Getting into the property: Monday to Friday, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for EUR 25.
1) In-person check-in for EUR 30 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., EUR 50 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and EUR 70 from 11:00 p.m. onwards.
Weekends: EUR 30 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., EUR 50 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and EUR 70 from 11:00 p.m. onwards.
2) Free self-check-in by collecting the keys from a secure box at Calle Valencia 182.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Fabian (3/5): Feo - A mts de la sagrada familia El dto viejo el piso sucio sin pava elecrtrica un solo rollo de papel higienico muy distinto a las fotos que publican el edif viejo y en mal estado el patio balcon sucio y muy desprolijo menos mal q no pague el check in q me querian cobrar, venia de unos dias en italia en lugares con el mismo o menor precio muy lindos todos este lamentablemente no, estacionar en Barcelona es un suplicio asi q ojo con alquilar un auto

- Manuel (10/5): Excelente estancia en apartamento Luminoso y con excelente ubicación. - El alojamiento es super luminoso, ventilado y todos los ambientes tienen ventana. Equipado con todo lo necesario para lab estadía (utensilios de cocina, lavadora, plancha, secadora de pelo, toallas, cobijas). La ubicación es única y la vista inigualable!! =D Hay 3 mini markets en la cuadra. El único detalle a mejorar es el proceso de recoger llaves. Encontrar un locker mas cercano a la ubicación del apartamento sería ideal, o candado en la puerta, ya que la logística de retirarla en un punto, y dirigirse a otro, si está llegando con equipaje puede ser engorroso. Mas allá de eso, todo este procedimiento está explicado en la publicación del alojamiento y uno puede elegirlo o no. Otro detalle a mejorar, es el tema del Wifi. La clave es larguísima, y solo está debajo del modem y para algunas personas puede ser letra pequeña. Un QR o mensaje por mail o este medio, con el acceso a wifi sería mucho mas práctico. Sí es verdad que hay obras en dos pisos más abajo, pero son situaciones ajenas al anfitrión, lógicas de un edificio en cualquier ciudad.

- Rodrigo (1/5): Do not stay at this property! Read the detailed explanation - Worst stay I ever had! 1) The apartment is advertised with air conditioning. It’s a two bedroom apartment and only one bedroom has a/c. The room without a/c was extremely hot. The couple that stayed the first night there, decided to leave and move to a hotel. 2) There is renovation work in the building and a LOT of noise. You can only sleep with earplugs. 3) I brought these two issues to SH Apartments, the managers of this property, to request a partial refund. SH claims that the apartment has a/c and that they are not responsible for informing about the noise. I believe both claims are false. 4) Finally, the checkin process was very complicated. They send you mails with links that don’t work and you check in into a page that is filled with programming errors. A lot of wasted time.
