• Nathália (9/5): - A localização é excelente; o quarto é espaçoso e silencioso; as roupas de cama e banho estavam bem limpas; a cama de casal é grande e a Irena (anfitriã) é muito solícita e gentil. O ralo do box estava entupindo, então a água descia devagar e acabava molhando o banheiro.

• Lisa (10/5): Excellent location and brilliant host, would recommend. - The location is absolutely perfect! All the places we wanted to visit were within walking distance. The apartment was clean and the host made sure we had all the information we needed before we arrived; and then ensured we had everything required for a comfortable stay. Whilst the apartment is very central, we heard no noise and slept well in the comfy beds. The air conditioning was a welcome addition given the heat during our stay! There’s nothing to dislike. Our only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror. The only mirror is the one in the bathroom and when you have a few people getting ready to go out at the same time, an extra mirror would be appreciated.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación estuve muy bien dado el calor que hacía en los días que estuvimos. La atención que tuvimos a la llegada para facilitarnos las llaves. Nada en concreto. Se trata de una habitación sencilla para el precio pagado. Supongo que es lo que tiene intentar estar un poco más cerca del centro.

• Marisa (10/5): Outstanding location, beautiful and modern apartment, perfect for a stay in Rome! - It is more modern than the pictures show. The floor is newly updated along with the beds and mattresses. The bathroom is lovely and modern. The kitchen was very clean. Air conditioning worked really well for a hot Rome summer and the host was very responsive. The location is perfect and every tourist site is walkable. You will have a lovely vacation here! We wish there was a full length mirror available. The only mirror was in the bathroom.

We were 3 girls and needed another mirror to do make up and a full length mirror to be able to clench outfits before going out ☺️

After several visits to Rome, this was definitely the best accommodation I've ever experienced, better than many hotels I've stayed in.

• Natalia (7/5): In general I recommend this place. We stayed for 3 nights. - The room was very spacious and clean, looked exactly like in photos. Great location, walkable distance from all attractions. The host was very nice and helpful, we even managed to check in much earlier. Great restaurants and bars nearby. The only drawback was a lack of warm water, there must have been some failure and for the most of the stay the water under the shower was cold.
• Abhishek (10/5): Absolutely pleasant stay! - Irena is an excellent host, and the accommodation is top notch. Absolutely clean. Spacious. The Android TV was a pleasant plus (to keep my toddler entertained). There's pharmacies, a grocery store, laundromat and cafés in close proximity, so that's great. Nothing to dislike but would appreciate being welcomed to a bottle of water inside the room to start with. Also the room is at the first floor (or higher), and there's no elevator, so taking the stroller up and down the stairs everytime was a task, so was it for the luggage. Thankfully, the hard work at the gym paid off.

• Edward (10/5): Exceptional - great communication with the host, nice decoration, perfect quiet location but only 2 minutes walk from the Main Street where all the buses and trams are nothing to dislike
• Alexandra (10/5): It was perfect. - Irene seems to haven taken note of all previous comments! The entire apartment is spotless and clean. No issues with the bathroom whatsoever. We got enough towels and Irene was very accommodating. The apartment is near to many touristic highlights, and near a bustling restaurant/bar area! If you want to visit something further away, there’s a tram and busstop nearby. Enjoyed our stay a lot! Nothing negative to say.

• Henrietta (8/5): perfect for sleeping, main sights are within walking distance, comfortable bed - location, Irene is very kind and helpful, the kitchen is very well equipped (there was also coffee) the bathroom could be separate, an armchair and a small table were missing from the larger room, there is no view from the windows (it opens onto the fire wall)
• Aija (10/5): Highly recommend - Excellent accommodation in Rome, it's brand new. Location - perfect. (Near to Largo di Torre Argentina and metro) Perfect cleanliness, very easy to get and return the keys. There is everything you need for a short stay. Coffee, tea is available. Very kind, careful and responsive hostess, easy communication. Cool pillows and comfortable bed. I highly recommend! Everything was exelent, especially location!

• Paul (7/5): Nice central place to stay in Rome - Nice central location, easy walk to restaurants and most attractions, friendly easily contactable staff when required. Access to bathroom via one of the bedrooms could be a bit intrusive for people in that room.
• Ann (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property - Very clean , good location, This is being picky but they could have had 3 towel hooks in the bathroom. And more toilet paper, although when we ask for more they suppled it the next day. And maybe a kettle they had a coffee machine but not everyone drinks coffee. A cup of tea in the room in the morning would have been nice
