• Aakriti (3/5): I paid so much money for the location only - the location No reception or any person at the property to help with anything. Everything was on call and not helpful at all. I was provided wrong code upon check in and then had to wait 30 mins before I could connect on call. The place is never cleaned properly even though there was daily housekeeping. They never filled the soap and shampoo bottles. They dont provide toothpaste. They dont give toilet paper unless you ask for it. The room has a weird layout such that there’s little space inside.

• Monika (3/5): - Lage und Umgebung waren gut. Das Bett, die Matratze war so hart was tägliche, körperliche Verspannungen ausgelöst hat. Die dauern nach 4 Übernachtungen nun auch an! Zudem die Lichtschine über dem Bett hat nachts alle 2-3 Minuten hell geblitzt, was ein Schlafen echt fast unmöglich machte, da ich dunkel, dunkel brauche zum Schlafen. Auch das Licht, welches unter der Tür hindurch kam, vom Gang her hat gestört!

• Kaylia (3/5): Not again - Location is perfect. Dirty!!!!! Black hair all in the bathroom and under the bed hasn’t been touched in months. This place was not clean. They advertise about the view, but the balcony is connected to the room next to you and you’re staring at a concrete wall lol. Hotel name is not on the door, you have enter a code, go up an elevator, then see the hotel name, enter a code, then go to your room and you guessed it. Enter another code. I appreciate the safety since it’s self check in. This was a recommendation from tiktok 🫣. but I will never stay at this place again.

Ook heel fijn dat we onze bagage konden achterlaten. Koffie, thee en koekjes in de chillruimte beschikbaar. Heel centraal gelegen. Slechts 2 minuten lopen van Piazza Venezia, en een korte wandeling naar Colosseum of Trevi. Vertrouw alleen niet op Google Maps, want die laat je 20 minuten omlopen… De televisie was vergrendeld met een code, die de receptie ook niet wist, dus die werkte niet.

• Linevych (9/5): Perfect location ! - Everything was good. Perfect location coliseum and the Fontana is in 10 min walk. We needed a room only for the sleeping , and this was perfect place. Also we can check in earlier . It was no staff. It was a bit dirty , but not so bad.
• Tali (8/5): Quiet place to stay in Rome - The rooms are big, AC was great, shower was big. Location was nice, walking distance to most tourist places. Good communication through Whatsapp with the people running this place. We never saw any other guests. They offer free coffee and cookies. No staff on site at all. I specifically chose to pay at the property because I wanted to split the payment but they don't offer that because there's no one there. The code that we got to get into the room was wrong, luckily the cleaning staff was there when we got there and was able to let us in. The small bed in our room was super uncomfortable, you could feel the metal in your back when you lay down. The location was great but it only suits those who are willing to walk everywhere, there's a significant uphill walk to get to the hotel.

• Zuhal (8/5): Bu otelin yeri harika - Otelin yeri harika, önemli noktalara yürüme mesafesinde. Üstelik yemek yemek ve market ihtiyaçları ve hatta çeşmeden su bile kolaylıkla karşılanabiliyor. Havlu ve temiz yatak temini gayet iyi. Sadece günlük olarak odaların vakumlanması gerekiyor bence, ama ciddi bir sorunla karşılaşmadık. Bi de dışarıdan bakıldığında tabelası yok, binanın içine girilince anlaşılabiliyor bir otel olduğu.

Only issue was that the in room safe was missing instructions. I left a couple messages for staff about this but never received a reply. Only staff you may see is housekeeping.

• Aliff (7/5): Convenient location, but service can be better - Excellent location with a comfortable walking distance to the main attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain (10-15 mins) and Roma Termini station (20 mins). This made it easy for us to walk to take an early morning train. The room itself was spacious and sleek, with a nice balcony area to enjoy coffee. Appreciated the coffee machine that was provided in the lounge area. The shower did not drain water properly, causing flooding in the bathroom. The receptionist was not present most of the time (they claim staff will be present from 9am to 2pm, however in our 4 days of living there, only 1 day was there staff available at this time). They said luggage storage was provided, however on our last day at check-out (around 11am), there was no staff present (housekeeping included) for us to hand over and drop our luggage.

• Lou (10/5): If you’re looking for centrally-located, high-quality lodging to return to after your long days exploring Rome, you’ve f - Location: The Monti neighborhood was an absolute dream and centrally located—it was a 4 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and it never took us longer than 20 minutes to either walk or ride the bus to our end destination. If you’re out of shape, you might think 20 minutes of walking is a bit much, but I can guarantee you that there’s never a walk without stopping a couple other places in Rome! Give yourself an hour to walk wherever you’re trying to get to—make it a stroll and give into the urge to enter other businesses along the way, especially if they sell gelato. Exciting point: we were only an 10 minute walk from the Colosseo, which you can see the whole way there after you round the block from the hotel. Hotel: The exterior is like all the other buildings: gorgeous. We did have a bit of trouble checking in only because the building custodian had the front door open while he mopped, so not needing the exterior door code made is second guess ourselves for a minute. But all was well and sorted very quickly after that! The building does have a lift—albeit quite small compared to most US ones—so you don’t need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Check-in was so smooth, and communications via Booking.com were helpful. The room was sparklingly clean when we arrived, and it was cleaned/tidied every day of our stay. The provided bath products smelled WONDERFUL! I forgot to take a picture of them to see if I could buy them anywhere, they really were top notch, as was the actual shower! FYI—they have AC! Please note the following if you book here, just for clarity: This is an independent/virtual hotel that exists in a larger building with another hotel of the same type and multiple floors of what I believe were private apartments. The hotels are located on the floor they mentioned in your booking communications, just look for the placards against the door frame to make sure you’re at the right place. Nothing! We had our own things to figure out (like where the hotel wing door was 😅), but that was our own user error.

