• David (1/5): The owner cancelled my booking, and I am owed money. - My stay was cancelled by the owner despite my paying. I have tried to contact them by phone, text, email and via Booking com without a response. As a result, I had to book another hotel at a cost of £111 I have no idea as to why they cancelled my booking but could not take the chance of having nowhere to stay. All they stated was, "Please cancel your booking as I no longer rent" I hope this message here will trigger a response and a credit of the £108 I paid to them. I had stayed twice before this, and the accommodation fitted my needit was an acceptable standard and very convenient to where I work.. Very shabby ending.

• Ian (8/5): Well priced, great location and clean Apartmet - Excellent location especially close to Tooting Broadway Underground Station. The shower could do with updating - I couldn’t get it to run hot and the tiles and ceiling could do with making good.
• Charminia (1/5): Unacceptable. I did not stay - I was unable to access the flat, the code given online was not correct, I contacted the owner who gave me another code which did not work. I did not stay in the flat I was unable to access the flat, despite confirming an arrival time with the owner the code was not provided to me online until the morning after my booking. I have complained about this through booking.com which set complaint to owner with no response

• Chelsea (8/5): Second time staying at this location and I would stay again. - This is the second time I have stayed at this exact location. For me, it checks most of, if not all of the boxes of what I needed for my trip. The location is across the street from the tube station - very important for me - this was extremely convenient. Across the street there is also a full sized grocery store that allowed me to prepare my own meals, get snacks, pick-up anything I forgot to pack. Very helpful to save some money on food in London. There are times to splurge and I'm all for that but not if I'm just craving a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. There is a bus stop RIGHT in front of the apartment. I tended to use the tube more than the buses, but regardless, the location of the stop could not be better. This apartment really is good for maybe 2 people, however, it is PEREFECT if you are traveling alone. It's located on a main street, lots of activity outside, lit up, etc. One very nice thing that comes with this apartment is a fridge that is filled by the host. The host provides copious amounts of fruit, milk, orange juice, sodas, waters, and bread (I'm sure I'm forgetting other items provided). The hosts also provide body wash and shampoos and conditioners. The location being as busy as it is, of course, is going to come with noise. It is not the most quiet of stays, but that being said, the noise is nothing someone who has stayed in a city before cannot deal with. One thing that I thought would be provided, but didn't seem to be (or at least I couldn't locate it) was a hairdryer. That is a super minor thing, but would have been nice to have had available.
• Kokila (10/5): Ideal location, very generous space, noisy through the night - probably could get used to it in time - Very kind to leave fresh bread, fruit milk, tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries. The sensor for the light on the stairs - light went off far too quickly - navigating those stairs in the dark with luggage was not great.
• Alison (1/5): Awful. - Nothing. I booked alternative accommodation. Very poor communication from owner/manager. Very lax security on key box code. Did not feel safe enough to stay there.

• Shirley (5/5): - Fantastic location, 300 m from Tooting Broadway Station. Great restaurants Tooting market had a great vibe. Owner flexible. The bed was comfortable. Noisy traffic even when windows were closed. But it's London, close to everything. Property needs maintenance.

Great location great hosts - This apartment was just right for us, location excellent, accommodation just what we need, hosts go above and beyond, thank you Nothing - the apartment is on a Main Street but we knew that when we booked it. That is what makes it so convenient, it didn’t stop us sleeping

• Patrycja (5/5): Passable - The apartment is perfectly located (right next to the underground station), very easy to find, price was reasonable and it has a comfortable bed. The level of cleanliness in the apartment should have been better, especially in the bathroom. There was uncleaned soap scum on the shelf under the shower, along with opened cosmetic containers of unknown age, which felt quite unhygienic. There was visible dirt on the tiles (photos attached), and there was also dirt in the corners of the living room. Many reviews mention the noise, and it’s true – the noise comes not only from the street, but also from the neighbors, as the walls and ceiling creak with every step. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
• Vladimir (2/5): Fortunately it was only one night stand. Definitely not recommend. - The only one thing is that the host provided us some free drinks and snacks - that was nice. To be honest, I don’t understand why booking rate is so high, probably they delete bad reviews somehow. 1) The apartment was dirty (especially the floor) and definitely needs renovation. You can see the pictures. 2) There was extremely hot inside, especially after midday. You can open the windows, but it’s super noisy from the street. So, you have to choose between very hot or very noisy. 3) The water in the shower extremely hot, and you can’t change it, you just not able to adjust it. 4) We got the check-in instructions only after we had written host on booking, called, written on WhatsApp and contacted booking support about the silence from the host. 5) The location is super close to the road, so it was very noisy inside.

• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was so lovely, it had flowers in the kitchen and bedroom which were a nice touch. The owner stocked the fridge full of fruit, milk, orange juice and they got some bread aswell. Perfect location too, right near Tooting Broadway station. Will definitely be staying here again! Nothing at all.
• Katherine (9/5): Fantastic apartment - Great apartment with all the amenities taken care of. Thoughtful touches from the host, such as fresh fruit, milk, juice and brioche, were much appreciated. Bedroom was really comfortable. Location ideal for Tooting Broadway tube, with connections into Central London. The only downside was that, due to its location on a main road, it was a little noisy with traffic through the night.
• Patricia (9/5): Very good location, clean and professional staff - The location is very good - 2 min walking to the tube station, bus stops, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops. It was clean, smelling good and with fresh flowers. It was also very kind the fruits and drinks that were in the fridge. The staff (manager) was very professional and attentive. Nothing special to mention.
• Kate (9/5): Loved it, would definitely stay again. - Lots of lovely little extras including milk, fruit and soft drinks. Brilliant location for the underground and loads of cafes and shops very close by. Tooting Market just up the road was fabulous. Nothing really not to like.
• Kevin (7/5): Hosts were excellent, aside from the heat in the apartment, I enjoyed my stay. - The location was very convenient. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful. The fridge was stocked with fresh fruit which was great. It was incredibly hot in the apartment, a fan is much needed as you aren’t able to open the windows due to the road noise. The upstairs neighbors were rather loud.

• Mary (10/5): Exceptional - The owner had filled the apartment with love, trust and care - buns, fruit, juice, water, and even fresh flowers! You are a stone's throw from the tube station. Just remember that you're sleeping almost on top of Garrick Lane! Amazing to be allowed dogs; it was immaculate. Easy parking around the corner.

• Dan (9/5): Loved the fruit and other food waiting in the fridge - Really liked the large amount of fresh fruit, juice and milk supplied in the flat. The flat was lovely and clean, everything worked and it's in a really good location right next to Tooting Broadway. There's a busy bus stop right outside the flat but this is only noisy if it's warm and the window needs to be open.

• Helena (7/5): Overall very good value for what you pay - Bed was very comfortable, apartment was cosy, treats left in the fridge, useful facilities provided (hair dryer, curlers etc - these should be advertised more, great perk!), convenient location, host was nice Shower was very hot and couldn't turn it down (only on boiler), a little noisy being next to road (but to be expected in central london) and noise from upstairs as people moved around

There was an alarm that constantly kept beeping due to low battery in the hallway that could be heard constantly(not necessarily the hosts fault) and the flat was very hot which made it difficult to sleep and relax even with windows open.
