instead of approaching us first as if we were his employees and not guests to come and pay. Poor manners. It's not written on the website that there is a 5% credit card fee as he stated. During my trip in Armenia, I find all the ppl I came across to be very friendly. This manager is ruining the image of Armenian hospitality. As I used to work in the hospitality industry, the standard of his behavior especially as a manager is unacceptable.

Mariia (9/5): Superb - Perfect location: 15-20 minutes walk to city center and Yerevan Cascade. Lots of cafes around to take a coffee or a small breakfast, one of them "Surf Coffee x Tumanyan" is on the ground floor of the hotel. Hotel staff was very friendly and tried to help us with all requests. We were travelling with a kid, so the hostess gave us a room with a sofa for extra sleeping place.

Clean bathroom and good padding and pillow . espresso machine and kettle . Mini bar and speaker . Good air conditioning. Thanks the host . Reception can be heard from rooms , accessibility access (no elevator) but its only one floor and they help for taking luggage upstairs .
