• mohabbati (4/5): - Die Gegend rund um das Hotel war leider überhaupt nicht sicher. Nachts bis zum Morgen liefen dort ständig Männer herum, die laut waren, gestritten und Lärm gemacht haben. Man hat sich dadurch echt unwohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer wurde trotz unserer Bitte nicht gereinigt. Das Frühstück war auch sehr wenig und enttäuschend. Im Bad/WC gab es keinen Lüfter, deshalb hat sich der Geruch im ganzen Zimmer verbreitet. Außerdem gibt es keine richtige Rezeption, und die Flure sind extrem eng und unangenehm. Insgesamt leider keine gute Erfahrung.

• Giovanna (3/5): Não é um hotel, não sei nem como tem "estrelas". - Proximidade da estação de trem O lugar não é um hotel. São quartos que vc aluga, mas sem recepção 24 horas, com um serviço de quarto bem ruim. Toalhas finas e pequenas. A localização é há poucos metros da estação e do Coliseu, mas extremamente turística e de difícil acesso se vc for chegar fora do horário comercial.

• Fatima (10/5): 3 nights stay 17-20. Great locations, we walked to most places, Colloseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps. It’s a bit far - Great location, felt safe. Welcoming staff. Mirela the receptionist was nice made friends 😅. And Beatrice was lovely and helpful we were hungry she assisted us warming up food made sure we weren’t hungry 🤤. And Marco from the restaurant served us really well, enjoyed the coffee ☕️. The first night welcoming wine was lovely served by one guy forgot his name. Very funny guy 😂. The room was more than we expected, big space plenty hangers. Mini fridge was just extra as it was warm, we kept our refreshments🤩. Thank you for giving us a room with balcony I enjoyed the view with nice fresh air. Room service was great 👍. Enjoyed clean room after a long day 😍. Everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend ❤️❤️❤️ Nothing much to complain about. It was great

• Lone (8/5): Meget godt valg til voksenophold - Gåafstand på mellem 20 min. til 1 time til alle de store attraktioner og charmerende bydele. Gode spisesteder lige i nærheden. Tæt ved hovedbanegård. Rent og pænt værelse og bad. God morgenmad. Eneste opholdssted er morgenmadsrestauranten. Vi fik en dag skæld ud af receptionisten over at gå igennem restauranten, så det er nok ikke tænkt som et opholdsområde for hotellets gæster. Vi var to voksne afsted og var på farten hele tiden, så det betød ikke noget, men havde vi haft børn med, havde vi manglet et opholdssted.

• J (9/5): Passage à Rome pour le travail - La chambre était propre et moderne. Le personnel est très gentil. Au -1 il y a des casiers pour laisser ses affaires en toute sécurité ce qui est très pratique pour les laisser le dernier jour et pouvoir continuer à visiter sans porter un sac lourd. En plus c'était gratuit. Il y a un bon restaurant en bas et ils font des réductions quand vous êtes client de l'hôtel. Il y a des petites boutiques juste en bas pour prendre le petit déjeuner, acheter de l'eau, des souvenirs... L'hôtel est situé à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la gare ce qui est très pratique pour repartir et prendre le train direction l'aéroport. Le dernier jour, vous laissez votre sac gratuitement dans leur locker, vous visitez, vous revenez rechercher votre sac puis vous prenez le train direction l'aéroport. Dans cette rue, il y a du trafic (comme souvent près des grosses gares) donc c'est impressionnant de voir du monde trainer mais ils ne sont pas intéressés par nous. C'est vraiment le seul bémol de tout le séjour.
• Donald (10/5): A very comfortable and enjoyable stay at a newly renovated location with wonderful staff - We were very impressed and delighted by the quality and efficiency of the staff. The receptionist Mirela (and others) and manager Beatrice exceeded our expectations with their professionalism and attitude. My wife has limited mobility and the staff were very helpful and kind when we had to move to a lower floor (there was a problem with the elevator so we moved to the first floor. The elevator was repaired quickly but we weren't to know that at the time). The attached restaurant serves high quality Italian food and we ate there twice during our stay, which says a lot considering the huge number of restaurants in the area. Zidane and Luca provided great service there. The layout of the reception has a temporary feel but I'm sure it will be finalized soon.

