• Helene (10/5): Fabulous Stay in Florence - Everything about our stay in Florence was wonderful. The room is huge and beautiful, the bed and pillows are very comfy. And the AC is working great (so important when it's so hot in Florence right now). The breakfast is fabulous. You are provided with a list of possible items to get and just select what you want for the next morning and breakfast is brought to you in your room at the time you select. The B&B is close to a tramway stop (5 minutes) that goes directly to the train station and the airport. It's also really close to the city center. Tons of restaurants and cafés nearby. Everything was perfect.

• Timothy (10/5): Fantastic location with great service and clean and comfortable rooms. - My wife and I had such an amazing time in Florence, in large part to where we stayed. The B&B is in a great location and a short walk to all the sites. The key was the service we received. Gloria as AMAZIING! She was responsive to our needs, was a great communicator, and was a pleasure to work with. The room was better than I expected, clean and comfortable. Can't wait to stay again.

Located about a 15 minute walk from central Florence, the property was in a great location, far enough away from crowds and noise, yet close enough to walk to the main sites. The property was also accessible to cafes, tratorrias, the T2 tram, laundromats, and shopping. The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful and communicative whenever we had questions. Breakfast was wonderful and delivered to our room in a timely manner. We were able to choose items and make changes for the following day, if desired. The bed was very comfortable!
• SD (10/5): A warm welcoming place. - Olga is an excellent and very kind host and all the positive reviews here are a testament to that. I spent 4 night in Florence and my stay was great in large part to the where I stayed which was central to everything and very walkable to all attractions. I had to go out early a couple of days and Olga was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure I got my breakfast. The place is also very clean and well maintained. The whole vibe of the place and the host is very warm and welcoming. I really appreciate everything she did to make my stay pleasant and also all the conversations we had :) I would love to stay there again when I visit Florence any time in the future. I really have no complaints about my stay.

A great selection to choose from and beautifully presented. Our host was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The accomodation was very well equipped and very comfortable. The room was a bit bare. Some pictures on the walls would have been nice. There were pictures hooks. There was some street noise at night time.

• Nigel (9/5): An individual and quirky room with an excellent host. - Olga is the perfect host. She is super organised and so friendly. She actually contacted us an hour before check-in to let us know our room was ready which was ideal as the weather was so hot and it meant we didn’t have to hang around waiting. The information book was well set out and easy to understand. Our room was quirky, comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast was delivered to our room and was delicious and beautifully presented. The property is ideally located within a 15 minute stroll into the very heart of Florence. Although not on one of the main roads, there was some traffic noise during the night but this did not spoil our experience.

The owner is super kind and attentive, the place is close to the tram and around 10-20 min walks from most of the places you want to visit, the breakfast is just another level, the ambience of the place is really nice as they manage to give it a nice vintage look without making it look old or tacky. Nothing, this place is just great.

We were very happy with the breakfast which was served in our room every morning. Made us feel like royals! Would definitely come back whenever we visit Florence again.

The room was always clean and the breakfast was delicious. The family who run the B&B were so kind and helpful and I felt very welcome throughout my stay.
