- Rafidah (4/5): - Clean, comfortable, aesthetic Staff / cleaner dishonest about lost & found items. I forgot 1 short pants worth rm70, and 1 facial cleanser worth rm170 in the toilet, and 2 pieces of plastic cloth hanger in the wardrobe during a super rushing check out. When I asked about it 2 hrs after check out, staff said the cleaner did not find anything. Totally unacceptable as it was just a 2 hour time gap, not 2 days.

- Nanda Kumar (2/5): - It was difficult as the Property doesn't allow door delivery We stayed for a week & they didnt clean the rooms or give new towels. Atleast this much is expected for the high price they charge.
