• Daniela (10/5): Central, hospitable, comfortable - Two things that show immediately how hospitable the flat (that is, its owner Faruq) is: umbrellas and adapters to UK sockets can be borrowed in the apartment. And there is also coffee, chocolate, water, all the kitchen equipment to make the stay smooth and comfy. Truly, this is a gem in London. You never grow tired of the lively Brick Lane plus the apartment is well-equipped and Faruq is very communicative and nice. Thank you once again! 🩵 Nothing, really. If you expect 100 % silence at night, obviously, do not hire a flat on Brick Lane street. But, to be honest, it wasn't noisy at all - we slept like logs :)
• Naomi (7/5): - The location for this property is absolutely fantastic...close to the tube, local amenities and in a great neighbourhood / area. It's also suprisingly quiet given its central location. The flat had everything we needed utensil, bedding, appliance and toiletries wise Nothing major...only a couple of minor niggles...the overhead oven fan could do with fixing and the shower drains away really slowly/ may need some clearing. Bit random, but a cheese grater would have been handy too (I couldn't find one but maybe it was there somewhere).
• Agnes (9/5): - Everything is in walking distance, comfy beds. A roller shutter would be useful to prevent the noise comes out at night. People, walking on the streets were shouting and we heard when the restaurant nearby removed tha tables and chairs away. It was a bit frustrating.

La ubicación es ideal, cerca del metro y ubicado en una calle muy animada de bares y restaurantes. Faruq nos atendió a nuestra llegada. Fue muy amable y todo estaba perfectamente explicado. Sin duda, volveríamos. Todo nos pareció bien

• francisco ricardo (10/5): Ótima relação custo-benefício. - O apartamento está muito bem localizado e equipado. A comunicação foi perfeita desse o início ao fim da minha hospedagem. O apartamento tem tudo disponível para uma boa hospedagem. Na localidade tem bastante supermercados e restaurantes à disposição. Por ser bem localizado, pagamos o preço do entorno ser bem movimentado e com transito de veículos, mas consideramos irrelevante.

Appartamento con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e posizione davvero comoda, a pochi passi dalla metro Aldgate East. Bagno funzionale ma piccolo e soffitto che trasmette molti rumori del piano sopra.

• Mateusz (5/5): Nie mogę pochwalić oraz powiedzieć złego słowa. Neutralnie - Blisko do metra, dobrze wyposarzona kuchnia. Lokalizacja okey, w miarę blikso na most londyński. Okolica wydawała się bezpieczna. Był zapewniony papier, mydła , szampony i inne udogodnienia. Na plus tez woda do picia. Wieczory to dramat. Ciężko zasnąc nawet przy zamkniętym oknie. Sam musiałem używać stoperów do uszu. Na dworze wieczorami masa krzyków różnego rodzaju ( imprezy / lekko pijani ludzie). Komfort spania troche to zaniża. Kurz w grzejniku, dla alergików co mają uczulenie na kurz i roztocza może to być problem. Choć sam nie doświadczyłem objawów alergii.
• Penny (8/5): Great location and at a reasonable price. - Excellent location near to Aldgate East Station and lots of cafes and shops. Easy communication with the host, prompt and full details on accessing the property, and he responded quickly to any needs and queries. Bed was comfortable and good provision of basic food and drink items such as tea/coffee, cereals, biscuits, as well as shampoo and shower items. Generally, fairly quiet, despite being on a fairly busy road. Sofa bed in lounge area wasn't very comfortable for seating, so mostly used dining chairs. Footsteps from flat above were quite noticeable, but no music or voices.

El lavabo precisa una reforma, el apartamento es justo para 4 personas, pero solo para cenar y dormir, está correcto.

• Lindsey (8/5): Great stay! - Excellent location and really comfy bed. The property was a good size and was nice and warm. Also had everything we needed in terms of kitchenware, towels etc... Sofa was uncomfortable and property could have been a cleaner - quite a bit of dust.

Faruq was one of the best hosts I have come across, nothing was too much trouble and he even put a balloon and banner in the room to celebrate my birthday! Really close to Aldgate East underground station so a great base to explore London.

• Ali (1/5): Ich empfehle The Osborn at Brick Lane kein Fall! - The Osborn at Brick Lane " ist nicht so groß wie auf den Fotos angezeigt,sondern es ist zwischen Restaurants und über einem Nagelstudio. Die Gebäude zu finden war auch echt knifflig. Wir hatten Lokale und Restaurant besitzer neben an gefragt die sogar nichts darüber wussten. Es hatte ein Schild auf der rechten Seite des kleinen ca. 70 cm Türes 40a wo drauf Osborn Apartments stand.Der obere Teil.bestand aus 3 Stockwerken, hatte nur 4 Fenster und war 6 mit lang.Wie vorher erwähnt besteht der Eingang nur aus einer Tür und der Moment man eintretet gibt es einen schmalen eingang und einen dreckigen Treppenhaus das mit stoff bedeckt wurde dazu waren die Wände schmutzig und verschlimmelt. Die Zimmertüren sind auch aus sehr billigem material und hatten 3 verschiedene Schlüssel. Das Luft war auch sehr stickig, im Bad gab es überall Schimmel und die betten waren instabil und aus billigem Material. Ich hatte für 3 Nächte gebucht daher die Lage sehr schlecht war musste ich letzte Minute andere Hotels den halben Tag lang suchen und hatte eventuell einen gefunden. Ich verstehe nicht wie es so hohe Bewertungen bekommen hat. Ich empfehle diesen ort auf gar keinen Fall!

