La atención del personal fue prácticamente inexistente. Facilitan un número de teléfono, pero nadie responde cuando llamas. Además, durante los 4 días de estancia no cambiaron las toallas ni una sola vez. En general, hay muchos aspectos del alojamiento que deberían mejorar, especialmente para el precio que se paga.

• Bilge (8/5): Keyifli ve sorunsuz bir tatil sundu. - Konumu çok nezih bir semtteydi, merkeze yakındı. Oteli işleten kişi İngilizce bilmiyordu ama çok nazik ve yardımseverdi. Odanın temizliği iyiydi ve ısıtma sistemi yeterliydi. Çalışanlar elektrikle ilgili yaşadığımız problemi aynı gün çözdüler. Çok fazla kapı vardı ve hepsini kilitlememiz gerekiyordu. Kendi getirdiğimiz ütüyü kullanamadık, şalter attı.

• Carla (6/5): En general buen lugar para alojarse - Buena ubicación y conexión con los sitios más turísticos de roma. Dormimos 4 noches nos hicieron la cama y cambiaron las toallas 1 de las noches. El sito estaba por lo general limpio y no se escuchaban ruidos. Nos permitieron hacer el check in bastante antes de la hora programada llamándoles. En general un 7 de 10. El aire acondicionado/calefacción no funcionaba muy bien.

Værelse og badeværelse var gode. Aircondition var god. Der var et te-køkken i fællesområde. Sengetøj og toilet virkede rent og pænt. Gulvet kunne have været rengjort før vi kom. Der blev ikke gjort rent under vores fire nætters ophold, som vi ellers fik fortalt, der ville blive. Vi løb tør for toiletpapir og havde meget svært ved at komme i kontakt med personalet. Flere af deres opgivne telefonnumre findes ikke.
• Orlaith (4/5): Wouldnt return. Paid a lot of money for little return. - The location was good enough for Rome. The bed was large and there was a duvet and sheets. Poor place to stay. This location must reconsider how it advertises the property to guests. Felt safe as a female traveler but the description is far from correct especially relating to soundproofing, the showers was not fit for purpose, the heating was kept on at all times despite asking host to turn it off. Rome was 25 degrees at this point. There is also a note saying guests cannot prepare food on the property. (See photo attached). Feel as if I spent a lot of money in this property for very poor quality and services.

Buses run frequently, and the stop is just a one-minute walk from the accommodation. The city center (near Via Venezia) can be reached in about 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and safe. The place is very well soundproofed, with no noise from the street, making the stay especially relaxing. The welcome was exceptional. We were greeted by the owners, a mother and her son, who were extremely warm and attentive. They took the time to clearly explain how everything works and go over the house rules, which we really appreciated. I highly recommend this place without hesitation.

Inoltre nelle vie adiacenti è possibile trovare ristoranti e pizzerie senza il bisogno di spostarsi lontano. Qualità prezzo soddisfacente. Il bagno è da rifare … il box doccia mancante di chiusura scorrevole, con la tenda in pvc usciva acqua, nonostante si stava attenti. Vaso e bidet troppo attaccati tra loro e piccoli per il filo muro .

• Roberta (1/5): Dormire su un cartone a Termini sarebbe stato decisamente più igienico - Impossibile constatare qualcosa di piacevole quando sei nella muffa e nella polvere L'immobile risale a 70 anni fa come costruzione ed a 10 anni fa come pulizia, tutto antico e igienicamente invivibile. La muffa, la polvere e l'incuria dei luoghi rende le camere dei tuguri, per non essere offensivi, altrimenti si potrebbe dire di molto peggio. La sensazione sgradevole di dormire in qui letti fradici, mista allo sgomento che si provava mettendo un piede su quel pavimento putrido oppure la mano su una parete con sangue di vecchia data è una sensazione così spiacevole che ha rovinato il nostro soggiorno ed ha provocato varie patologie ai presenti (dermatiti e asma). Mi spiace dover essere così netta, ma sono i fatti realmente accaduti purtroppo. AGGIUNGO CHE NELLE IMMAGINI E' GIUDIZIO UN VOTO 8,1 MA STATE ATTENTI CHE RISALE AL 2015, OGGI E' MOLTO PIU' BASSO. INFINE SOTTOLINEO CHE NESSUNA SODDISFAZIONE E' STATA MAI ESPRESSA DALLA SOTTOSCRITTA, ANCHE PERCHE' GLI UNICI UMANI VISTI SONO QUELLI CHE SONO VENUTI AD ACCOMPAGNARCI IL PRIMO GIORNO.

