• geocurcio (8/5): Il soggiorno è stato in linea con quanto indicato nell'annuncio - Scelta perfetta. La posizione è ideale: abbiamo raggiunto tutto facilmente senza dover usare i mezzi. L'appartamento si presenta spazioso, silenzioso e fornito di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo Purtroppo i cuscini non erano molto comodi e la fornitura per la colazione (caffè e fette biscottate) era decisamente scarsa e limitata. Con qualche piccolo accorgimento in più, la struttura sarebbe perfetta

• Sally (10/5): Large apartment with 2 bathrooms in an amazing location. - Large rooms with a separate space for the living area and the bedroom. Having two bathrooms was exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect for visiting Florence. More towels than the 2 bath and 2 hand towels would be helpful.

• Kyle (9/5): Fantastic location! - The apartment is extremely spacious, with everything you need. It is in a fantastic location, super close to the main attractions, great restaurants and shops. The apartment were very responsive and helpful. Seemless check-in and check out. Due to great location it is quite noisy at night but with the windows closed you could barely hear anything.

Отличное расположение — всё рядом, можно дойти пешком до главных достопримечательностей. Квартира просторная, светлая, с двумя спальнями — очень удобно для семьи. Отдельное спасибо персоналу — нас встретил очень милый парень, всё подробно объяснил, показал, помог с ориентацией в городе. Всё было спокойно, чисто и уютно. Отличное место, где хочется остаться подольше. Определённо рекомендуем! Единственное замечание — на кухне вся посуда в порядке, но сковородки были сильно поцарапаны, и пользоваться ими было неприятно. Мы даже купили одну новую. Хотелось бы, чтобы хозяева обратили внимание на этот момент и обновили кухонную утварь — это важно для комфорта и безопасности гостей. В остальном — отличное место, где хочется остаться подольше. Рекомендуем!

• nicolaos (10/5): - The location is perfect in the heart of florence shops cafes,supermarkets all underneath. The apartment was clean and large it has 2 bathrooms and tomic/thomas met us there and went over everything. There is noise from down stairs shops but it didn't t bother us .. 10/10
• Jodie (9/5): - Location was brilliant, beautiful apartment. Water capacity for showers was very limited. Ok for 1 but not for our group of three without staggering our showers at different times. This was only a small inconvenience. Everything else great 😊

For anyone needing a taxi (the local taxi apps don’t work with a non-Italian phone number), there’s a taxi stand at Piazza della Repubblica

• Taylor (6/5): Central location, with lots of street noise - Central location is convenient for most major attractions, with almost everything with a 20 minute walk. The apartment is spacious, and decently stocked with IKEA dishes. The staff promptly and satisfactorily addressed the maintenance issues we raised during our stay, and the welcome on arrival was helpful, including tips about places to see with our toddler. The side street where this apartment is located is still heavily trafficked by people and vehicles. We were frequently woken up by rowdy drunk groups walking past between midnight and dawn. Buskers played quite loudly outside the window, making naptime difficult for our toddler. There is no bathtub, which made bathing our toddler a challenge. Some maintenance issues like loose hinges, lights not working, etc. were apparent. The water supply requires a booster pump and holding tank, so water pressure isn't great. Oddly, the description included views of the cathedral, but this adjustment on the first floor only had votes of the street below. This would be a good apartment for a single or couple who prefer late nights, but less convenient for families.
• Valarie (8/5): Great location - We stayed for several days and they agreed to our request to provide another set of towels, which was well appreciated. The apartment is also located in a great location, which is a 15 minute walk to the train station a five minute walk to the door more and with literally many restaurants and other attractions very close to you. Since they manage more than one apartment, it is well organized, and they have a team in system in place in case you have any problems They also agreed to our request for a late check out by one hour since our train was leaving a bit later Because the location is such in a central area, it comes with a lot of noise which may go on up to the early mornings. The apartment is well fitted and has all the amenities, but the water heating capacity is limited and the water boiler can be quite distracting.
• Hadeel (8/5): I cannot recommend it for people who are looking to relax and rest - location and how big is the apartment the noise from outside (street) and from inside the building ( water boilers, you can hear people living next to us going out and in all the time). bad isolation for sound. water pressures and temperature is not stable at all and if two persons took shower ( there are 2 baths) even taking the shower after each other ( not at the same time) water can stop finish and you need to go out and wait for water, also, if you turn on the oven and stove, the electricity will shut down.

• Isabelita (9/5): Nice apartment and perfect location - The apartment master bedroom was spacious, the location is perfect! I recommend it without hesitation. Just the stairways.. it’s really hard to carry our luggage’s going up and down.. However this would not be an issue for a youngsters.

• Georgetta (9/5): Location can’t be beat. Super easy to get wherever we wanted to go by walking! - Location was awesome as we were centrally located for walking to all the major tourist attractions. Rental staff were easy and efficient to communicate with. You do need to use the WhatsApp, which is the European way to text securely back and forth. Staff met us right when we arrived even though we were about 20 minutes lates due to heavy traffic and cab was stuck at a corner for 15 minutes. We picked the apartment based upon location and the fact it had a washer and dryer. With traveling for over 1.5 months in Europe we packed with carry on bag and wanted to be able to go laundry. We did call rental property who sent someone over to help us figure out how to use the washer and dryer as the clothes came out okay in washing machine, yet we never could get them to dry in the dryer. I did check the lint basket, which was packed full. This should be checked between rentals. I also researched the water reservoir, which builds up with water on moisture and it was full. Didn’t know how to empty that until rental staff came by to assist. After resolving both those issues, we still weren’t able to get the dryer to dry our clothes. I did something more research and a possible problem when that happens could be related to a faulty wire. Not exactly sure what the problem was but the dryer didn’t work. Had a heat rack in both bathrooms but the one in the bedroom was broken. It was clearly evident too that it was broken by wiring and switch. Used the heat or what you call drying rack in other bathroom to dry our clothes. Place was comfortable for a couple. Best restaurant was kiddy corner across the street at Osteria. Always a line to get in but the meal was fabulous!

Yes, it is in the center of the city and during the weekend midnight, it may get a little noisy and yes you have to use stairs to reach the first floor where the flat is located, while those two are evident from the start or before making the reservation. Especially I was impressed with effective checkin process. I was with a two years old, and we could well manage it with a large sofa bed, while pillows, duvet, and others were also provided for the sofa bed too.

• Monika (10/5): Our stay at Deluxe Corso 5 was very pleasant. It is very well equipped, very clean, quite bright and airy and centrally - The property is located within few steps from the Duomo complex, the major point of interest. It is very spacious, clean, bright and nicely furnished. It is also well equipped with all the necessities. Since the property is located within few steps from tourist attractions, it can get pretty noisy until late night.

The place is spacious and it's great to have 2 showers and toilets. It's an old building and it has the original windows, so you can hear everything from the street.
