Guest Reviews
Łatwy i szybki kontakt z właścicielką.

- BERNADETTE (9/5): - Very near to the Roma San Pietro train station. So convenient! Thanks.
- Mayra (10/5): This was a great start to our trip. The host was very friendly and helpful! She answered all of my questions and was alw - The place was amazing!! It was our first stop in our Europe trip! The location did have a steep hill but we had no issues getting Uber drivers. There was a steep hill to get to the place but it was quite manageable.
- Justyna (9/5): - Czystość, lokalizacja, blisko Watykanu.
Cicha okolica.
Blisko stacji kolejowej.
- Tina (8/5): -
- Linda (9/5): Good stay for three days in Rome. - It was pretty close to subway. It had everything we needed and it was clean. It was pretty small, but doable.
- Nata (9/5): - Lokacija, švara, nuoširdus bendravimas, aiškios instrukcijos, kava, arbata, aliejus, visi reikalingi įrankiai. Patalai ir patalinė.
- TinaTomic1 (10/5): -
- Linda (9/5): Host molto disponibile accogliente e cortese, l’appartamento era pulito e in un’ottima posizione. - Posizione, pulizia, climatizzazione Comfort del letto
- Erica (10/5): Lovely little flat with a balcony overlooking St. Peter's Basilica within easy distance of the city. - Nice location and view, good proximity to the train station and buses, AC unit in the apartment, comfortable layout. The pull-out bed was a little small and uncomfortable for two people. The bathroom was also a bit small.
- Elisa (3/5): -
- Gonçalo (10/5): Exceptional - I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It was exactly as described, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The space felt cozy yet spacious, with plenty of natural light and thoughtful touches throughout.
The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still quiet enough to relax after a busy day. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming.
The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication smooth and hassle-free. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how well everything was organized.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located apartment! Nothing
- Ethel (9/5): This is the place to stay in Rome - Martina’s apartment is sparkly clean. It is small but the space but big enough for 3person. We get 2 sparkling water on arrival. There is coffee maker machine and coffee pods. We didn’t have to use it as I’m not a coffee person. Such nice little gesture. The double bed is comfy, the mattress feels like a tempur mattress so comfy but the pillows are a bit thin a flat. I double it up and I have no problem. Good WiFi. The location is superb. Saint Peter Basilica is only 10mins walk. You can see the dome in the balcony. Metro and bus is next to each other and only 3mins walk from the apartment. There is a small first aid kit on the top shelf in the bathroom too. Martina is a superb host although I didn’t get the chance to meet her. Quick to reply. The small bed is a little uncomfortable, my daughter was complaining she can feel the spring. Could do with changing it same as the double bed tempur mattress. The lift is a bit scary (old fashioned). It’s enough 3 person with no luggage but after using it few times we get the hang if it. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.
- Martyna (10/5): The stay was amazing! The host is really kind and helpful and the apartment was clean, cozy and had everything we needed - Everything :)
- Mantas (10/5): Cozy apartment with a view to St Peter's dome - Overall, the apartment was very nice. Everything looks beautiful and very cozy. The apartment is very clean and convenient. The owner left us a small botte of white wine, which was a nice and kind surprise.
We had a nice view from the balcony - you can see the dome of St Peter's Basilica.
The apartment is very close on foot to St Peter's square.
Another cute surprise was a blackboard and some chalk. This was appreciated by our 6 years old daughter, who likes to draw things.
There was some coffee and tea left for us. The sofa could be more comfortable to sleep in.
- Daniela (10/5): Great stay for us! 6 nights with a 9 years old child. Big bed and a litle sofa for kids. - The studio is very well organised with all you can need: coffee machine and coffee capsules, electric oven. We especially liked the cleanliness, the attention to details, and the proximity of the studio to the bus station and the Vatican. We traveled best with buses 62 and 64 towards the center. The transport is fast, safe and not so busy. You can also walk to the center, it is not very far. But sometimes you have to save energy for other goals. Nothing
- Tyler (10/5): Perfect apartment for a weekend getaway! - Great location. Nearby train station. Easy walk to the Vatican. Host was great and very easy to communicate with!
- Dimitris (8/5): Good experience - Clean room Very tiny!!
- Kim (10/5): Exceptional - Location is great - 1min walk to the train/bus station. It was a bit small for a group of 4 people.
