• Noelia (7/5): Alojamiento céntrico y cómodo. - Alojamiento muy céntrico, a pesar de ser céntrico no había ruido por la noche, cosa que nos sorprendió. La habitación estaba limpia y buena atención por parte del personal. Cafetería de abajo MUY BUENA!!! Reservamos la habitación más barata sin ventana al exterior. Si que había una ventana que daba al pasillo que cuando se encendía tardaba minutos en apagarse, eso molestaba al descanso. Zona de WC, muy pequeña y justa, sobretodo la zona de la pica. La decoración.. sin palabras jaja. Un poco tétrica. A pesar de todo esto estuvimos bien.

• Nicola (10/5): Just book it ! You’ll not regret it. - Tranquillity right in the centre of HCMC. Beautiful alley, opposite the park, short walk to bars and restaurants. This was our 3rd visit to the city and wish we’d known about it years ago. True to photos, staff are super helpful. We had a balcony room and we’d definitely stay here again . Nothing

• Alice (10/5): - Loved the location! Down a nice little alleyway so out of the way of the chaos which I loved. The room was amazing, equipped with everything you need! Very clean as well. Owners were lovely which made me enjoy my stay even more. Would 100% recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Ho chi min with a great location. Couldn’t fault it at all! The bed was a little hard but I didn’t mind
• Markus (8/5): Super Lage direkt im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig - Super Lage, nettes Personal, feines Gebäck im Cafe unten Hatte ein Zimmer ohne Balkon dessen Fenster ins Treppenhaus gehen, diese lassen sich aber nicht abdunkeln. Zudem hatte es beim Lavabo keinen Spiegel. Beides habe ich dem Hotel gemeldet.

• Vincent (10/5): - Man konnte den Mitarbeitern immer über Whatsapp schreiben, wenn man Fragen hatte oder Tipps brauchte. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Lage war Top! Das Waschbecken hatte keinen Spiegel davor, im Zimmer gab es zwar einen Spiegel, aber da musste man einmal ums Bett laufen.

Be aware though that there is no lift (our room was on the 3rd floor but it was - Great location close to many attractions, restaurants and shops with possible tour pick ups. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a double room with nice balcony we could sit on. A mini fridge in the room would be useful.

The whole experience was wonderful start to finish. I highly staying at F F Homestay. Oh and Nu's Coffee Shop downstairs is a must, especially her cheese coffee!!

• Tony (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay here - like always. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is located right in the heart of Saigon - and just next to one of my favorite bars. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the cafe at the entrance creates a warm and welcoming athmosphere. The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I keep coming back whenever I travel to Saigon and I can only recommend this place to others. The only small inconvience I experienced in one of the larger rooms was the lack of a power outlet near a mirror, which made styling my hair a bit tricky - or have I been blind and didn´t saw it somehow? xD Apart from that, everything was perfect.
• Marcin (10/5): A clean, quiet, cozy place in the middle of the heart of the city! - Location – perfect. In the middle of the city center but inside a small street so we didn't hear city noise while living in its heart. The owner shown trust by letting us pay upon arrival from a different country. Everything was like in the property description and other guests' reviews. Host's responsiveness was fantastic. We could grab a beer from the "lobby" fridge and drop a coin in the box nearby. The Internet worked flawlessly. When we needed information about some events, they helped us understand what and when was happening. It isn't an upscale place at all, but we were looking for a centrally located, clean, quiet, accessible, cosy place with a shower and a towel, and bed comfy enough to rest well between all-day city sightseeing. And this was the spot-on choice. Also: close to maaany great foods even if you have to eat your breakfast at 7 AM outside to make it for your group meeting at 8 AM 😊 I didn't find anything to complain about at this price point and location.

• Guest (7/5): Отличное расположение, большой номер. В остальном - требуется косметический ремонт и клининг. - Номер очень большой, есть всё необходимое, чайник, банные принадлежности. Симпатичный балкон с кованой мебелью. Кровать большая. Расположение очень удачное, рядом какое-то подобие парка, есть магазинчики и местные кафешки где можно позавтракать. Через парк находится улица, на которой остановка автобусов в Нячанг. Удобно, если дальше едешь к морю. Собственно из-за расположения и брали эту гостиницу, чтобы потом с чемоданами перейти дорогу и сесть на слип-бас до моря. Самое неудобное это отсутствие лифта. Приходится чемоданы тащить по винтовой лестнице. И, к сожалению, о чистоте в простых гостиницах пока можно только мечтать (( Такое впечатление, что перед нами номер долго пустовал, ещё делали какой-то ремонт в ванной и это никого не задевало, вся пыль осталась на своих местах )) Видимо перед нашим приездом немного подмели, постелили постель и на этом всё, уборка окончена.

