There is so much space, everything is spotlessly clean, and the furniture and kitchen are modern and high quality. The view from the balcony is beautiful — a great spot to relax with a coffee. We really appreciated the comfort and the attention to detail. Highly recommended!

• Nazmiye KAÇAN (8/5): - The apartment was great, big and comfortable. Everything is newly furnished except the balcony. The location is great, very close to the city center and there are many restaurants/Bars around. It was calm and we had good privacy. It has a big fridge, kitchen with everything needed to cook, washing machine. There were small issues such as clothes hanger was broken, there wasn't hot water in the first day. We told the host and he got it fixed on the next day. Apart from that everything was great. The view from the balcony was nice as well.

• Michael (6/5): Poor communication, good location - Apartment is in a good location with good aircon and WiFi The message we received from the host contained the phone number for someone who didn't work there anymore (!). When we arrived (a day late) in Tirana we texted this number as we'd heard nothing about checking in etc. When we received the correct phone number we got no reply from them for a while. We weren't sure of the apartment location as it's not clear on the booking.com website or the message we originally received. Therefore when the host didn't reply we had to wander Tirana in the searing heat with all of our bags looking for the right building. Eventually the host texted back but only after I called. Regarding the apartment itself, the bowls and plates were dirty and the spare pillow in the press was mouldy and completely unusable. The main pillows are very thin.

• Sarah (6/5): Enjoyable & good value for money, too noisy from the building site day & late into the evening . - Close to bars, restaurants, bus station & centre. Terrible noise from the construction site & the dust. No shower door or curtain, therefore the floor in the complete bathroom became very wet. No tv channels or Netflix.
• Rafael (8/5): It was not perfect, yet I really recommend it! - It has a great view of the city and the customer service is just brilliant!!! The flat structure is amazing as well… Despite it’s in central Tirana it was really difficult to get the right address as it didn’t match the one given in the ad, so I struggled too much to find it. The boiler also has a working time, that is, after some minutes water starts cooling down till cold.

• Daniil (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment had very good Wi-Fi and a beautiful view from both windows. Great location – just a short walk to downtown and really close to the Lu-Na airport shuttle stop. There was a lot of space inside. Also, the host is always available and responsive via whatsapp. The shower had low water pressure and the temperature kept changing. Towels were very old and musty, and the pillows had an unpleasant smell. The bedsheets even had holes in them. There was construction going on almost 24/7 right outside the window, and the soundproofing was very poor. Also, during the stay, the elevator broke down and we had to climb up to the 11th floor on foot. It was fixed fairly quickly (within a couple of hours), but still, not a pleasant surprise.

• Gordon (8/5): Convenient Location - The location was great, one block away from Skanderbeg Square, and within walking distance most attractions. The bus stop is also very close. The apartment is a good size, with plenty of room for a couple. Good views over the city. There are many bars, and restaurants in the area. A few small things could be improved on. We struggled to find the apartment as not clear instructions were given before hand. Strangely there was no kettle to boil water. We could not log into the Netflix.

• May (8/5): Very good - I liked how it's very near to the city center and bus stations. It feels safe walking even at midnight. The house has a good panoramic view of the city and the mountain. It is near to the market, cafe, pharmacies, almost everything you need such as rental luggage storage and money changer. Ergi is very assisting even before we arrive in Tirana. I appreciate the responsiveness in assisting us regarding finding the house/checkin and tips on where to go and eat. Just ask if you need anything in the house. Nothing much. I recommend it and will surely book it again if I return to Tirana.

Balcony was big, kitchen had everything and even washing machine with all the things to wash your clothes! Felt like home 😉 Communication with the owner was very fast and getting the directions and key was easy! For sure next time if i will visit Tirana i would stay in same apartment!