• Irina (2/5): I do not recommend this hotel - The hotel is located near the Colosseum we arrived at the hotel on December 24, it was self-check-in, so there was no staff at the hotel. there were already other people's things in our room, wet towels, suitcases and clothes. we sorted things out with the staff for more than two hours, we were checked into another room, smaller, our son had to sleep on the bed with us, we received compensation in the cost of the city tax, also the staff lied, because the child should not pay the city tax. the next day during our walk we received many calls from the hotel staff who asked us to urgently return to the hotel and change rooms, this added a lot of stress for us and spoiled our feeling from the trip

• Elena (7/5): Disappointed. - Clean Spacious bathroom and shower Location: Monti is a very lively and enjoyable neighborhood with many good restaurants and shops. Pictures and descriptions are misleading. The room lacked attention to details, for example: - bed was made upwards, with the duvet cover upside down and the linen not properly tucked in, that made the sleeping not so comfortable -only one pillow per person - ashtray outside had cigarettes in - stained curtains - it claims a 24/7 concierge service but it doesn’t specify that it’s remote! Unacceptable incident when previous guests entered our room a few hours after we checked in. It seems in fact that the access code stays active until 4 pm after checkout. This combined with the fact that the room cannot be locked from the inside and that nobody is there to check who comes in, made my stay not as comfortable as I hoped it to be. When I called to report the incident, they had a very dismissive response - as if this was not their responsibility, but the previous guests bad judgment to enter a room after they checked out. I am sure this doesn’t happen often, but it should be the management responsibility to ensure safety and comfort of their guests and I am sorry to say that they are not doing it right!

• Lilibeth (9/5): Superb - The hotel send us reminder and guide on how to check-in online ahead of our stay. The location is very central, just walking you can reach the Piazza Venetia, Trevi Fountain and the Colloseum, a lot of restaurants nearby like La Taverna Fori Imperialli is just few minutes walk from the hotel. The staff on duty was very friendly and accommodating. The nespresso and the cookies is such a bonus every time will go back to our room. Every day, the hotel refill us free water and room was cleaned.

• Miguel Esteban (2/5): - Ni Expedia ni el hospedaje me mandaron las instrucciones ni el código de acceso a la habitación, por lo que tuve que buscar y pagar otro hotel la noche que llegue a Roma, nadie contestaba el teléfono que está en expedia del hotel y nadie de expedia pudo resolver la situación, me quedé en la calle esa noche y tuve que pagar otra noche en otro hotel, al segundo día, regresé al hospedaje y de milagro encontré que departamento era, porque no hay una sola indicación, el manager del hospedaje me comentó que siempre le pasa lo mismo a los clientes de Expedia, que ellos mandan las instrucciones y códigos de acceso a Expedia y Expedia no los mandan, tuve que pagar 230 € además de buscar varias horas un hotel con mi familia para no quedarme en la calle y nadie se hace responsable, yo siempre había reservado con Expedia y no lo volveré hacer, pésimo servicio de ambas partes., tengan mucho cuidado para q no sufran lo que yo sufrí.
• Davide (10/5): Fantastic stay with a great location, spacious and clean room, and convenient check-in! - Loved the location—so convenient to restaurants and just a short walk to the Colosseum! The room was very spacious, nicely decorated, and exceptionally clean. Check-in was smooth and easy, and we were very pleased with the overall experience. The receptionist seemed unprepared and attempted to charge me twice, even after I showed proof of payment. Thankfully, she called the owner, who was very friendly and promptly resolved the issue after speaking with me.

Facilities are amazing - we felt like we had our own Rome apartment- high ceilings and super comfy bed and large bathroom. Lift for the luggage was great. Helpful info via WhatsApp and online booking was relatively easy. Having the air-conditioning was wonderful and large shuttered windows to check outside and breathe in the Roma air. Great soundproofing. Water in the shower was hot and plentiful. Having a jug to make a hot drink was great. Noisy neighbour's - kids screaming around for over an hour late at night. Maybe a skirting around the room door to block some noise. No hooks for towels and towel rail only heated in winter. Minor thing was nowhere to put the soap in the shower.
• Krystal (2/5): Horribly uncomfortable stay with awkward building access and no views. - I liked the location - easy access to all the downtown areas - and the bathroom (nice shower), however, the LED lighting didn't work and the shower head was dirty. Almost everything - there was no signage, communication on how to access the building was poor, the presentation of the building housing the "hotel" were uninviting and poorly lit. THE BED WAS HORRIBLE! The air conditioning didn't with and the air flow in the unit was completely absent. There was no view, and the window opened into a garbage route. The breakfast was cheap coffee pods and packaged biscuits in what looked like a staff room. The price for this unit was a straight ripoff.

• Can (9/5): I felt comfortable during my stay. The room and the property were always shiny and clean. The hotel’s location is in the - What I liked the most about was the location. I walked everywhere in minutes. Also, the room and the stuff were so clean. The bathroom was spacious and was always clean. The toiletries were smelling very nice. The lighting in the room was also good. The doors cannot be locked from the inside. The hotel staff told me that it locks itself after a while but I couldn’t see it. The walls are thin so you may hear someone entering or leaving their room and the noise from the pipes.

The entry to the building felt sketchy. I want sure what we had gotten ourselves into when we went through the first door but it was clear we made a good decision once we got to the hotel space in the building.

• Mark (7/5): Good - Spacious and clean room, newly refurbished. Location is at the top of a hill, but generally a good one. Housekeeping where friendly. The lift was tiny, our baby buggy could barely get in. The place is essentially a rental apartment which has daily housekeeping. We never met any receptionists and all entry points are via a code communicated through a watsapp message.
