- Mackenzie (9/5): Thank you, we enjoyed our stay at the apartment in London - Apartment Layout, access to lift, comfortable beds, cozy rooms, secure, quiet neighbourhood, wifi access to watch tv Netflix, warm water in all sinks, balcony with park view, close to Stepney green station, efficient customer support Dirty stairs and smelly lift before entering the apartment, not much sound proof as we could hear noises at night coming from upstairs, but everything else was fine
- JoAnn (4/5): A huge disappointment... - The flat is spacious and clean and the neighborhood is quiet. The flat does not match the description provided in the advertisement. There are no luxury furnishings throughout, nor is there a "smart" bathroom as claimed. The bathtub is unusually high, making it difficult and unsafe, especially given the absence of any handrails. The separate WC appears to be an afterthought, squeezed into a tiny closet with virtually no space to move.
While the kitchen has been recently remodeled and is adequately stocked, there were no instructions provided for operating the stove or oven.
The balcony is small and currently occupied by two chairs and a ladder, leaving little to no usable space for enjoying the view or the grassy area below.
Additionally, greater transparency about the location would be appreciated. The flat is situated in the Stepney Green area, which is primarily an immigrant community, a detail that may be important for some guests to know in advance. It's also worth noting that, upon arrival at the train station, we were cautioned about the risk of petty theft in the area, particularly involving purse or cell phone snatching by cyclists. This kind of information would have been helpful to know beforehand for safety and peace of mind.

The noise insulation was poor and we could hear clearly what was happening to the adjacent apartments