- Carolina (10/5): I would come back! - The space is really cute and the location is amazing! NA
- Lewis (10/5): Exceptional - Martina was an superb host, fast replies when needed and gave some good recommendations. Highly recommend staying here. Really kind and polite host who will look after you during your trip, even let us have a late check out which is a bonus.
Overall the facilities were immaculate and the view from the balcony was fantastic and delightful.
- Mel (10/5): Lovely apartment to stay for couple of days and enjoy Rome. - Location is great, easy to get to city center and public transportation.
The host is very kind, helpful and responsive.
Apartment is clean and had every thing we needed.
- Olsa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mihaela (8/5): Very good - Martina was an amazing host. The accommodation is really nice.
- Ivana (9/5): Perfect for 2 and close to Vatican - The accomodation was small but very comfortable, clean and the view to St. Peters church. The communication with Martina was perfect, respond asap. 5 min walking to restaurants and shops near Vatican.
- Deniz (10/5): I lost my luggage at the airport ,Martina helped me from the beginning she is so helpful and kind. -
- Agata (10/5): Exceptional -
- Abdulkarim (10/5): The place that you won’t regret - Every thing was in its place ,organised well, and clean also the place was quite and peaceful.
More thanks for the hosting and the owner, she was very helpful.
- Aliona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elise (10/5): Want to stay here for a month! - You open the door of the cute appartment and you feel at home immediately. Cosy, clean, lovely balcony, possibility to cook, bed is ok, close to station(Although the closest entrance was closed) and little supermarket close by. We really liked this place and hope to come back. Close to the Vatican. The host is very sweet. Responds quickly if something is the matter or you want to know something or need help. So dont hesitate to contact her Nothing. There was a small problem with the sink, which we repaired. It was nice to make the host happy :)
- Sherif (10/5): Exceptional - The place is nice and clean with a comfortable bed. It is also equiped with what you need to have in a holiday. And it has a view to the Vatican Dome from the terrace..
The host is kind, helpful and always responsive and excellent communicator.
The location is perfect in less than 15 mins walking you are inside the Vatican.
Train and bus station is 2 mins walking, you just need to go throgh the tunnel which is 1 min walking for the studio.
The train takes you to Termini Station (one of the main transport stations in Rome) and from there you can go anywhere you want using any transportation method you want..
We often used the bus (No. 62 or 64) to go to the center it takes 30 mins max and you are in the middle of action and many attractions and the way is interesting so you don't get bored comparing to the Metro or Train and it is not expensive only 1.5 EUR per person for 100 mins use ticket.
We recommend you to buy the tickets from the shop opposite to the station easier than buying it from the bus because inside the bus you can't pay in cash and you can't use your card more than 1 time only to buy 1 ticket so keep this in mind..
For the people who likes walking it is approx an hour to reach the center by foot but it was too far for us by walking..
There is a big Supermarket nearby just 5 mins walking. There are some Restaurants, Cafés and Souvenir Shops in area as well all within walking distance..
Finally, there was a nice touch from the host welcoming you when checking in, you find a complimentary bottle of wine there..
Well, the overall experience in this place was really good and we highly recommend it..
- Majed (8/5): Very good - The location is good for transportation to anywhere in the city center. It is also close to the Vatican and there is a shopping center close to the place. The heating was not working, there was no good lighting in the buffet area, and the toilet bidet was not in a fixed position and moved when in use.
- Geeta (9/5): Would recommend it to family and friends. Definitely would come back if ever in Rome again. - Excellent location and service provider, Martina, was efficient and kind in her communication. Super close to everything including 12-15 mins walking distance to the Vatican and several other tourists attractions and great restaurants. Train station just 2-3 mins walking. Place was clean and well equipped. Space for clothes if you are staying longer would have been better.
- Anna (7/5): Good - I recently had the pleasure of staying at St Peter's Boutique Roma right in the heart of Vatican City, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. The most striking aspect of this accommodation is its unbeatable location. Nestled within walking distance to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's Basilica, the apartment offers a unique opportunity to experience the historical and spiritual essence of Vatican City right at your doorstep.
