Eva (4/5): - Bequeme Betten, große Wohnung Sehr unsauber, wenn ich mir im Vorfeld die Bewertungen besser durchgelesen hätte, hätten wir uns eine andere Wohnung gesucht. Der erste Eindruck war gut, aber näher darf man nicht schauen, im Bad läuft das Waschbecken nicht ab, laut Bewertungen seit 2023 schon nicht. Die Dusche braucht mal eine Grundreinigung, wie die gesamte Wohnung. Der Staub türmt sich auf den Scheuerleisten und in den Ecken, die man nicht sieht. Die Garderobe ist defekt. Auf dem Fernseher gibt es nur Streaming Dienste, sollte erwähnt werden.

Sabine (9/5): Gerne wieder 😊 - Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir hatten anfangs Probleme, den TV zum Laufen zu bekommen. Aber nach einem Anruf bei der angegebenen Telefonnummer wurde uns sofort geholfen. Kostenlose Parkplätze, sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nachbarschaft. Die Umgebung ist dort nicht so schön.

Tom Luca (5/5): Gute Wohnung mit viel Potenzial,Sauberkeit ausbaufähig. - Grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet,Zentrale Lage,relativ neue Einrichtung. Gebrauchsspuren an Möbeln,Bad roch bei Ankunft stark nach Zigarettenrauch,Bad generell sehr schlecht geputzt worden.

Susanne (6/5): Wohnung top – Umfeld Schrott - Die Wohnung ist groß und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Gegend ist sehr heruntergekommen, sehr viel Leerstand, sehr viel Müll auf der Straße.
