• Sarah (8/5): Gemütliche, schöne Ferienwohnung im Grünen mit tollem Blick und freundlichem Personal - Die Lage war traumhaft - so ein schöner Ausblick! Leider gab es einen Fehler bei der Buchung auf Booking, daher waren nicht genügend Zimmer verfügbar. Die Eigentümerin hat sich aber sofort um alternativen gekümmert und alles war gut!

• Daniel Istvan (7/5): Overall, our stay was lovely. The host is a kind person, the flat is nice. - The host and her family are friendly people. We liked the flat, everything is new in the flat. It was also very clean and tidy. We found the duvet too warm for sleeping. The host was very kind, and provided us with some thinner duvet. Great thing that there is an elevator in the house, no need to climb the stairs. Our room had a small balcony, with some lovely view to some green hills. Our German knowledge is very limited. We found a sheet with some helpful (or not so helpful) infos in the room. However, it was in German, so we didn't quite understand it. An English translation would be well appreciated. Also, when booking the flat on booking.com we found that breakfast is available. However, that was not the case. Upon arrival, we were told that there is a nearby restaurant 5 mins away where we could have breakfast. (16 Euros per person, which we found a bit overpriced). It would be really helpful to have that info updated on the website, so it is not misleading. My wife and I travelled for holiday, did not know the area well. We had to rely on public transport. We would have appreciated a bit more information from the host about the area. Written information would have sufficed.

• Tatiana (8/5): - - The house is beautiful and updated to high standard - Spacious accommodation - Cleanliness is fantastic - Bathroom great! - Lovely calm location - Easy walk to bus stop - Children's playground on site is awesome - Hosts are very nice - Mattress is not great - Pillows need an update or variety for different sleepers - There are a lot of perks to staying in the Salzkammergut area and this particular house, but they're a bit hard to access due to a lack of description/instructions about the house. If communication with host would be improved and pillows updated, we would happily come back! - It would be a huge improvement to have a booklet with all of the information -- wifi password (we guessed haha), how to order bread service, how to access private beach (we never got this information even after requesting it), how to get the free public transportation ticket (also never got this info and ended up spending quite a bit on public transport), what to do with trash/recycling for longer stays, how to get more coffee pods (some reviews suggest these could be restocked?), and then any FAQ/advice travelers ask (where to buy groceries, best places to eat, etc.). I understand that the family doesn't want to be bothered with many questions from the guests, and having a place where guests can access this information easily would ease the burden on both guests and host. The hosts were super nice and accommodating, and I would recommend staying with this wonderful family -- it's just a matter of improving communication.

The house is just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, and taking bus line 150 allows you to get anywhere. The house is clean and tidy, with mountain views right outside the window—I had a very comfortable stay. Everything is good.

• Fiona (10/5): Lovely cottage apartment with amazing views - The apartment had absolutely everything that we could've wanted. Extremely well furnished with beautiful crockery, great views. Host very friendly and responsive, accommodating to our requests also. In the summer there are many insects, but one of the windows had an insect screen so we could still enjoy the breeze without getting bitten - this is the kind of attention to detail you can expect from this place! Extremely affordable for such a lovely apartment. Access to bus 150 (direct to Salzburg/ Bad Ischl) from the main road is convenient. As this property is located within Salzburg province, we had the guest mobility ticket for free public transport within Salzburg. To nitpick, a microwave and some shower products would have completed the stay perfectly. Access to Wolfgangsee on foot is not that great, to a beachfront that is pay-to-access and a pretty shallow beach. But as mentioned, access by bus to St Gilgen is very convenient.

Nice view on Schafberg and cows on the meadows, - The rooms and everything is totally new, elevator in the house is a big plus, as well covered parking spot. Location offers tranquility and beautiful views on Schafberg and cows on the meadows. Our room was very big and nicely furnished. I missed a refrigerator in the room since was summer time and very hot, and a shower gel in the bathroom.