The apartment itself was a delightful blend of comfort and elegance. It was well-furnished, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The bedrooms were cozy, offering a serene retreat after a day of exploring the city. The living space was ample and well-decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
What truly set this place apart was the view. Waking up to the sight of the Vatican's majestic architecture was a daily privilege. The proximity to significant landmarks meant we could easily wander back and forth, avoiding the usual tourist rush and taking our time to soak in the sights.
The local area was brimming with charming cafes, authentic restaurants, and quaint shops, allowing us to indulge in the local culture and cuisine. The accessibility to public transport was another plus, making trips to other parts of Rome effortless.
The host was incredibly hospitable, providing us with valuable tips and recommendations to enhance our stay. Her attentiveness and knowledge of the area greatly contributed to our enjoyable experience.
In conclusion, this apartment is a gem for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the history and beauty of Vatican City. Its prime location, combined with comfort and excellent hospitality, makes it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a memorable stay in Vatican City. Highly recommended!
- Marko (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location, close to the Vatican City, 10min by foot. Near the apartmant is train station as well bus station (62,64) which goes to the center of Rome. Beautiful balcony, good host welcomed us with bottle of wine. Martina, the host was very kind and communication with her was excellent.
Surely, we will come back one day.
- Nedelcho (9/5): Superb - Very good location, close to the Vatican. Great view from the balcony. Small but well equipped and great for the price.
- Polina (10/5): Beautiful apartment! We'll have beautiful memories of staying here. The Vatican is 12-15 minutes ' w - Location, near the city center and transport. Martina was always ready to help. It was nice to see the welcome wine on the arrival. Everything is all right.
- Luis (9/5): Great location, delicious coffee. - Great location, close to the Vatican City. Delicious coffee and tea, provided by our host.
Nice details like a welcoming wine bottle. The neighborhood.
- Wiktoria (10/5): Exceptional - The boutique was excellent and the host was very welcoming. The location was perfect as it was right next to the Vatican but also beside a train station. The place was lovely and clean while the view from the balcony was exceptional. I would highly recommend especially for couples!
- Emir (10/5): Exceptional - Modern and clean apartment close to the Vatican, train and bus station so you can easily reach important landmarks. Recommended as starting point for Roma sightseeing. Martina is a very kind person and suprised us with welcome drinks.
- Jiří (9/5): 4 days in Roma with the familly... - Communication with the owner was great, smaller appartment, but all you need for few days in Roma. Air-con in hot summer fantastic! Close to the Vatican and Snt. Pietro train station... Small Carefour shop approx 500 m with all you need. Good choise for backpackers, we didnt have rented a car in Roma and I wouldnt want one in such a city :-)
- Jan (9/5): Superb - Helpfull ovener, nice place, close to Vatican Outside of bulding were overloaded bins.
- Crystal (5/5): Awesome host, but kinda out of date studio apartment - The host Martina was very friendly! I liked the cats that were around the apartment complex. There were lots of little gifts and extras that was included which was very thoughtful. Liked the cleanliness of the place. There is public transportation very close to the place which is nice. Also the apartment isn’t too close to touristy places and there are still little cafes and restaurants as well as grocery stores nearby. The price point is more affordable when we booked compared to the other places in rome! We enjoyed walking next to St. Peter’s basilica each time we walked home. Super pretty and nice! Things were a bit run down. The front door handle would fall off some times. The bathroom door would be difficult to close and lock (you kinda had to close it slightly while turning the handle and pushing it more to close it fully, I couldn’t figure out how to lock tho, the lock was jammed it seemed and I couldn’t move it). The shower wouldn’t be hot or even warm at times, instead it would be ice cold. The sofa bed is smaller than expected. Difficult to sleep two people. The toilet also couldn’t be used within a couple minutes of the last flush because the toilet just wouldn’t flush if someone used toilet after someone else. The kettle that was provided would leave white flakes of something, possibly plastic from the plastic kettle itself, in the water that we just boiled so we couldn’t drink it. However I think these things weren’t too big of an issue, but I could see how some people would be bothered. The price is pretty good compared to other hotels and condos, however the walk to the main tourist sites is kinda far 25minutes - 1 hr for the places we went to. There is also a train station close to the apartment which could cause noise for light sleepers.
- Cesar (9/5): Lovely stay - Excellent host and beautiful accommodations. Will definitely recommend it. One small suggestion is to include a kitchen towel or paper towels in the kitchennet area. Everything was great.
