- YANZHEN (3/5): This was honestly the worst stay I’ve ever had! - The location was convenient, but overall, this was the worst stay I’ve ever had. The kitchen light was flickering so badly we couldn’t even use it. We only stayed two nights, but after already being charged a $400 cleaning fee, we were hit with extra charges after checkout without any heads-up. If extra cleaning fees might apply, it would be much better to let guests know in advance. I come to Whistler every year and have stayed in many similar places, but unfortunately, I won’t be booking this one again—it was a disappointing stay.
