• christian (8/5): Erfreuliche Station in historischem Bqrceloneta nah am Meer. - Sehr nettes Apartment für 2, sehr gut ausgestattet (bis hin zu Kaffeekapseln und Zucker). Gute Lage in Barceloneta in Gehdistanz zwischen Hauptplatz und Meer. Viel Stauraum, gute Handtücher. Badezimmer sehr klein. Kein elektrisches Trocken-Rack für Handtücher. Stiegenhaus sehr eng (keine großen Koffer bringen). Lagebedingt nicht leise. Übergabe kompliziert, weil unvollständig und zunächst niemand telefonisch erreichbar. Dank Booking-Team schließlich gelöst und nachträglich von Betreibern netterweise kompensiert.

• Tea (7/5): - Good location, quick answers from staff and helpful There were no tea towels in the kitchen. Not enough towels for the bathroom. Think there should be more than one each if you’re staying for 5 days. The sheets were old and broken. It was also very loud to the other apartments.
• Sidonie (7/5): Très bien. Bon studio, agréable, propre, super bien placé, assez calme, très bien, bonne expérience. - Emplacement idéal, à 100m de la mer et du port Vell! Petit studio de 30 m2 équipé, bien agencé et mignon, propre. Agréable. Petite chambre à part, aménagement très bien conçu. Quelques miettes dans le frigo à mon arrivée mais le reste ok très propre. Froid le soir malgré la clim chauffage à fond (clim défectueuse ? Mal isolé ?). L'arrivée compliquée de 21h à 22h car je n'avais pas eu accès à mes mails et donc au code et cela n'était +possible le soir car les bureaux étaient fermés : il faudrait qu'au moment de la réservation et du paiement en ligne de l'héberger tout soit OK et qu'on n'ait pas à remplir ou gérer encore des dossiers administratifs pour savoir le code le jour de notre voyage car cela est compliqué et pas forcément possible, de plus tout le monde ne consulté pas ses mails chaque jour où chaque heure, il faudrait donc utiliser le téléphone appels ou messages plutôt.. mais surtout que YouTube doit réglé au moment de la réservation ! Seul petit hic de mon séjour, mais la team a fait ce qu'il fallait et cela s'est réglé j'ai pu dormir dans le studio et récupérer le code le lendemain matin. Il manquait des ustensiles pour pouvoir cuisiner dans la kitchenette, une poêle en l'occurrence, j'ai demandé et on m'en a apporté une le lendemain.
• Herbert (10/5): Eine sehr empfehlenswerte, neu renovierte Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. - Die Lage sehr nahe am Strand war super. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle wichtigen Dinge waren da, inkl. Kaffee-Kapseln, Wachpulver... Sehr zu empfehlen Der Stiegenaufgang ist eng, aber mit Handgepäck kein Problem.
• Thomas (9/5): - Έλαβα σε μήνυμα έναν κωδικό για να ανοίγω τις πόρτες, αυτό ήταν κάτι που με διευκόλυνε πολύ κατά την άφιξη μου και κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία δίπλα στην παραλία και σε μαγαζιά.επισης πολύ κοντά στα κλαμπ και στο καζίνο! Καθαρό-εξοπλισμένο και άνετο Η είσοδος ήταν πολύ στενή,χρεώθηκα 35€ ως εγγύηση ζημιών τα οποία δεν επιστρέφονται.

• Indah (1/5): SCAMMER - Scam 200 euros for deposit and never give it back after a month, I keep asking and they always give different response. DONT STAY HERE SCAM, THEY ALSO WILL ASK YOU FOR EXTRA MONEY WHEN YOU CHECK IN SCAMMER, took my money 200 euros. I try to get it back in one month but they just scammed me.
• Jonathan (8/5): Great apartment and for us it was nice to stay in some nights and cook. The location is good and if the price is right f - One of the best equipped apartments we have stayed in. Recently renovated with everything in good condition. Plenty of storage / wardrobe space so you could easily stay here a week or two. Nice touches like providing oil, salt and pepper so you can actually cook there. The agent met us exactly at the appointed time and communication was good. Good supermarkets were close by and there was a great coffee shop next to the market. The location worked well for us (watching the Americas Cup) being near the seafront and Port Vell. Unexpected extra charges that were not advised on Booking - like a late check in fee after 20:00 of 40 Euros and a security deposit of 200 Euros that they charged to my account immediately. The apartment was noisy in a strange way, as if the windows were open when they were not. The access stairs are very narrow and steep - almost like a medieval castle. The immediate area (Barcelonetta) was quaint in the day time, but didn’t feel very safe at night - I would recommend getting a taxi home from the city centre if you are late (10 Euros). We had one incident with a very aggressive beggar and we saw someone else have a similar issue with a different beggar. Generally there was a lot of anti-tourist activity in Barcelona which we found unwelcoming.