• Judith (1/5): Scary and creepy 😳 - The rude, creepy man and a rude old lady were so unwelcoming! We arrived in the dark, no one around to welcome us. I pressed the buzzer, and some old lady screamed at me and then pressed the door to open. We walked into this scary place, they then appeared and showed me our name on a piece of paper. No smiles and welcome. They just started walking. Then they put my 80 year old mum in the smallest lift with our suitcases and bags. As we walked upstairs. Then my mother struggled to get out of the lift dropping bags, and the creepy guy said something rude about her, I said well you could help her!" He said no, there is no room. Then the old lady started screaming about city tax! I tried to pay with my card, and they both screamed at me, saying it had to be cash and to go out and get cash now. I said I'm not walking the streets in the night. They said they would be back in the morning to collect. My mum and I left early the next morning and found somewhere else to stay for the week. Didn't even bother asking for our money back! As he looked and acted like a serial killer. The rooms are completely made to look different online. The room was dark and dirty, looking into a courtyard full full of rubbish. Horrible place! #run

Il copriletto aveva delle macchie bianche tipo muffa dall'aspetto.

Caminando en la habitación se mueve el piso.. el suelo. El baño muy pequeño. Había dos butacas en la habitación toda manchadas.. no esta prolijo
• Giorgio (1/5): Tutto pessimo, soprattutto l’host. - Esperienza terribile. In primo luogo scortesia, arroganza e menefreghismo dei proprietari e questa non è neanche la cosa peggiore. Ho soggiornato tre notti per motivi lavorativi e ho selezionato questa opzione in quanto, secondo l’annuncio, era previsto un angolo cottura in ogni stanza. Questo angolo cottura non solo era presente solo nella zona comune, ma mi è anche stato vietato dalla proprietaria di utilizzarlo per cucinare, sostenendo che nell’annuncio non c’era scritto. Esposti dei problemi riguardo intolleranze alimenti e i motivi per cui avevo selezionato questo appartamento, la signora ha ben pensato di chiudere la porta fregarsene e andare via, rispondendo questo è un bed e breakfast, non siamo tenuti a concedere l’utilizzo della cucina (a questo punto vorrei segnalare di non aver ricevuto neanche il breakfast). A questo si aggiunge la porta rovinata che non si chiude bene, dunque si sente il minimo rumore, specchio rovinato, intonaco che cade a pezzi, lavandino otturato, prese rotte e pavimento terribile. (PS. al telefono, avevo chiesto indicazioni per accedere all’appartamento, uno dei proprietari mi ha risposto urlando e dicendomi di stare zitto e aspettare)

• Jonathan silva (8/5): Bom custo benefício - Da hospitalidade e simpatia da senhora que acredito seja a dona e seu filho em nós receber apos as 9 horas da noite, a hospedagem nos ofereceu um quarto grande com cozinha compartilhada com geladeira, fogão com utensílios de cozinha para uma estádia curta ou até mais dias! Apesar de terem outros quartos a acústica é boa e quase não se nota hóspede nos outros quartos. Fica a 20 min a pé da estação termini e passa ônibus para o centro de Roma na rua atrás do alojamento. Fiquei um dia sem wi-fi, pois a senha não estava bem exposta, tentei por mensagem obter com a hospedagem através do booking mas não tive resposta a contento. consegui conexão no segundo dia.

La cosa peggiore però è il bagno: non credo sia facile trovarne di peggiori, guardate le foto. Anche l’ area comune non era meglio, posate e stoviglie luride. State alla larga.

First of all, when we arrived—sweaty and loaded with our luggage—we had to wait a long time for someone to open the door for us. We were on the third floor and had to use an elevator so small that we could barely fit in it with our things. The lady there couldn’t communicate with us at all, she took photos of our IDs as if we were fugitives before we could even go to bed. The room was extremely dirty. The walls would leave dust and paint on your hands if you touched them. They didn’t change our towels, sheets, or blankets for five days—not even the toilet paper. There was a dangerous step outside the bathroom where I actually fell one night. The woman was completely absent during our entire stay. The blankets got dirty very easily, the breakfast didn’t include the products it was supposed to, and all the utensils were dirty and old. In the fridge, there was some forgotten ground meat that made the whole place stink, even our water, and it made us feel like throwing up. The doors closed strangely, and there was no view at all, even though the hotel description said there would be one when we booked it. The hotel has to shut down

Pulizia e manutenzione della camera, totalmente assenti:la doccia impraticabile per non parlare dei "servizi" cucina. Ci era stato detto che avremmo trovato del caffè e l'occorrente per la colazione ma c'era solo una moka arrugginita e del caffè in un barattolo,da chissà quanto tempo!Per non parlare delle posate:tra quelle riposte nello scolapiatti Ve ne erano un paio completamente impastate da sporco precedente. Nel buco che chiamano "bagno"c'è un gradino a filo della porta (estremamente pericoloso). Le tende sporchissime. Ma la cosa più importante da sapere è che arrivate nei pressi del b&b,stanche dal viaggio, abbiamo cercato di contattare la proprietaria per un'ora,senza che ci rispondesse al telefono: ALLUCINANTE! La posizione non malvagia né molto distante dalla metro Barberini (circa 10 minuti a piedi ma in salita) non basta a compensare la drammatica esperienza di questa sorta di camera. (Sul sito ha 2 stelle,su booking 3?!?!?!)

