• Liliia (10/5): A charming, spotless guesthouse with a wonderful host who makes you feel right at home in Rome. - Everything was simply fantastic! This is a lovely guesthouse with a warm, welcoming owner, Pardo, who has clearly thought through every detail to make the place cozy, comfortable, and seamless. Everything was spotless and worked perfectly, and you can tell how much care goes into making guests feel at home. Pardo also went out of his way to share plenty of helpful tips on getting around Rome, from the best local spots to the easiest ways to reach the main sights. It made exploring the city so much easier and more enjoyable. We loved every moment of our stay and couldn't recommend this place more highly! Nothing - everything was perfect!

• Duane (10/5): Do not missing staying at this location. - Without doubt this is an outstanding property in an amazing location. The place is spotless to the point where Pardo the host personal cleans the apartments before the cleaners come in to do the cleaning as he is so fastidious. But there is so much more to the experience, Pardo is dedicated to ensuring that your time in Rome is as perfect as it could be. When we checked in, he gave us an induction on everything around us so we knew the area straight away. Then he spent time going over the public transport system in Rome. By the time we left to go exploring everything was easy due to his help and guidance. To top it off this was not a once off, this is how he treats his guests. He then forwards all of his information around the induction to you on WhatsApp so you have everything to hand. He even downloaded Julia the Rome city AI app onto my phone for me. This app was a game changer, and we wouldn’t have known without his help. Without doubt the most generous and helpful host I have ever dealt with Nothing

Not very many bars within a 5 minute radius of the hotel but not a big issue at all!

So, I'll just say what, or rather who, was most important: Pardo. He contacted us days before our arrival, providing many valuable tips, and things only got better during our stay. Excellent coffee was a given, given the owner's attention to detail!

• Anamaria (10/5): - The accomodation was absolutely amazing. The localion is in a very quiet and green area, with nice restaurants and supermarkets (7 min from S. Pietro train station). The room was big, very clean and the bed was extremly confortable. The coffee was absolutely delicios :). Pardo is an amazing host who answered us, promtley, to any question and gived us precious advices regarding travelling in Rome. We will surely return to this place.

Loved the view from room balcony. 5 mins walk to abundance of bus to all main attractions. Few minutes walk to train station. But one thing that did stand out the best, was the Host himself. Absolutely gentleman. Couldn't do enough for us. He took a good half hour after we checked in to explain every aspect of the area, public transport, eating out places - list goes on. • LYU (10/5): My stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic！Thank you Pardo! - The location is wonderful—a quiet, safe neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants and close proximity to bus stations, where you can catch plenty of buses to the city center. The property host is the best!! First, we were impressed by his efficient and secure self-locking system. The host is also super hospitable: before our trip, he patiently answered all our questions and requests, and after we arrived, he gave us tons of helpful advice. He left us with a fantastic impression of Rome!

• Klára (10/5): - I had a truly wonderful experience staying here. The owner had an incredibly kind and human approach, he genuinely cared and was always trying to help with anything I needed. What I valued the most was that on my last day, he allowed me to keep the room until the evening because I had a late flight. Since there were no new guests arriving that day, he kindly offered this without hesitation. It made my departure so much more comfortable and stress-free. I can honestly say that this level of hospitality is rare, and it made my stay even more special. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking not only for a nice place to stay, but also for a warm and thoughtful host.

• David (10/5): Si vuelvo, lo tengo claro - Fin de semana en Roma por trabajo con un amigo. Desde el primer momento lo puso todo muy fácil con el check-in. Muy amable y cercano, explicó todo con calma y estuvo siempre pendiente de ayudarnos en lo que hiciera falta. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y era muy cómodo. Tenía una cama principal y una cama supletoria, así que cada uno durmió en su cama sin problema. Incluso se ofreció a montarla él mismo. El baño estaba genial, grande, moderno y sin ruidos de otros apartamentos. Nos dio indicaciones muy claras para llegar y también se ofreció a pedirnos el taxi para volver al aeropuerto. La zona está muy bien, con bares cerca para tomar algo, un bar irlandés para desayunar y un supermercado justo en la puerta. Muy buena relación calidad-precio para Roma. Todo fue fácil y muy cómodo. Todo muy bien