It was in a great location within walking distance of many good restaurants and attractions in the heart of HCMC yet it was tucked away in a peaceful alley offering a quite and peaceful rest. My room was spotless and comfortable. The hosts Layla and Ann were extremely polite and helpful during my stay. Truly an amazing value for the price. I will be staying here again next time I am in the area and I would highly recommend.
• Sarah (10/5): Perfect, comfortable and beautiful homestay in great location in HCMC - The FF homestay was amazing; the host Layla was very friendly and flexible with my arrival, and even gave me a choice for which room to stay in because she had two available. The house itself has a beautiful design, many plants in the entrance and you can tell Layla puts a lot of care into it. The room very spacious and comfortable, and also quite lovely. I had an awesome stay here, and the location is very convenient too!

• Stania (8/5): Lovely host, nice stay - The homestay is close to the town centre and the major tourist attractions. The host lady was very responsive and helpful over Whatsapp - on encounter very smiley too. The bedroom was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower area was great - plenty of space and toiletries included. We did not use any other facilities in the place as we were mostly away hence I cannot comment on those. The aircon was not working properly (this may need to be looked into as my husband had difficulties to sleep), the room on entry smelled of humidity a bit which I guess was due to not airing the room frequently. For some reason, there was a TV in the bedroom but not working at all.

• Karen (5/5): Passable - Location was great easy walk to main attractions in district 1 and the shower was fantastic steady HOT water Well no bar fridge in room bed was harder than a plank of wood doona cover to thin and not big enough to cover two people curtains need to be cleaned dirt on bottom and on the balcony it would be more accommodating if there was green plants instead of dead weeds .have to ask to have room cleaned by 10am otherwise it's not cleaned and you don't receive any free water bottles you have to pay 10000 dong per bottle per day every other hotel in Thailand and Vietnam and Laos and Cambodia always gave 2 free water bottles not this place

My first 2 stays were in the financial area in district 1 - but I liked it better here in FF House. Very quiet 30m down the alley, and within walking distance to everything.

• Nicholas (9/5): Calm retreat in the city … just perfect - This homestay exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic—right near the city center but tucked away from the noise, making it a peaceful retreat. The rooms with balconies ( I was in 201 ) are spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light. The extra comfortable chairs and desk made it an ideal spot to relax or get some work done. The bed was firm and supportive, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the shower was incredible, with steaming hot water and great pressure. The host was super responsive via WhatsApp, making everything easy and convenient, even when no staff was on-site. If you’re looking for a stylish, quiet, and comfortable place to stay, this is it. Highly recommend … probably the most comfortable stay I’ve had in Vietnam ! .. ( and the beef pho next door to the alley entrance was awesome 😋)

• Anastasia (10/5): If I come back to Sai Gon again I would choose staying here again for District 1. - The room is as spacious as on the photo, there is a desk for writing or drawing (for example) and I had an extra couch table and couch (not on this photo). As a single person I felt like I having an own apartment. A fridge was not included - but there are 2 big ones downstairs - so no problem if you need. But there is a lot of opportunities to eat out - so actually I didn’t miss anything 😃

• Sophie (8/5): Very good - The room is huge and has a small balcony. The location is great and easy to walk to places from here. It's down a small alley so nice and quiet too. There is a small cafe right outside where you can get coffees. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The bathroom was glass walled and doors so didn't offer much privacy.

The homestay is located in the center of Hochiminh, where I can walk and reach almost of tourist attractions there. The room was cleaned and quiet decorated with modern furniture, I love this place and I absolutely choose this place if I will visit Hochiminh again.

No hot water, the electricity went off during the first night and a very loud alarm rang for about 20 minutes. There is a small kitchenette with a kettle, but there are no basics like: coffee, sugar, spoon, fork, no hairdryer.

If you turn on the light with fan in the bathroom it starts to stink. There was a lot of dust and dirt under the bed although other parts of the room were clean. And the lock to the room can get stuck so you need patience.

• Rizza (10/5): Highly recommended! - The entire place was great. The room was clean and cool, and everything worked well. What you see in the description and pictures is exactly what you get in person. It’s in District 1, making it incredibly easy to access everything in the city—you can walk to many places from this house. I am also extremely thankful to Ms. Layla and her staff for being so welcoming and kind. They accommodated all my needs throughout my stay. Ms. Layla even suggested places for me to visit since it was my first time in Saigon. I will definitely stay here again when I return! I just had a bit of a hard time figuring out the locks, but aside from that, everything was great!

Not so much dirty as old.