• Luca (2/5): Struttura decente, direttore non pervenuto - La pulizia, la posizione centrale (nonostante sia giusto sottolineare che in questa porzione di termine non si respira un'aria tranquilla) Difficoltà nell’accedere alla stanza a causa del malfunzionamento del codice, con conseguente necessità di contattare l’assistenza, ciò mi ha causato disagio e stress all’arrivo in hotel. Il General Manager, a mio avviso supponente e poco collaborante. Il fatto che abbiano aperto la mia cassaforte a pochi minuti dal mio check out senza testimoni, senza contattarmi, senza rispettare alcuna regola. Pretendendo poi di avere ragione. Con l'intervento della polizia ho avuto indietro le mie cose. Indecente. Dopo diversi giorni di soggiorno, inoltre, segnalo che solo dopo solleciti ho ottenuto che la doccia non perdesse da tutte le parti, come al mio arrivo accadeva.

• Eric (8/5): Heel prettig - Heel fijn en vriendelijk personeel. Keurige kamers en een goed restaurant dat aan het hotel gekoppeld is. De buurt is niet zo geweldige. Maar de buurt heeft ook een groot voordeel. Het ligt vlak bij Termini met alle vervoersmogelijkeheden binnen handbereik.

• Aurélie (7/5): Établissement autonome, proche de certains lieux touristiques - Hôtel autonome, sans réception avec accès à l’établissement via des codes. L’hôtel est confortable et bien équipé. L’emplacement est à la fois très appréciable puisqu’il est à côté de la gare et proche de certains lieux touristiques. Cependant, hôtel est placé au niveau d’une rue qui n’est pas très sereine, notamment à la tombée de la nuit. La fréquentation n’est pas la meilleure et il peut y avoir beaucoup de bruits (bouteilles cassées, bagarres, personnes qui crient..), surtout si vous avez une chambre avec vue sur la rue.

Vicina alla metro e anche ben organizzata; le camere hanno tutti in confort a disposizione ed anche il personale è disponibile per ogni evenienza. Le camere erano leggermente mal odoranti, di tanto in tanto si sentiva uno sgradevole odore di fogna. Consiglio un profumo per l'ambiente.

We had to do everything ourselves change our linen - The room size was decent The location didn’t feel safe although accessible to a lot. There’s a lot of idlers around the property we spent 5 days and not once did housekeeping come. We had to change our own linens towels toilet paper take our out trash out.
• Robert (9/5): Highly recommand , its like an all inclusive downtown roma .!!! - The location of the hotel was just perfect , just a few minute walking from the train station and close to major attraction of the town. included breakfast was our best pick , so good , and the service was fast . start seated at 8h00 and finished by 8h20. Our room was located on the 2 nd floor, backyard side, no noise from the street, and the bed were very confortable. Also a good point to mention is the luggage room at the basement of the building , so you can safely leave your luggage lock and start visiting the city while your room is being prepared ! Special Thanks to all the personnal for their good work.

• alberto (5/5): No se alojen aca. No es segura la zona. - La atención del restaurant. No lo recomiendo para nada! Por su seguridad y experiencia no se alojen acá! Lo bueno es que está al lado del terminal, pero de noche es super inseguro. Hay traficantes y ladrones justo afuera. De noche se escuchan gritos y es super inseguro. No había jabón, tuve que pedir. Faltaba limpieza. Después de visitar Numa Berlin, esta fue una gran decepción.

• Nini (10/5): - The room was comfy and very beautiful , people who works there are very friendly. The location was good as it was near from all the important sightseeings and termini too. There were many drunk and sus people near the restaurant especially at night , but the place was still safe

• Julia (5/5): Ich würde das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. - Die Lage des Hotels ist super, da es nur eine Straße hinter dem Bahnhof liegt. Sehr gute Ausgangslage um die Stadt zu besichtigen. Das Hotel ist eigentlich nicht barrierefrei, da das Restaurant (durch das der barrierefreie Zugang ist) nicht den ganzen Tag geöffnet hat. In einem unserer 4 Zimmer stank es beim Ankommen extrem nach Kanal. Auch die Sauberkeit der Dusche lässt zu wünschen übrig (Schimmel). An allen Tagen kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen, Haare waschen, Zähne putzen.

• José Manuel (1/5): - El personal unos de los días era horrible excepto un chico de pelo rizado del bar, siendo maleducados y encima exigiendo entrar 2/4 días a la habitación teniendo que estar presentes para ciertos mantenimientos el segundo día estaban llamando a la puerta a las 08:30 de la mañana modificando y alterando nuestro periodo de vacaciones.

Etukäteen ei ollut tiedossa että hotellin aamupala ei ollut luvatun mukainen, ja kaikki piti hoitaa itse (kolmen tähden hotellilta voisi odottaa edes peruspalveluja kuten huoneen siistimistä 3 vrk aikana). Ilmastointi ei ollut käytössä (vain kesäaikana, tätä ei ollut mainittu). Aamupala oli niukka. Kaikki tieto oli vaikeasti saatavilla.