• Vereiken (8/5): Prima rustig appartement voorzien van de belangrijkste zaken airco, nette douche en koelkast - Goede ontvangst en uitleg door eigenaar Heel erg prettig dat er een airconditioning was die erg stil was. Heel fijn was het dat we een koelkast/diepvries mochten gebruiken en ook wat kopjes/glazen/bestek We miste wel een theedoek/afwasmiddel om de gebruikte spullen goed schoon te maken Het was erg rustig (weinig omgevingsgeluid) Het bed was niet het beste bed maar op zich prima. Lattenbodem was stuk en onder het bed was het erg stoffig een paar gedimde nachtlampjes zijn fijner dan de felle die er nu hangen (maar wel prettig dat je die vanuit het bed kan bedienen). Tip badkamer piepte erg dus een drupje (kruip)olie is aan te bevelen zodat je 's nachts stil naar het toilet kan gaan
• Martin (6/5): Pleasant - The location was excellent and the cleaning was made everyday. There was a "kitchenette" on the presentation but we could actually not use it in order to eat in the property, it was only for making tea or coffee and this information was not given.
• Caminero (10/5): I would return to this place without thinking twice - It is very well located, the receptionist does not speak English, but is very friendly. The room was great, it had a bathroom, soap and towels and plenty of storage space (we did not use them).
• Sabina (5/5): Passable - The location was very good, close to all the important touristic sites, but in a quiet area The lady who check us is didn t have a nice atitude, she told us if we didn t get there by 22 pm, we will not be able to check in. The apartment door was very old, you could see the light from outside. You could also hear everything from the neighbours. The bathroom ventilation was filled with dust and the warm water would finish quickly.

• Dana (1/5): Never ever staying here again - Not much Host was very rude, would not let me enter the property as only spoke Italian. Had to ask a random passer-by on the the street to speak into the speaker box for me to be allowed in. Key did not work in the door and once again host was difficult to contact and very rude, spent an hour sitting in the stairwell waiting for assistance. Had asked a week in advance to add a second person to the booking, was told £20. Host then demanded £40 on check in

• Cormac (1/5): Horrendous host - Nothing The host was extremely rude. They were completely unaccomodating. The worst I have ever experienced.
• Alexandr (9/5): Superb - The host mainly speaks Italian. He tries to switch to English, but after a sentence or two, he reverts back to Italian. Despite this, it was not an issue for completing the check-in process. The room was nice and clean, and there was a kettle in the shared kitchen area. The location is excellent, with many shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transportation options nearby. Walking to the Trevi Fountain from the hotel takes about 20 minutes. There was only one small inconvenience happened at 8 AM, when we realized there was no more hot water in the shower. We had to call the host, but the four different telephone numbers posted in the entrance area did not work. Eventually, we found another number on the hotel business card, and the host answered. He sent someone to fix the hot water issue, which was resolved in 15 minutes.
• Oboh (3/5): Poor - Only the location was OK as it's somehow connected to the main transport hub. On booking.com I already set the parameter for 1 room 2 adults (couple) and according to my bookings and other adverts that come in, I get exactly what reflects my settings, but for some strange reason which I can't prove at the moment of booking I was sure I chosed 1 room 2 adults but after payment I couldn't believe my eyes when I read 1 room 1 adult. But there after I quickly sent a text message to the management to remind them we're a couple, but he turned my error into his advantage and insisted I indicated only 1 adult and knowing that it's a no refund he forced me to an extra payment of €100 cash (no acceptance of card payment) plus an obvious city tax. This sounded like an extortion. Besides, the room wasn't cleaned, bedshits weren't changed for the whole of 6 nights. Price change comes in only when an extra night is added but not courtesy information of couple lodging. He mentioned the room's capacity is only for 1 but didn't hesitate to add extra 100 euro (cash) to add my wife's details. The bathroom also emanate an unpleasant odour. Behaviour in general not good for business.
• Lopatnisheva (3/5): Poor - We had a late check in due to a late flight so we would arrive at 10 pm. I warn the hotel about it but the staff refused to welcome us and said to cancel the booking because “everybody is sleeping” . The didn’t offer any alternative option how we can pick up the key from our room.

• Sami (6/5): Great location, good location, mediocre facilities. - Location and price. It’s a 20 minute walk from all the main attractions in Rome. Was charged 48 euros hotel tax on arrival. I know this is not in their control but should be clearer. Apartment wasn’t very clean. The shower water wouldn’t stay hot for long.

• Belinda (3/5): Mediocre to awful - Nothing in particular… I have to think… I was grateful for the vintage lift to the 3Rd floor after trying to find the place, for the room with no traffic noise & the bed was comfy. This is not a hotel. It’s like a share student boarding house with a very very noisy kitchen, doors and lock sounds all night like a prison. The first night two other couples in the other 2 rooms treated it like their home…cooking a full dinner for hours & talking loudly until past midnight. Also I could hear everything, and I mean everything, in the adjoining room’s bathroom. I would never stay here again. It is also an isolated northern top of the hill position in an exorbitant priced neighbourhood with other 5 & 6 star famous hotels, but alas far from being anything glamorous. I think money is better spent in a better location and not a boarding house like students. In short it was awful.