Le logement était très agréable, parfaitement équipé, avec du matériel de très bonne qualité — tout était fonctionnel et pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Se ofrece una cocina en el recibidor con todo detalle de utensilios micro.nevera y cafetera(muy buen café)y para tomar un variado de té .Todo impecable.Se nota el cariño y la dedicación con la que el señor Pardo gestiona este alojamiento. Además, el señor Pardo nos ayudó muchísimo con todo: nos orientó sobre cómo movernos en transporte, nos dio excelentes recomendaciones de restaurantes con tikets de descuentos, y todas las indicaciones necesarias para disfrutar al máximo de nuestra estancia. Siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda o necesidad, lo que hizo que todo fuera mucho más fácil y agradable. La ubicación no podría ser la mejor! Justo al lado del Vaticano y muy buena conexion tanto bus y tren.Aunque nuestro caso hicimos todo andando y pudimos disfrutar de todo ,mientras paseas vas llegando a todos los lugares de interés. Zelfs naast de building een supermarktje. Bussen op 100 meter om in centrum te komen. Pardo is bijzonder vriendelijk, altijd behulpzaam om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Vernieuwd Interieur maakt het voor je verblijf nog een stuk aangenamer. Dit verblijf is een aanrader en ja wij keren zeker terug Voor een grootstad als Rome is dit een aanrader. Met 26 graden en heldere hemel een uitstekende vakantie gehad. Helemaal niets.

On nije samo izdavač soba,on je prijatelj,vodič,info pult,i sve u jednoj osobi. Nije mi pomogao samo oko dolaska,već i oko svih informacija za vrijeme mog boravka u Rimu,ali i na putu za aerodrom. Apartman je bio toliko cist da nebi sa UV svijetl mogli naci mrvicu,krevet savršen ormar velik,kupaonica nova i funkcionalna,dovoljno ručnika wc papira,no i da Vam zatreba Pardo će Vam odmah dati još. Sve u svemu 10/10 i vraćam se opet!! /

Near the house there is everything you could possibly need: supermarket, tobacco shop (with bus tickets), pasterias. The bus station which is very near the place has bus routes to all places to see. House walls are pretty thin and the audibility is better than it should be. Memory foam mattress is not for anyone

About a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, 3 minute walk to the nearest bus route to get into the heart of Rome. The apartment itself was located in a residential apartment building. There was everything you would expect to find and more in this apartment. It was spotless, the communal kitchen had tea and coffee machines (real beans 🫘), microwave, dishwasher, fridge (always stocked with bottled water). That leads me to Pardo, the apartment owner/manager. He was so so helpful in so many ways, from organising taxis to always being available to assist with any queries. Prior to arriving in Rome, he was also helpful, contacting me with information on transport links into the city from the airport and also giving recommendations on things to do and see whilst in Rome. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, exactly like the photos - there’s also a small communal area outside the room with a stocked fridge (eg water, cans) which was a really nice touch and addition! The aircon worked perfectly, the tv was huge and had all the apps like Netflix. Plenty of storage (massive wardrobes!) and a very modern bathroom. Nothing - it was perfect

• Beatrice (10/5): A magical couple of days! - The apartment is located in a strategic position, perfect to reach the city center by foot or public transportation (10 minutes by foot from San Pietro cathedral). The rooms are fresh, renovated, clean and amazingly designed. Pardo was the best host we ever met, and helped us organize our weekend in Rome, including giving us inspirational suggestions to upgrade our experience. He went out of his way to enrich our time in Rome and make sure we would have a great time!

• Eko (10/5): Nice and comfortable place to stay near the Vatican - The property is short walk from main street, 10-15 mins from the Vatican. It suits us as we prefer quiet area and further away from touristic attractions. There are good amenities nearby: supermarkets, cafes, Gelateria, restaurants, pubs and a pharmacy. The room itself is spacious, equipped with aircon and modern bathroom. There is pantry for guests with coffee machine, hot water, fridge/freezer and white goods. The weather was 35 degrees during our stay, so having access to fridge/freezer was a lifesaver. It almost felt like we were at home which was nice. Among others, Pardo was very helpful and accommodating. He provided with instructions and guidance how to navigate around Rome. Mind you, it was my first time in Rome and I was a bit clueless on how to navigate around. Nothing about the property but I would recommend to familiarise yourself with time tables and routes for train and buses. There was train strike during our visit, better be prepared if you need to go to airport or travel to central Rome.

Locations is very well situated close to the bus stops to go directly to Rome city center and close to the Vatican and the train station. And the absolutely must is Pardo, the host. Amazing person, plenty of good plans to help you have the best stay in Rome.

