• Isabela (7/5): Um bom lugar para ficar com independência numa boa região em Praga. - Apartamento amplo, iluminado, com um bom banheiro em um prédio muito bem localizado. Tivemos um problema com a cama, mas o staff foi atencioso para resolver, mas isso atrapalhou a experiência na cidade. O prédio também não tem elevador, e foi difícil subir 3 andares com malas.
• Eva (8/5): Excellent location and good value for money - with minor improvements, this could be a great stay - Location is great - easy walk to the city centre and there are a number of restaurants and cafes nearby plus trams and metro for getting around. It's also a safe area. Spacious studio in a quiet block of flats - there was hardly any noise from neighbours. Good value for money overall. Great to have a fridge and a small kitchen - I didn't use it much but it's nice to have. The noise from the street is considerable as the flat is facing a street with trams. This might be a problem for light sleepers. The bathroom drain needs cleaning - there was a smell from the bathroom so this needs addressing. Some plates/cuttlery was provided but this was fairly limited - it's ok if you don't plan to cook much but for anyone staying for longer, this might be an issue. Only one clothes hanger was available at the property - it would be nice to have a handful of hangers available.

• Robert (10/5): Would reccomend and stay here again. - Good location, clean, comfortable, spacious, host left a bottle of wine, plenty of hot water and outlets to charge phone. Nice couch/sofia, tv, and refrigerator/freezer. N/a.
• Kate Amanda (6/5): Filthy - Great location, many places to eat around and transport connections all a short walk away. It is great to have a washing machine. The host was very responsive to the dirty apartment and had someone come and clean it again. The apartment is filthy. It has not been cleaned properly for a very long time. When we walked in, we noticed that it had not been cleaned. The shower and toilet had not been cleaned at all. The bed had other people's hair in it. The apartment needs help; the shelving is falling off the walls, and the drawers with the utensils are full of crumbs. There are missing curtains and dirty marks all over the walls. Overall it was a really disappointing experience.

• Kresimir (10/5): You can't miss with this apartment which is within walking distance from the main Prague square - Very nice apartment on the nice location. We arrived on the hottest day of the summer and the AC was on making sure the temperature was comfortable. Parking garage is around the corner 3min walk away. On the table there was bottle of wine which we much appreciated! :)
• Jennifer (10/5): - Ens vam sentir molt atesos pel Josef, qualsevol moment que necessitavem alguna cosa, ell ens va respondre en seguida. La casa a més, tenia tot el que es necessita. Estava neta i ben equipada. És una casa agradable per fer una bona estada. A més de que per anar al centre de Praga, tenies 2 estacions de tranvia i metro a 2 minuts caminant. IDEAL. Supermercats aprop i una zona molt bonica i tranquila. Gràcies Josef per la teva atenció, estic segura que si tornem a Praga tornarem a vindre a casa teva ❤️ No puc queixar-me de res, vam estar atesos en tot moment i la casa tenia tot el que es necessita per passar uns bons dies de vacances i descans.
• Tonna (1/5): - Nothing at all Avoid This Apartment – It Could Ruin Your Holiday. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn future guests about this property. Our experience was so poor that we left after just one night to salvage our vacation. This apartment is seriously misrepresented and in unacceptable condition. Here are the key issues we encountered: 1. Misleading Listing: The apartment is advertised as a one-bedroom apartment, but it’s actually a studio. The bed and lounge areas are all in a single open-plan space. 2. Unhygienic Bathroom: The bathroom had a persistent foul smell from poor drainage, with visible mould and signs of neglect. Ventilation was severely lacking. 3. Dirty Unwashed Linens: The bedsheets had a noticeable body odour, clearly not freshly laundered. 4. Pest Problem: We noticed bugs in the apartment, likely due to the filth and stench 5. Noise Levels: The building is located on a noisy main street with a tram line running directly outside. You can verify it yourself on Google Map Street View. 6. Construction Noise: To make matters worse, the neighbouring unit was undergoing loud renovation works during our stay. Thankfully, we found alternative accommodation quickly, which saved our trip. I strongly advise you to avoid this property – it's not worth the risk of spoiling your holiday.

It’s an excellent option that includes the possibility of living with a dog, free municipal parking spaces available on weekends right near the entrance, a great location, a reasonable price, and a very responsive and pleasant apartment owner

Great location within walking distance of downtown.The host answered questions very quickly. Thank you very much for the sightseeing suggestions. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends.
• Pačkovski (10/5): Exceptional - It was amazing, definitely worth the money, close to everything you need and also having a good public transportation connection, location is perfect. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable. The owner helped us with anything we needed, and gave us some good recommendations to visit in Prague he puts a lot of effort into making your visit the best. I would definitely recommend staying here while you are visiting Prague.
• Irena (10/5): Exceptional - The location is really fantastic, but the Josef the host is the best superhost 🙂 he offered to change the sheets, asked if we needed anything and is really a great attentive person. The apartment is super clean, spatious, really well designed and recently renovated, everything is brand new, there was everything we needed. There are lots of shops, bars, restaurants and markets in the near surrounding, the cathedral is in 50 meters from the apartment (the WOW view from the window) and in the opposite direction in the same street is Fred&Ginger Frank O'Gehry in 1.4km or 15 minutes by foot. The Museum is in 400m, and metro station in 150m. We went by car, and there is a paid parking on the street from 8 till 20 which is easy to handle with online parking app MPLA, and costs 40ckr (1.5e) per hour. When we go to Prague next time, we'll go at superJosef's apartment. Thank you for everything ❤️