Cafes, restaurants, public transport, and the amazing vibe of Brick Lane right on the doorstep. Faruq is a great host. The apartment is well set up for a couple or two friends. Be aware that this is a busy area and not especially quiet. That’s the vibe. Also, whilst the bathroom is fine, it is a tight fit. The sofa bed really only comfortable for one person.Not complaining, just letting folks know.

• Prague75 (8/5): Strategically located one bedroom apartment, perfect for a few days exploring London - Perfect location still in the first zone of public transport (less than 30 minutes walk from Tower Bridge). Right next to underground and bus stops. Tesco store 200 m away. The owner is very helpful and communicative, he allowed us to check in earlier than usual. He responds promptly to all our requests. The interior shows that housekeeping could be a bit better. Some pieces of furniture are already worn out, the bathroom is cramped and needs renovation. The window in the bedroom lets in all the sounds from the street. On Friday or Saturday nights it is very busy outside. The glass door in the living room faces directly into the brick wall of the opposite building.
• Piotr (9/5): 2+1 family in 3 nights stay for sightseeing highlights of London downtown. - Lots of little objects of convenience which make your stay smooth (for instance obundance of battery chargers and electrical socket adapters) Little things showed lack of maintenance, one could find some in the bathroom. A bit messy setup of the sofa in the dining room.

The apartment got everything you need. Faruq, the host, is kind, helpful and doing a great job. The beds are comfortable. I can see why it's popular. We had a great time during the stay in this apartment. The bathroom is quite small, but it's OK. The faucets may cause the waste of water. You can hear the sound from the street from the small bed near the window.

Great location, maybe not a "postcard friendly street", but personalIy, I liked the vibrant street life outside of the apartment. The apartment could have been cleaner. The kitchen, the beds and bathroom was clean enough but the doors and walls could need a good clean.

• David (10/5): Great little apartment located close to Algate East Tube station perfect base for sightseeing London - Arrived in London 10am and Faruq generously accommodated us with leaving our bags in apartment and giving us the keys straight away so we could go sightseeing. Milk and bottles of water provided in fridge, coffee tea sugar cereals cooking oil etc in cupboard. Shampoo conditioner body wash and toothpaste provided in shower room which has a powerful shower. Apartment was lovely and clean and modern, with tv cooker microwave washing machine, plenty of sockets, mirrors and a hairdryer. Faruq was quick to answer any questions we had. Apartment was in a perfect location in Brick Lane, just a couple of minutes walk to Algate East tube station, so easy to get around London, with convenience stores, restaurants and bars close by. Really fun place in evenings. Sunday market 5 minutes away was really good with lovely street food. Perfect base for a short break in London. We have already asked to return! Highly recommend 10/10. Thank you Faruq, you were an amazing host.

No wonder he's been getting all the compliments on reviews. Keep up your good work! Had a very comfortable stay there. It's really like home as kitchen is fully equipped n he pays attention to small details like air fresheners n love the coffee. Love the location too! So interesting to just walk around. Lots of shops, food n art. Toilet taps ... kinda hard to turn off. Was afraid to waste water as it drips if not off properly.

• Tomasz (10/5): Perfect base to explore London - Great location, close to main attractions, plenty of restaurants, Aldgate East Underground Station 2 min from apartment, Liverpool Station 10 min away. Great communication with the owner, Faruq is super nice guy. He let us check in earlier and was ok with us leaving our bags for a few hours on last day. Mineral water and selection of coffee pods is a nice touch. Plenty of toiletries, Netflix and lots of TV channels. Great WiFi Small bathroom and dark kitchen but that shouldn't be a problem if you there to explore London.

Faruq is a great host (very reactive when I had a question) and we had all that we needed (including coffee for breakfast - clean towels - bottle of water and chocolate waiting for us). He even left an umbrella for us as I forgot mine and it was a bit rainy. We really felt like home and Brick lane is a really nice place to discover (great street art around the place that has to be seen)

• Aniko (8/5): Good location, good price - Great location, good price, easy to check in/check out, helpful host. The flat was generally clean, however, there was a dirty towel and empty shampoo/conditioner bottles left in the bathroom when we arrived.

Plenty of bedding. The bathroom was quite small and though the shower was fine with good water pressure and beautifully warm it was also quite small.

• Laura (8/5): Good value for money, would recommend - Great location, easy tube access (specifically stayed here as it's in zone 1 and on central line), good value for money, all the facilities you need for a self-catering stay in the city, nice area, good size apartment, host's communication was great :) It could benefit from a little refresh here and there, but it's clean with good facilities in a nice area and central location. I also found locating the hotel to collect the keys from a tad difficult.

The sleeping room and the kitchen has a lot of space and all the supplies. A great choice indeed to have a good experience in London. Nothing much, everything met my expectations and the host is friendly and can help with anything you might need.
