• Anelia (1/5): Disappointing - None Broken toilet , broken hand shower, place us not Cleaning et sol. How we can understand from The welcoming door the customer need to clean apartment for next one.
• Martin (6/5): Cute place but need a bit more attention! - It was cozy and really cute. Sadly, the flat was full of spider webs. I suggest the owner to clean it deeply. It was visibly clean on the surface but lot of dust and dirt in the corners. Also what I find disturbing is the temperature of the floors. I had to use shoes all my stay as it was too cold. Perhaps in the summer this could be a nice spot. Another big problem was the outside gate. The lock displaces itself all the time and sometimes took so long to adjust it. Fix that too or remove it. Anyways you could break it easily being all wobbly.

• Alla (9/5): - В квартирі є все необхідне, новий ремонт,новий посуд та меблі.Чисто та затишно. В туалеті зламана кришка від унітазу.
• Alex (7/5): Пак бихме отседнали тук, въпреки забележките. - Локацията е супер, паркирахме на улицата точно отпред и през прозореца си виждахме колата. За паркиране сме платили 4-5 пъти зелена зона (тя е от 8:30 до 19:30 през седмицата). Подът беше изненадващо чист, така че си ходихме без обувки, и имахме оставени пакетчета шампоан и душ гел. Има всички необходими за готвене принадлежности (фурна, кана, кафемашина dolce gusto за капсули, котлон, бъркалки, прибори, чаши и тн). Отоплявахме се с две печки на ток (нямаше климатик), но печките стоплиха изключително бързо и ни беше комфортно. Бяхме в апартамент 1. Има и втори (този от снимките, но не бяхме в него, те са подобни). Имаше бойлер и водата беше стоплена предварително за нас. В банята имаше и още една печка за отопляване. Като цяло е супер за кратък престой за двама души и смятам, че има всичко необходимо. Препоръчвам. Капакът на тоалетната беше счупен и падаше. При къпане, подът в банята беше хлъзгав (вероятно от използваните преди това препарати за почистване). Пердетата бяха провиснали, тъй като няма стопер на корниза. Могат да се закачат, но не беше направено като отидохме. Лампите в основното помещение не се включваха (може би бяха изгорели) и като вечеряхме трябваше да си изместим масата по-към спалнята, за да сме на светло. Кърпите мисля, че не бяха много чисти. Спалното бельо е леко износено и възглавниците не бяха удобни. Като това са “бели кахъри” общо взето и могат да се оправят, така че ги споменавам чисто като съвет. Генерално пак бихме отседнали тук.

• Slavena (1/5): - НИЩО! Пълна измама! Апартаментът беше непочистен след предишните ползватели, абсолютно негоден за пребиваване. При влизането заварихме мръсни, разхвърляни чаршафи, мокри използвани хавлии, мръсна посуда в мивката. Абсолютно неприемливо! Веднага звъннахме на хазаина, но той не отговори. Тъй като не сме ползвали мястото за нощувка настоявам да ми бъде върната сумата! И накрая сумата не ни беше върната!
• Viktor (8/5): Ждал оформления документов. За исключением отсутствия кондиционера, всё очень понравилось - Есть всё необходимое. Рядом круглосуточный магазин, вендинговые автоматы и Lidl Нет кондиционера, это большая проблема
• Iunia (8/5): Klein aber fein! - Der Vermieter war freundlich und hat uns rechtzeitig die Zugangsdaten zum Schlüssel geschickt! Es gab eine Waschmaschine! Stadtnah! Gemütlich! Ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben gefehlt: Küchenhandtuch, eine zweite Tasse, eine Pfanne, eine ganze Klopapierrolle… (Es gab nur eine halbe…)

• Irena (3/5): - Отлична локация до централна автогара в близост има Лидл.Тихо и спокойно. Доста мръсно ,счупен душ, само топлата вода работеше.Няма вентилатор ,все пак е лято и е доста топло.Комарната мрежа е скъсана.

• Maria (2/5): Very poor - The location was okay. Upon arriving at the studio, we noted that the temperature was quite low at 12 degrees. We attempted to use the heater but encountered some issues as it turned off unexpectedly. Additionally, we observed that the sink modules needed maintenance, as they were not functioning properly. There was also some water leakage from the wall in the hall that should be addressed. While the bed size was a bit smaller than anticipated, we believe a more comfortable arrangement could enhance the overall experience. Furthermore, we found that the cleanliness of the space could be improved, as we discovered some debris, including a pack of cigarettes under the sofa, and kitchen supplies that required cleaning. We appreciate your attention to these matters and look forward to a more enjoyable stay in the future.

• Димитър (5/5): Passable - Cute studio near train station and transit on a quiet street. Well furnished. One of the several gypsy quarters of Sofia but pretty nice and relatively safe. Well stocked kitchen with seasoning and utensils, didn't use it, don't know of it works. Coffee machine but no curtesy capsules. Some hair on the floor, as others have mentioned. No hairdryer. No shampoo holder in the shower. No shampoo provided. Faucet on the verge of breaking. Mold in and around bathroom with the corresponding smell. Bed is smaller and difficult to get into, see pictures. Because of the bed I do not recommend for couples or people with any mobility challenges.

• Mariella (7/5): Not sure I would recommend - No ac and the fan that was there didn’t work. I asked for help few times but nobody came to replace it.
• Kate (1/5): Bad - I couldn’t use this room because I couldn’t enter even. When I arrived I entered PIN code which owner gave me but nothing happened - no one of three boxes wasn’t opened. When I tried to contact the owner he didn’t answer me not by calling not by message… Everything!
• Blue (1/5): Bad - I like nothing of the property because i wasn’t given the chance the like anything. My stay was poor. The moment I entered the room i was met with dirty floor. There was no stocked toilet paper anywhere, i had to buy myself. The sheets were dirty with food and crumbs from the previous visitor. The shower is barely holding up and when i wanted to take one i had to use products that were left by the previous person. I can assume that if the sheets were dirty the towels were dirty as well, i dint have a choice but to use them. The bathroom was also dirty with pee stains on the floor. The whole experience took out the joy out of my day.

• Izabel (1/5): I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. - It was very dirty. The sheets were extremely dirty, unwashed, smelling of age and sweat. We tried to replace them with new ones, but everything in the wardrobe was crumpled, untidy and unwashed again. We have not been refunded yet. And they had to be within a week. Please pay attention, if not, we will take more serious measures.
• Taras (10/5): Exceptional - small apartment studio. But everything is in it, even a coffee machine, then it was very important for me. The apartment is clean. I recommend.