Pardo the owner could not have been a better host nothing was too much trouble the apartments are stunning and of the highest standard in terms of decor and taste once you find your feet navigating is easy from your location thankyou again Pardo quick tip the apartments are opposite an Irish bar called Rosey O'Gradys the mobile number Pardo sends you ring this number as this opens the electronic door then the apartment are on the 4th floor.

• Emmanuel (10/5): Great genuine host with free coffee. Probably the most welcoming Italian you will meet in Rome. - The location was great, and nothing was too hard for the host, Pardo. There is a great coffee machine there, and Free Coffee and bottled water are a nice touch.

Pardo the host, the restaurants that surrounded that the area (except Buono Forchetta), the location to everything that we wanted to get to. I 100% would go back and stay in the same room again. The busses. But, this had nothing to do with 3Storie Vatican Peter. They just didn't show up sometimes.

• Hakan (10/5): Perfect trip to Rome - The property was perfectly located 7,8 min away from the Vatican. Around the corner was a metro station that could have been used. The facility was really clean and was not lacking anything, and had everything you would also find in a hotel room. Only with the small difference that you will have an amazing host, who helps you in any situation. Pardo gave us valuable tips and gave us an overlook what to definitely visit and how to get from one place to another besides the good talks we had. Nothing :)

He kept in touch before and throughout our visit, and on our arrival he talked us through the hotel, wifi/coffee machine etc, but the most helpful part was his dedication to make sure we got a true real experience in Rome - visiting recommended local restaurants, help with transport, he even made a map for walking around Rome. He is a wonderful person who we both enjoyed meeting and wish him all the best! If we are to visit Rome again, we would come back here. Also room wise - everything was clean, feeling of luxury - the balcony was our favourite part, we also enjoy that there was a big tv to watch Netflix on after a long day of walking. Thank you! But with visiting many city’s in Europe we have never met a more kind informanted person than Pardo every detail no matter how small was takin care off. this guy is genuinely concerned that you have all the comforts of home and makes sure you don’t miss all that Rome has to offer . After a busy day it’s nice to come back to a place were you feel comfortable and all the stuff tea coffee water you name it it’s all there . Italy is a really special place Rome is its true treasure but Pardo was something special and I know if anyone is lucky to book this gem they are in for a real treat . Thank you Pardo ❤️
• Megan (10/5): Amazing - Host was amazing and so friendly. Was here for a half marathon and helped even direct to where the race was exactly. Kept in touch and honestly just so so helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Close to amazing cafes and restaurants. Easy transport links too.
• Patrick (10/5): The first glimpse into the beauty of Rome. - Firstly the property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The elevator at the property was a God send after hours for walking around Rome . The location was terrific, short walk to Vatican City and a train station just around the corner for exploring other parts of Rome ( one euro train fares!!!). The area was quiet and safe. Delicious fresh coffee available at all times and fridge full of chilled bottles of water. As for Pardo (the host), a delightful man, so helpful and accommodating. Gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, etc. He has great English and a great sense of humour. And because of his unmatched hospitality we would gladly stay with him again and recommend him to everyone we know who visits Rome. .

• Erika (10/5): Great stay at convinient location - Comfortable stay at convenient location, walking distance from Vatikan. Public parking in vicinity. Recently renovated. No-fuss check-in/check-out. Super helpful host.
• Jamal (10/5): The perfect place to stay to get to know rome. - We were welcomed very nicely, contacting the owner was very easy and without any problems. Everything was explained to us in detail and we were also given travel tips and routes. The owner was also very accommodating. The room was very clean and also very nicely decorated. Various drinks, WiFi, air conditioning and a television were also available. Therefore, there was really nothing missing. Everything we needed was there and the location was also very good, as you could reach downtown Rome or the Vatican City on foot. But you can also get around very easily by bus and there is also a train station nearby. So overall, this hotel can only be recommended as we really didn't have any bad experiences and the owner is also really praiseworthy!

There was a communal area with a fresh espresso machine, teas, fridge with water, and microwave. About 30 minute walk to the Vatican. We had an issue with a bus transport and the host was very kind to help us place an appeal and followed up with us. Host went above and beyond, we appreciated all of his food recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

• Agnieszka (10/5): Very nice apartment with a helpful landlord! - Beautiful apartment, newly renovated, high quality interior (huge TV and spacious shower)! The owner super helpful and kind. The place has a common kitchen for three apartments fully equipped with water, coffee, tea and even wine in the fridge :) 4th floor with an elevator. Easy access. If you want, you can order daily cleaning like in a hotel.
