• Ali (3/5): Poor - Chairs and couch so uncomfortable chairs going inside of it not possible to sit to eat something house from wood constraction inside have noticable strong smell from toilet. Missing some kitchen stuffs dosent have some location is good and clean home l
• Jonathan (8/5): Great city, lovely people, super food & drink and Casa Pepe is an ideal place to stay. - Location was excellent. Just 30metres from Santa Croce Church and square which made it easy to find. Florence is a very busy city and the street layout is very confusing, being able to find the appartment easily was a real help. The river Arno runs very close by too so you can't get too lost! The restaurants in Santa Croce square are super too. Whilst the appartment is not luxury standard it has everything you need for your stay in Florence. The flat is most suitable for a couple or a couple with one additional traveller/person. No pictures on the walls and this is FLORENCE the worlds centre for art!!!

• Tina (5/5): Overall, I do not feel like this property was worth what we paid compared to the other places we stayed while in Europe. - It was in a good location, fairly close to many attractions. The pictures posted do not look like the property actually looks. The couch was older and had stains but was covered with a sofa cover. It was also advertised to have 2 twin beds, but the “2nd” twin bed was just a mattress under the 1st twin bed. The beds were not comfortable at all. The air conditioner unit in the living room only blew coolish, almost warm air. The property was on the 3rd floor and had no lift which made it terrible to go into after being out in the heat and hauling our luggage up the stairs. I messaged the property manager about the air conditioner, but I did not get a response about it. The shower in the smaller bathroom had no curtain or door which made it impossible to take a shower without water going everywhere. There was a washing machine, but it was in the smaller bathroom behind the door and the machine door opened backwards so it made it extremely difficult to use the washer.

• Carla (7/5): Not too bad - Location!! The apartment was one block from Santa Croce, and a 20 minute walk to Santa Maria Fiori. Two bedrooms and two baths have plenty of privacy for our family. The kitchen allows you to cook if you want. Had a TV and Wi-Fi, and laundry. Seems secure and safe. The late checkout at 11:00 was helpful. The washing machine is inside the tiny bathroom, behind the door. It opens the opposite way so very hard to get into. And the bathroom door doesn't open all the way so you have to squeeze through. This bathroom is very narrow with a shower in the corner, no curtain, and no ledge to keep the water contained. So when the shower is used, the entire bathroom floor gets wet. Hubby volunteered to use that bath and my daughter and I shared the other one. Some dirty dishes and stained furniture. No top sheet on the bed, but a very warm comforter, so we had to run the air cold for sleeping or not use the air and the covers.
