• Jak_B (7/5): Quiet neighbourhood, great location, but poorly equipped kitchen - Perfect location for us; halfway between Kagurazaka and Shinjuku, with easy access to both the Tozai and Oedo lines. The residential area is very quiet at night. The flat was reasonably clean overall, though some mould was accumulating under the bathroom sink and along the shower handrail —> worth a look. The kitchen is poorly equipped: one frying pan but no saucepan, no coffee maker, no kitchen paper. The main room feels very tiny: the two double beds take up most of the floor space, which works well for a family with children but would be a squeeze for four adults. The beds were too soft for our liking, but this is highly subjective. The photos are noticeably brighter 😎 than the flat actually is; not a dealbreaker for us, but worth setting expectations. The bathroom sink was fully clogged and unusable. The mosquito net in the kitchen was non-functional —> both need fixing.

• Francieli Correa (8/5): Bom custo benefício - Próximo a estação de metrô, family mart e outros mercados. Região residencial e tranquila. Foi fácil encontrar o prédio utilizando as informações enviadas pela anfritiã, Google e fotos. Camas confortáveis, bom chuveiro, cozinha equipada com os itens necessários. Possui guarda roupa, uma mesinha com duas cadeiras, armário com chinelos, sacada, geladeira, máquina de lavar, amenities de banho. A banheira/chuveiro é aberto, então molhava demais toda vez que alguém tomava banho e não havia nenhum rodo ou pano para secar. As cortinas não fecham direito e por isso entrava bastante claridade pela manhã. Poucas tomadas em um apartamento que comporta quatro pessoas. Para duas ou até três pessoas é um tamanho ok, mas para quatro o espaço é limitado. Apesar disso, recomendo a acomodação.

Rideau de chambre taché et cassé, pas d'étendoir pour étaler le linge. Accès au balcon compliqué dû au lit placé devant.

There were many restaurant and coffee options. The home itself felt very traditional and had everything we needed, even umbrellas in the closet for our use. It was nice to experience a more intimate side of Tokyo. I liked everything
• Geovanna (10/5): Fabulous - We would like to speak greatly of the hosts of the apartment. We had an incident because of a mistake of our own in which we confused the check out date. It was a rush but they were very understanding about it, I highly recommend booking with them. PS: again so sorry to the owner for the mixup.
• Blanche (2/5): Very poor - The cleanliness was OK. Firstly, I was factured the double of the price announced by booking platform, which was extremely depleasant. The app asked if I wanted to pay in euro or yen, then on the next page the price already doubled. It seems it added the cleaning fees of YEN7.000/45EURO, which is almost the price of the night. I tried to cancel with the host immediately but was only answered very coldly hours later that I could only "follow the cancelation policy" which results in no refund. I don't know if it's a scam or a bug with the platform but the attitude of the host did not help. Concerning the room, contrary to the indications, it was not easy to find following Google as the building only has one entrance and the one indicated by the app is totally opposite so we had to turn in circle to find ways to reach the building for 15 minutes, with our heavy suitcases. Inside the room, it kinda felt unsafe as the bed was stuck to a full-length glass door, and the window of the kitchen was broken.

We really loved it! The only challenge was finding the apartment. Google Maps showed the wrong location, and we spent about an hour searching for it. It would be great if the host could provide a more accurate address or detailed instructions on how to find the apartment.
• Nicolas (5/5): Overall was ok, the price was ok for it but I wouldn't recommend it. - The neighbourhood is quiet, no noise during the night. The A/C was nice since we got some hot days. The place is small, you don't have much place for your things. The toilet seat was loose, it's attached with some sort of clips instead of screws. The kitchen was a bit messy, but we didn't used it much. The place was very hard to find, even with the extra directions from the host. We ended up asking someone that was walking around and he helped us find it. I think the host needs to upload a video of them walking to the place from the main road. Google Maps will not help in this case, since there are multiple smaller roads that are not mapped.

• Isabel (7/5): Quiet environment close to subway - Quiet environment and close (5 to 7 minutes) to 2 subway lines. The owner is very responsive which gives confidence. It is not easy to reach the appartment even using google maps. It is advisable to supply a croquis. The appartment is good for 2 people but it is difficult to manage more than that.
• Klara (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable bed, so kind host and incredibly responsive, answers immediately, there was everything we needed - washing machine, shampoos, towels,... Location was amazing, close to metro, so you could go anywhere anytime. Apartment was comfortable enough for 4 persons, not big, but we had no problems with space when we were all inside.
• Grégory (10/5): Nice stay near shinjuku with a quiet environment - Very close to the subway station; the neighborhood is very quiet and there is a nice supermarket at the station. The flat has everything you need for a short stay and probably even for a longer one. The owner was very available and the place was easy to find ( just don't trust too much google map ) It was a nice experience
• Shahmir (7/5): Overall it’s a good and family friendly place - Location of the property was Excellent 10 min walk to 2 different train stations 1st told owner he need to change the Location pin point coz the location on the booking and owner have it takes taxi drive in other street so it’s pain in ass to find the property for taxi drivers 2nd as told the owner they need to upgrade there toilet seat with new electric ones they are still using the old one without water
