• Adriana (7/5): - Accommodation is located in walking distance (15 min.) to Kings´ Cross, Camden market, St.Pancras Int.,, Euston... so from this point of view everything is close and you can easily find shops, restaurants and transport connections. Appartment itself is really small, especially kitchen and bathroom, but clean, beds are comfortable and there is enough kitchen equipment. Communication with the host was fast and he was helpful anytime we needed a help. The furniture and equipment would need a bit renovation, some parts of furniture are falling apart. After our arrival the heater was running and it was impossible to switch it off as the valve to regulate it was broken. As it was really hot outside, we had to keep the windows open. Be awared that before your arrival you have to pay a deposit for the appartment via a separate link you will receive. This was a bit confusing considering that booking.com is warning customers not to pay anything outside their platform. And finally it took 2 weeks after our departure to get the money back and just after contacting the host.
• Clare (5/5): Handy location for central London, but not luxurious. Basic accomodation at best. - Once in the apartment it was clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfy. The overall building was unpleasant. Some corridors smelling of smoke, and dirty. There was no sheet for the sofa bed, and there was no washing up liquid, or cloths for washing dishes. The warm bathroom tap was just a trickle. When I messaged the host about the sheet and the tap, it was ignored. It was a lot of money for one night, but the location is very central.
• Sandra (7/5): Secure apartment, close to transport. - Clean and tidy. Ability to cook and do laundry. Close to transport. Helpful staff. No instructions inside property like how to work TV or run the shower. Also needed £200 bond and photo ID before given instructions to enter, which I wasn’t sure if it was official or a scam. Bond returned fortunately.

Die Lage ist sehr abgelegen, das Haus ist furchtbar heruntergekommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, entspricht nicht den Fotos. Es war nicht sauber, die Matratzen sind zu weich. Der Bezug der Couch war dreckig. Das Bad ist sehr klein und unpraktisch.

They made good suggestions about local restaurants and were very helpful throughout the stay. They really cared about making sure that we had a good stay. We were in London for the London Marathon and the property was ideal for the preparations. The location is brillliant as well. No complaints from us.

The location is unbeatable—just a stone’s throw away from St Pancras and King’s Cross stations, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and beyond. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the thermal insulation was outstanding. Even with the chilly weather outside, I didn’t need to turn on the heating, which made for a very comfortable stay. What truly stood out, however, was the incredible assistance and helpfulness of Ms. Feven. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for my stay. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made all the difference, and I’m truly grateful for her support. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting London—it’s a gem! There was nothing I didn't like about my stay.

The location is fantastic, close to everything we needed, and the area felt very secure, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire apartment was spotless—clearly well-maintained. Feven, the host, was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Even though we only stayed for one night, it was clear that everything was thoughtfully prepared for guests. We didn’t use the kitchen, but the apartment had everything we needed, and it was a great place to relax after a long day. The only small challenge was finding the exact address on Google Maps, but once we arrived, everything was perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be booking it again for my next trip to London! Thank you, Feven, for such a wonderful stay!
• Heleen (1/5): Waste of money, left early, disgusting, old, bad - Nothing, left early to get out of there. It didn't feel like a very safe or welcoming environment. The compound it was in was run down and smelled strongly. The apartment was extremely dated and horribly updated. The bath didn't fit the bathroom (too small) so it was kind of plugged in using weird bits of plastic, which meant lots of mold. The wallpaper was peeling and the towels were stained. The 'couch' in the 'living room' (weirdly shaped very small room) was so bent from age that it was very uncomfortable to sit on. There was a 'security camera' at the door, with a 100 pound fine if disconnected, but it was plugged in horribly, so even opening the door a bit enthusiastically could have unplugged the camera. The whole house gave us the icks and we left a day early.
• Yona (10/5): Location is great - Instructions were clear on how to access the keys and find the property. Also the location of the property is perfect as it’s close to all the main stations.
• Michelle (6/5): Pleasant - Liked the location. The host was really helpful and responsive. Was a bit uneasy about the building. Was really difficult to turn the kitchen tap off. The heating in the bathroom wouldn't turn off so the apartment was really hot and stuffy. Had trouble working the shower.
