• Perry (10/5): Exceptionally great value. Do yourself a favour and book it before it’s booked out. - The Den exceeded my expectations, it was very clean and comfortable. Only thing you need is your clothes and some food. I checked in at night time, Sandra let me know, if I had any trouble getting in or finding the unit, please don’t hesitate to call. Super lovely host. I’ll definitely be back.
• MM (10/5): - Great hosts, thought of everything so very well equipped cosy unit. Utensils were good, which might not sound like much but great to have a good quality when you want to cook. Also thoughtful little extras. Great base location to go to visit surrounding towns. Can't think of anything

From the 100% peanut butter with a 5 star rating, to extra bathroom necessities and an Xbox in the lounge, different selection of teas, comfortable beds, nice linen, comfy couch, roomy enough for a family of 4, although only two bedrooms, spacious and very relaxing. Just a really gorgeous place to be. The fact that we had to leave, wishes we had of stayed longer.

Outstanding presentation and provision of foodstuffs for breakfast and anytime snacks was greatly appreciated. Close to a busy road, and west/east orientation made it very hot on a very hot day....air conditioning in living area, but not bedrooms.

• Jacqui (10/5): A well thought out property offering, perfect for singles, couples or small families. - It is clear that the owners have considered what visitors would like to have in a holiday / overnight accommodation and have worked hard to meet those needs. Very pleasantly surprised to find staples available for use in the kitchen (tea, coffee, long life milk) and bathroom (shampoo, conditioner and body wash). Games, reading materials, Netflix and Xbox, although we didn't use them, were great inclusions, too. Nothing springs to mind.

Comfy beds with warm bedding, fully equipped kitchen (if you want to cook), welcome pack with snacks, huge tv & comfy couches to chill on. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Nothing really - electric blankets for the beds would have been nice (it got cold at night!), but the bedding was plentiful.
