• Christian (9/5): - Sehr schönes und helles Appartement, in guter Lage, um zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu gehen. Alles wie auf den Fotos, neu eingerichtet und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist gut, auch in der Küche Lage in der Stadt, daher natürlich mitunter auch laut von der Straße. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber okay

• Jane (10/5): Great place to stay - Great location, round the corner from bus stops for Montmorency Falls, 10 minute walk from Gare de Palais, 15-20 minute walk from old town, comfortable bed, very clean, exceptional kitchen area with everything you could need, supermarket 5 minutes away, we really enjoyed living there, thank you.

• Craig (8/5): Clean tidy and spacious - Exceptionally clean, spacious and had every thing required for the stay. Was a good location for us ( 15 min walk to train station) and bit further to the city area. Not much sound proofing from floor above, and also outside - lots of loud people outside till 4am over the weekend.

• HERVE (7/5): Bien mais... - Le style de l'appartement. Moderne, propre et bien équipé. Le sommeil est confortable et la chambre bien isolée. L'emplacement : on ne peut pas accéder facilement au vieux Québec. Les lave-linge et sèche-linge ne sont pas dans l'appartement et en plus ils sont payants. La description dit qu'ils sont dans la cuisine. Les codes (trop nombreux) sont donnés très tardivement, même en retard. Lors de notre première venue à Québec, nous avions trouvé mieux pour moins cher.

• Carine (10/5): - Très bel appartement, hyper confortable avec un excellent lit ferme comme mon dos les aime et d'une propreté absolue. Rudy a été extrêmement réactif et tout a été très facile et agréable. Le quartier est parfait, à 2 pas de la gare et à 3 pas du vieux Montréal. J'aurais beaucoup de plaisir à revenir ici lors d'un prochain séjour. S'il faut dire une chose qui permettrait de rendre cet endroit parfait, peut être offrir une couverture supplémentaire en cette période de saison intermédiaire où le chauffage n'est pas encore nécessaire.

• _Rom1_ (9/5): - Tout était très bien. La communication avec le propriétaire via Booking était très rapide et cordiale. Il a répondu à nos questions. Le logement est très sécurisé, propre, avec tout le nécessaire. A 20min a pied du vieux Québec, les commerces sont dans la rue. Pas de vis à vis puisqu'en face se trouve la bibliothèque. Rien

• FLORA (10/5): Excelente - Todo en general. Fácil de llegar con las indicaciones dadas. Muy limpio y con todas las comodidades necesarias. Muy buena localización con supermercados, restaurantes y bares muy cerca. Ninguna pega que poner.
• Dario (8/5): - Il loft è davvero grande e rinnovato di recente, all'interno non manca veramente nulla; il quartiere in cui si trova è molto vivace quindi è facile trovare posti per mangiare o per fare colazione. Nonostante non ci sia mai stato contatto fisico con i proprietari, la comunicazione via Booking per l'ingresso ed eventuali necessità extra è stata molto positiva. I movimenti di chi sta al piano di sopra causano parecchio rumore nella stanza. La posizione è centrale rispetto alla città, ma arrivare a Vieux-Quebec a piedi è comunque una bella sfacchinata.

Un appartement spacieux et fonctionnel et avec un hôte réactif. Parking abordable à proximité ainsi que le vieux Québec accessible à pieds environ 1km5. Je recommande Attention la Machine à laver et sécheuse sont payantes et pas dans l’appartement.

• Lynne (9/5): Nice bed sitter studio. spacious and very clean - Super clean. Well appointed kitchen. Full size fridge. Very secure access . Internet tested as secure Maps available on arrival. Coffee shop downstairs pretty good. Communication was a bit controlling rather than welcoming. Washing machine is not in apartment
• Amanda (8/5): Very good - Clean, comfortable bed and good pillows Excellent kitchen utensils for cooking etc When we arrived the rubbish was under the sink. Two knobs on stove broken. Washing machine and dryer requires 5.00 in coins but no where in building to purchase, shop at corner refused to give coins. Had to go to Atm then shop up the road for coins. This information needs to be in Facilities so people can come prepared. Small hand towels for bathroom.

• Luigi (9/5): Superb - the apartment was very very nice, super clean, well renovated, with a ton of kitchenware (spices, salt, oil as well), all the basics for cooking and then some, with coffee and tea. the tv had all the apps installed for all our streaming services with a dimmer for the lights nearest the bed, as well as card and board games. the hosts also regularly sent emails with updates and instructions as needed. the alley and neighbourhood around the building was very sketchy looking and the nearest parking lot was difficult to pay for without prior knowledge of the indigo parking app/system. the shower head sometimes wouldn’t work properly.
• Mingjing (9/5): Great location and easy access to parking - Everything was very cozy, it was easy to find parking, and had a fully stocked kitchen! There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom we couldn't get rid of.
